The sample was selected using a saturated sample technique. Data from 30 respondents were collected through a questionnaire. This study applied multiple linear regression methods to analyze data. The result evinces that simultaneously job satisfaction and work motivation have a significant and positive effect on employee performance. This insight is can benefit Hamami Clinic. To improve employee performance, the clinic leaders should optimize job satisfaction and motivation. \u0000Abstrak \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginspeksi pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Klinik Hamami Palembang. Sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Data 30 responden dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Studi ini mengimplementasikan metode regresi linier berganda untuk menganalisis data. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini bermanfaat bagi Klinik Hamami Palembang. Primary data used in this study were obtained from questionnaires filled out by 90 respondents. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results prove that workload (X1) and working hours (X2) have a significant positive effect on employee performance (Y). This research is expected to provide benefits for companies to pay more attention to workload and working hours to improve employee performance. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh beban kerja dan jam kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Grup Global Sumatera. Data primer yang digunakan pada penelitian ini diperoleh dari kuesioner yang diisi oleh 90 responden. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa beban kerja (X1) dan jam kerja (X2) berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Data of 40 respondents were collected through observation and questionnaires. This study deployed multiple linear regression to analyze the data. The results evince that partially, each variable of work discipline and work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Likewise, simultaneously work discipline and work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. This findings are benfifial for PT Yala Kharisma Shipping Palembang Branch. To improve employee performance, the company must pay attention to the factors of discipline and work motivation. \u0000 \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.Yala Kharisma Shipping Cabang Palembang. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan kuesioner dengan responden akhir berjumlah 40 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda untuk menganalisis data. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa secara parsial, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja masing-masing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sama halnya, secara simultan disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dapat bermanfaat bagi PT Yala Kharisma Shipping Cabang Palembang, di mana untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan maka perusahaan harus memperhatikan faktor disiplin dan motivasi kerja. Penelitian dilakukan di pondok pesantren Nurussalam Sidogede di OKU Timur. Studi pendahuluan melalui studi literatur, (2) Penyusunan alat ukur, (3) Uji coba alat ukur, (4) Uji validitas dan reliabilitas alat ukur, (5) Pengambilan data dilapangan (6) pengolahan data, (7) penyusunan hasil menjadi tahapan yang akan dilalui dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang ditemukan, Pada dasarnya Pondok Pesantren Moderrn Nurussalam Sidogede ini tidak menampilkan setrategi atau konsep khusus dalam manajemen marketingnya. Secara umum media sosialisasi pondok juga memanfaaatkan website, you tube chanel (nurussalam.com), brosur (media cetak), jika ada yang meminta, selain pemanfaatan jaringan internet dan medsos, para alumni-alumni secara tidak langsung menjadi brosur berjalan sehingga masyarakat mampu mengenal secara real terkait kualitas yang dimiliki pondok Pesantren Modern Nurussalam Sidogede. Pada realisasinya alumni dikenal melalui pengabdian.
