Data of 65 respondents were collected through a questionnaire. This study applied the multiple linear regression to analyze the data. The findings unveil that partially work safety has a significant and negative effect on employees' work productivity. Additionally, employees' occupational health has a significant and positive effect on work productivity. Simultaneously, occupational safety and health have a significant and positive effect on employees' productivity. This empirical evidence can provide benefits for PT Muara Dua Palembang. A total of 133 samples was determined deploying the Slovin formula. Data were collected through questionnaires and observations. This study applied multiple linear regression to analyze the data. The results of the investigation show that each reward and punishment has no significant effect on employees'performance. Likewise, simultaneously reward and punishment have no significant effect on employees'performance. This empirical evidence can provide benefits for PT Matahari Department Store 338 Palembang. The data analysis technique used the SPSS For Windows Version 21 program. Data of 27 respondents were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the simple linear regression method. The result unveils that work from home has a significant and positive effect on teacher performance. In theory, this study enriches the literature on teacher performance during the Covid-19 pandemic. In practical terms, the finding in this study may be deployed as a basis for the government and policy makers to improve the performance of primary teachers in Indonesia during the pandemic.  \u0000Abstrak \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh work from home terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri Kota Palembang. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 27 orang karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan cara kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan model analisis regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil uji t dengan spss antara work from home (X) terhadap produktivitas kerja (Y) didapatkan angka t hitung sebesar 2,223 dengan nilai signifikansi (0,05/2= 0,025), maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa work from home secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Guru. Karena t hitung> t table (2,223>2,05954) maka Ho ditolak. Berdasarkan signifikansi, jika signifikansi <0,05 maka Ha diterima, dan jika signifikansi >0,05 maka Ha ditolak dan Ho diterima. The sample was selected using the saturated sampling technique. Data of 47 respondents were collected through interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. This study implemented the multiple linear regression method to analyze data. The findings reveal that partially discipline has no effect on employees' performance. Conversely, work enviroment has a significant effect on employees' performance. Simultaneously, discipline and work enviroment have a significant effect on employees' performance. This finding can benefit PT Sinar Sosro Palembang. To improve employees' performance, company decision-makers should apply discipline and work environment. \u0000Abstrak \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kedisiplinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Sinar Sosro Palembang. Sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Data 47 responden dikumpukan melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner. Studi ini mengimplementasikan metode regresi linier berganda untuk menganalisis data. Temuan investigasi membuktikan bahwa secara parsial kedisiplinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sebaliknya, secara parsial, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan, kedisiplinan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini bermanfaat bagi PT Sinar Sosro Palembang. Arta Boga Cemerlang Palembang. This study used primary data secondary data obtained through a questionnaire. Respondents in this study amounted to 60 people. The method of analysis in this study is multiple linear regression. The results indicate that compensation (X1) and motivation (X2) simultaneously has a significant positiv effect on employee performance (Y). This research is useful for PT. Arta Boga Cemerlang Palembang to improve employee performance through compensation and motivation. \u0000Abstrak \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Arta Boga Cemerlang Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner. Responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 60 orang. Metode analisis pada penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kompensasi (X1) dan Motivasi (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh secara signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 105 sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap employee engagement pegawai Rumah Sakit. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan quality of work life terhadap employee engagement pegawai. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kepuasan kerja. Terdapat pengaruh positif quality of work life terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan employee engagement terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai. Employee engagement tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh antara kepemimpinan transformasional dengan kepuasan kerja. Respondent data obtained through a questionnaire from the results of the questionnaire can be analyzed using the SWOT method and then mapped with 3 stages of change management, (Lewin's Model). From the results of the mapping, strategic priorities will be obtained using the AHP decision-making technique. the results of the AHP, strategic priorities were obtained for infrastructure improvement and human resource planning for the unfreezing stage, changes to the application system and SOP updates at the movement to the state stage and finally in the refreezing stage, prioritizing routine and ongoing matters like a training for all employees.\u0000Abstrak\u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi-strategi yang akan digunakan untuk mendukung implementasi sistem informasi sumber daya manusia (human resources information system) yang telah dilakukan di PT Asphalt Bangun Sarana. Data responden diperoleh melalui kuesioner dari hasil kuesioner tersebut dapat dianalisis dengan metode SWOT dan selanjutnya dipetakan dengan 3 tahap manajemen prubahan yaitu Lewin’s Model.
