The sample was selected using a saturated sample technique. Data from 30 respondents were collected through a questionnaire. This study applied multiple linear regression methods to analyze data. The result evinces that simultaneously job satisfaction and work motivation have a significant and positive effect on employee performance. This insight is can benefit Hamami Clinic. To improve employee performance, the clinic leaders should optimize job satisfaction and motivation. \nAbstrak \nPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginspeksi pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Klinik Hamami Palembang. Sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Data 30 responden dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Studi ini mengimplementasikan metode regresi linier berganda untuk menganalisis data. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini bermanfaat bagi Klinik Hamami Palembang.
