Migrant workers search for jobs through the Internet platform, which can improve the efficiency of obtaining jobs. Based on the employment status of migrant workers against the background of \"Internet +\" and the characteristics of flexible employment, the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of flexible employment of migrant workers. In view of the disadvantages and problems of flexible employment of migrant workers, the government should explore corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to promote the healthy development of migrant workers' Internet platform employment. The results show that the total number of households in Lanzhou has risen rapidly in the past ten years, and the decrease of household size shows the development characteristics of the miniaturization of family scale and the simplification of family structure, and the phenomenon of aging and fewer children is highlighted. However, there are various problems in the process including subjective rating, limited evaluation content and results in inaccuracy. In accordance with the qualitative research on grounded theory, this research mainly conducts the study from the proposition of student. Through interviews with 35 students and coding in three phases, this research found that teachers' ethics and introduction after class are also significant content that students concern about in addition to the existing teaching evaluation dimension. Therefore, that's to say, the non-teaching factor has so great effect on the result of the evaluation of teaching quality that needs more attention of teachers. The study shows that leader’s emotional intelligence, leader--member exchange and team psychological safety have significant positive impacts on team innovation performance. Meanwhile, leader-member exchange and team psychological safety have partial mediating effects on the relationship between leader’s emotional intelligence and team innovation performance. Several methods are suggested to enhance the team innovation performance. The new platform adopts Citrix XenServer for server virtualization, and builds an experimental teaching environment with Citrix XenDesktop. It involves various links of experimental teaching, such as experimental teaching arrangement, student experiment attendance and management, experimental equipment and network monitoring, etc. A convenient mobile laboratory is built by using mobile terminals such as mobile phones and tablets. With the online learning function, students can choose courses to study independently. In this context, how to effectively use social media short video for marketing has become a hot topic in academic circles. This paper will take social media short video as the main research object to explore the impact of enterprises' use of social media short video marketing on consumers' brand attitude. Specifically, this paper divides social media short video marketing into three dimensions: interesting content, scene-based experience and user participation interaction, and constructs a relationship model with short video marketing as an independent variable, brand perception as a mediator variable, and brand attitude as a dependent variable. SPSS24.0 was used to analyze the data collected from 363 questionnaires, and the following conclusions were drawn: interesting content, scene-based experience, and user participation and interaction have a positive impact on brand attitude; Brand perception plays a part of intermediary role between short video marketing and brand attitude. This paper has guided significance for enterprises to use short video marketing to build brand. However, in reality, most researches have not gone in-depth into the study of the components of university students’ innovation ability or the evaluation index system. This paper, on the basis of the quantitative analysis on literature, works out initially the innovation ability evaluation index system of university students. Then, data collected from the questionnaire and social network analysis tool are adopted to select appropriate indexes. With the introversion centrality the screening criterion, it builds the innovation ability evaluation index system of university students. The system consists of six primary indicators and 36 secondary indicators, which provides reference and guidance for evaluating university students’ innovation ability.
