The data analysis techniques include validity and reliability tests, classical assumptions, and simple regression analysis. In this case, customer value is the independent variable, and purchasing decisions are the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that customer value affects buying decisions. Employee performance is the dependent variable, while the independent variables are the locus of control and work discipline. The aspects of employee performance cover the amount of work produced, the quality of that work, punctuality, attendance, and teamwork skills. Locus of control is divided into internal and external. Work discipline encompasses effective time management, task accountability, and attendance records. Data was collected using observation and questionnaires. Various statistical methods, such as partial hypothesis testing, simultaneous analysis, and coefficient of determination, shall be used in the analysis. To respond to the increasing competition in the Moringa leaf processed beverage business, this company should completely implement a complete marketing mix strategy and appropriate marketing of its Moringa tea product. However, in the meantime, it seems to have relatively neglected the product mix and price mix strategies. This research examines product and price management in marketing Moringa tea at U.D. Wuna Barakati. Product management refers to implementing a product mix strategy, while price management refers to implementing a price mix strategy. The product mix is assessed from its level but is limited to three levels: Core Benefit Products, Basic Products, and Augmented Products. In contrast, the price mix is evaluated on the basis of the approach used to determine it. Primary data was collected using observation, questionnaires, and in-depth interviews, while secondary data was collected through documentary studies. The data was analyzed descriptively and qualitatively through three main steps: data reduction, data presentation, verification, and conclusion. The research results show that, in general, product mix and price mix strategies are applied to marketing Moringa tea at UD. Wuna Barakti is relatively good. This research uses quantitative descriptive with a sample of 180 respondents. The analysis was carried out by looking at the consumption pattern of jamu gendong and the frequency distribution of each variable. Meanwhile, bivariate analysis was tested using the chi square formula. The results of the univariate analysis showed that 70.56% of respondents stated that the jamu gendong products provided were of high quality, with 60% stating they were satisfied with the quality of the products presented. Tiktok is a very creative e-commerce feature to connect sellers, buyers and content creators to provide an exciting experience through live streaming. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. Data sources come from primary data and secondary data by distributing questionnaires. A total of 384 respondents were collected through distributing questionnaires to consumers using the Tiktok application in Palembang City, where the population is unknown using the Lemeshow formula. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS Version 27. The analysis used is a quantitative technique from the results of distributing questionnaires. The results of this research show that partially the variables live streaming, price and personal branding each have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (prob < 0.000 < alpha = 0.05). Simultaneously, the variables live streaming, price and personal branding have a positive and significant effect on increasing purchasing decisions (prob < 0.000 < alpha = 0.05).Based on the results of correlation testing, live streaming, price and personal branding have a very strong and positive correlation with purchasing decisions. The research method uses a quantitative approach by distributing a questionnaire to 97 respondents who are grab bike drivers in Palembang City. The analytical technique used is a double linear regression analysis processed using the help of the computer program Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 25. Based on the test results of the partial hypothesis t on the incentive variable showed that a value of 7,969 > 1,986 with a significance value of 0,000 < 0,05 and the punishment variable indicated a values of 4,296 > 1 986 with the significance of 0.000 < 0,05 indicated that the incentives and punishments hypotheses had a positive and significant influence on driver performance. Based on the results of the determination coefficient test (R2), the known great impact of incentive and punishment on the performance of Grab bike drivers Kota Palembang is 69.9% and based on the calculation of the F test the hypothesis is accepted if Fcount > Ftabel or 95,034 > 3,09. This research uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires via Google Form to Gojek partners in Palembang City. With a total sample of 97 respondents and using a probability sampling technique, namely random sampling with analysis of research data using multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 25 program. Based on the results of the partial hypothesis (t test) it shows that incentives, order distribution, time limits and system level has a positive and significant effect on order fraud intentions, where the t value > t table and the sig t value < 0.05. Mangkokku is a restaurant that specializes in rice bowls with a touch of traditional Indonesian knowledge. Mangkokku was able to successfully adopt a survival plan during the pandemic by opening locations near residential areas, limiting their menu to takeout, and putting up a virtual kitchen. The PPKM restrictions were also implemented around this time. Mangkokku's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats are examined using a SWOT analysis. Mangkokku's company survival plan was established from the SWOT analysis in order to weather the pandemic. Qualitative research seeks to explain the complexity of the social context, investigate meaning, and get a deeper understanding of social processes. This approach is used by researchers to explain Mangkokku's post-pandemic survival strategy. A SWOT analysis reveals that Mangkokku's competitive advantages include a robust brand, innovative products, an effective supply chain, high product quality, and assured customer service. Mangkokku's shortcomings include reliance on regional markets, a lack of human resources, a small marketing budget, and a reliance on particular suppliers. Prospects in the post-pandemic Mangkokku era include e-commerce, consumer trends, market expansion, and strategic alliances. Threats to Mangkokku include fierce rivalry, alterations to laws, price swings for raw materials, and technological advancements. A plan that leverages strengths, overcomes weaknesses, seizes opportunities, and defeats threats is developed based on the SWOT analysis.
