With the video presentation as the platform, viewers might get bound after getting interested up to excitement. As a social media, YouTube also enables people to do the social interaction. As they interact, any expression happens, might also be cyber-bullying. This study aims to obtain a comprehensive description of Binus university students' (Binusian 2021) abilities to manage themselves and willing or not to involve in cyber-bullying as part of their character education. The total respondents’ number are 185 from 12 departments. The research used surveys by questionnaires and processed by the quantitative method using the Likert scale and SPSS tool. The questionnaires are valid (corrected item-total correlation is 0.556 (> 0.250)) and reliable (α=0.890). The results ultimately showed that a total of 86.1% of the total respondents were anti-cyber-bullying in establishing communication in YouTube as social media, 13.9% were neutral.
