This paper to explore some spatial patterns of mining industry development in 7 districts/cities in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province over the period of 2004-2018. Our analysis pioneered the study of the development of the tin mining industry and regional development that combines 'geography'. Discriminant analysis proves to be useful as a basis for integrating development policies formulations in the mining industry. The findings show that the Bangka Belitung Islands Province and the Central Government require development policies that include regional variations in terms of economic growth, poverty, unemployment, economic exploitation, human resource development, and income inequality. More importantly, Indonesia can improve regional performance by taking into account the spatial dimensions of economic growth, poverty, unemployment, economic exploitation, human resource development and income inequality. Our findings offer some insight into the spatial aspects of mining industry development in Bangka Belitung Islands Province and regional development.","PeriodicalId":150426,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2021 4th International Conference on Computers in Management and Business","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115716547","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper measures the economic high-quality development level of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration based on the entropy method. First, establish a logical framework for high-quality economic development. The framework is divided into three parts: conditions, processes and results. The second is to establish a high-quality development evaluation index system for urban agglomerations from three aspects: economic growth, infrastructure construction and ecological capital construction: human capital, people's interests and coordinated development. Finally, a measurement model based on the entropy weight method was established to collect the data of 16 cities in the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration from 2009 to 2018, and comprehensively evaluate the spatiotemporal development trends of 16 cities with higher development levels. The results show that Chengdu and Chongqing have developed rapidly and steadily over the past ten years. The average gap between the first and last cities in the high-quality development level is 0.460, and the high-quality development is uneven within the city group; the average gap between the second and third places in the city group is 0.327, There are serious faults in high-quality development. In the future development, the urban agglomeration cities should be encouraged to develop together, narrowing the regional gap, and promoting the high-quality economic development of the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration.","PeriodicalId":150426,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2021 4th International Conference on Computers in Management and Business","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124526801","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper adopted a comprehensive literature review and the opinion of experts with knowledge of blockchain to identify success factors for blockchain adoption in a CSCRM. The seven factors identified were modeled using an “Interpretive Structural Modelling (ISM)” in the structure of a hierarchical model to envision the contextual relationship amongst identified success factors (SFs) for blockchain adoption in a cyber-secure supply chain. Using the MICMAC approach, the influential factors were clustered according to their driving and dependence powers. Findings from the study suggest, “Supporting platforms and tools” and “Interoperability & Standardization” are the two factors at the top level of the hierarchy, implying weak driving power but strongly dependent on the other factors. It is also observed that “Clarity regulatory provisions” and “Organizational culture and top management support” are significant adoption success factors of blockchain in cyber supply chain risk management and were placed at the bottom level of the hierarchy with higher driving power.","PeriodicalId":150426,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2021 4th International Conference on Computers in Management and Business","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116317295","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Large group transnational travel groups have been temporarily frozen or disappeared. A new state of small bourgeois groups, short-term, and deep tourism has emerged. Expensive hotels have also reduced their prices to survive the epidemic. However, in order to avoid cluster infection, people who want to micro travel have changed to stay in low-cost and characteristic B & B, which are close to the scenic spots and cheap in price The main consideration of accommodation is that B & B has the characteristics of local characteristics to attract free travelers and backpackers to stay.The existing website and software of characteristic B & B are relatively simple and easy. Most websites can provide information services of passenger reservation and online payment. This paper uses the data related to agricultural science and technology innovation in 14 major agricultural provinces in China from 2007 to 2018, and uses the Almon polynomial to improve the three-stage DEA model to analyze the efficiency of agricultural science and technology innovation. The research shows that: (1) The efficiency of agricultural science and technology innovation after excluding the lag period and the influence of environmental variables has been improved as a whole; the original 21.4% of the provinces reached the scale effective, and the increase to 28.6% reached the scale effective; (2) The analysis shows that the agriculture of China’s 14 major agricultural provinces On the whole, the efficiency of science and technology investment is scale-effective and technologically effective, but there are still problems such as irrational investment in agricultural science and technology structure. The main reason is that technical efficiency is not effective. Finally, a plan for adjusting and optimizing the allocation of agricultural science and technology resources in major agricultural provinces in China is proposed; From the three aspects of increasing investment in agricultural science and technology innovation; enhancing technical level, strengthening the transformation of results, improving management efficiency, and improving management mechanisms, targeted suggestions have been made.","PeriodicalId":150426,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2021 4th International Conference on Computers in Management and Business","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134506341","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

DA processes like CRISP-DM serve as an orientation framework for managing DA projects in general but fail to deliver domain-specific details at the operative project level especially in SCM. Setting DA objectives, deriving associated SCM activities, identifying applicable measurement indicators for analyzing these activities, as well as defining DA questions for the specific DA objectives are challenging and under-researched tasks. This paper presents a literature review- and expert questionnaire-based approach for conducting the business understanding stage of CRISP-DM in SCM DA projects. The developed approach provides a procedure for selecting and defining the right DA questions based on specific DA objectives and SCM activities. To demonstrate applicability of the research, the DA approach is applied to an ongoing DA project in retail SCM. The result show that the time required for completing the business understanding stage of the DA project could significantly be reduced. Furthermore, the DA questions developed in this study provided a clear guideline for the project and facilitated cooperation between data analysts, research and SCM domain experts.","PeriodicalId":150426,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2021 4th International Conference on Computers in Management and Business","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130304302","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
