According to the principles of tea culture tourism route design and the demand characteristics of tourists, a tourism route based on improved intelligent system optimization is established. Through the route optimization of special tourist attractions we design the route for tourists to visit as many scenic spots as possible, regarding as limited time cost. The user experience index in also introduced as the optimality parameters to verify the feasibility of line. The research results show that the dry products has better color, no obvious browning and products of starch pasting does not occur, DSC test curvehas cave peak of, the absorbent is 211.67%, the gelatinization degree is 23.27%, dry products have low degree of maturation; When using diesel and coal as fuel, the cost of producing 1t potato dried products is 14417 yuan and 12094 yuan respectively, of which the cost of raw materials accounted for 72.83% and 86.82% respectively. This article put forwards a task scheduling method based on improved particle swarm algorithm against the present inefficiency. Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm is used to solve task scheduling optimization by introducing the iterative selection operator. Improved particle swarm optimization algorithm (IPSO) can improve the ability of the optimization, as much as possible avoiding falling into a local optimum. The convergence effect is so better that the task scheduling time costs can be reduced. By simulation on a CloudSim simulation platform, the experimental results show that the algorithm has the advantages of improving optimization and taking less time. In this paper, we aim to propose a novel English speech recognition approach based on Hidden Markov model. Particularly, the English speech recognition problem can be described as seeking the most suitable word sequence based on a segment of English voice. Furthermore, using the Hidden Markov model, English speech recognition problem can be converted to find a word sequence, which is translated to a sequence of Hidden Markov model. To promote the performance of the standard Hidden Markov model, we propose a HMM-based semi-nonparametric method to enhance the performance of the accuracy of English speech recognition. Probabilistic transition frequency profile matrix and average probabilistic emission matrix are calculated for all training word sequences. Mathematical models of flow field and burr are established, and modeling for flow field at cross-drilled holes on a machined part is conducted.
