It has found that: (1) orientation and training objectives of the school are the basic factors guiding the practice teaching activities of innovation and entrepreneurship, which directly affect and stimulate the resource support and process management of practice teaching; (2) resource support and process management obviously affect the improvement of students’ abilities in entrepreneurship and innovation practice and their satisfaction. The results indicate that school orientation and training objectives should be based on students’ specific situation and fully consider their practical needs. Meanwhile strengthening the investment of all kinds of education resources and optimizing the entire process of internship teaching are also necessary. Additionally, verifying the role of procedural justice (PJ) as a mediating variable between TLS and job satisfaction. Consequently, to achieving the research objectives, the measurement tools were developed depending on previous studies. Moreover, a simple random sample of 159 faculty members was selected. The study found that the level of job satisfaction was medium and conversely of that the level of TLS practice was low. The results showed that TLS has a substantial and positive impact on job satisfaction. It also revealed that procedural justice partially mediates the relationship between TLS and job satisfaction. Finally, the study recommended improving job satisfaction by focusing on encouraging managers to adopt transformational leadership and adopting procedural justice principles. Firstly, the evaluation index system of accounting applied talents competency is constructed from the four dimensions of learning ability, professional judgment ability, comprehensive management ability and self-discipline ability. Secondly, the data is collected through questionnaires, and the data is descriptively analyzed, validity analyzed and reliability analyzed to determine the validity of the survey data. Finally, based on the results of statistical analysis, the competency evaluation model of accounting applied talents based on factor analysis method is constructed for the different needs of junior, intermediate and senior accounting talents. The research results show that the ability of Chinese accountants is at a good level, but the scores of legal and regulatory professional knowledge ability, operational ability and comprehensive business ability are relatively low. The competency evaluation model of accounting applied talents based on factor analysis method is applicable to the evaluation of competency of different levels of Chinese accounting talents, and it may provide direction for improving the competency of Chinese accounting applied talents. According to the data statistics, the graduates in human resource management get a job concentrated in Zhejiang Province, mainly in large and medium-sized cities. Graduates have many job types and wide job adaptability, but they are mainly engaged in HR. Besides, employment within the system is 40%, and employment outside the system is 60%. Job-hopping rate is low, and employment prospects are the main factors affecting job mobility. The rain classroom operation technology has low threshold, strong function and simple operation. It provides a convenient way to flip the implementation of the classroom. This paper elaborates the concept of rain classroom and flipped classroom, studies the flipped classroom teaching mode based on rain classroom application, and summarizes the rain classroom application in the college English flipped classroom model. The results show that the rain classroom not only has ensured the effective interaction between teachers and students in class preparation, classroom teaching and after-class review, but also has improved the quality of college English teaching and cultivated students' good self-learning habits .
