{"title":"هجرة العمالة الیمینة الى المجتمع السعودی","authors":"ماجد بن عوض الأسمری","doi":"10.21608/JSH.2019.40022","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.21608/JSH.2019.40022","url":null,"abstract":"تسعى الدراسة الى معرفة الأشکال والمظاهر لهجرة العمالة الیمنیة الوافدة فی المجتمع السعودی فی مدینة الریاض ، وهدفت الى الکشف عن مدى الحاجة للعمالة الیمنیة الوافدة فی المجتمع السعودی من خلال معرفة المهن التی یعمل بها العمالة الیمنیة والتی لا یعمل بها الشباب السعودی . وما الأشکال والمظاهر لهجرة العمالة الیمنیة فی الجانب التقنی والمهنی . \u0000کما ناقشت الأشکال والمظاهر لهجرة العمالة الیمنیة فی جانب المال والأعمال ، وفی الاطار النظری التطور التاریخی للعمالة الیمنیة فی المجتمع السعودی ، وتم استعرض النظریات المفسرة للدراسة وهی : نظریة الطرد والجذب ، ونظریة رأس المالالاجتماعی وشبکة علاقات المهاجرین ، وتناولت الدراسة عددا من الدراسات السابقة ، التی أهتمت ببعض جوانب الدراسة الحالیة ، وفی الاطار المنهجی والذی تم تحدید نوع الدراسة ومنهجها ، وأدوات جمع البیانات ، وعینة الدراسة، أداة الدراسة، مجالات الدراسة ، وبعد ذلک عرض وتحلیل بیانات الدراسة ومناقشة نتائجها . \u0000واختمت الدراسة عرض لأهم النتائج التی توصلت لها الدراسة والتی من أبرزها أن المجتمع السعودی لا یزال بحاجة الى العمالة الیمنیة خاصة فی المجالات الخدمیة والمهن التی لا تتطلب خبرة ولا تدریب ، ومن النتائج الهامة کذلک رأس المال الاجتماعی والعلاقات القرابیة فیما یخص أشکال ومظاهر هجرة العمالة الیمنیة حیث أنها تعتمد على العلاقات القرابیة بشکل کبیر . \u0000This study aims at exploring the forms and methods of the immigration of Yemeni workers in the Saudi society in Riyadh, it aimed to investigate the need for the Yemeni workers in the Saudi society through the kind of jobs they do which are abandoned by Saudi youth workers. In addition, what are the forms of immigration in the technical and the vocational field. Furthermore, the study discuss the forms of immigration in the field of business and economy. \u0000 Moreover, the researcher discusses the theoretical framework of the history of the Yemeni immigration to the Saudi society, and explores the related theories, which are: push pull theory, social capital theory and migrants network relationship, and at the end of the chapter, the study carries the investigation of the previous studies on this matter. In the third chapter, the researcher sets the methodology of the study, \u0000collecting data procedure, sample community, researcher instrument and study area. In the fourth chapter, data Analysis and result discussions. In the fifth chapter, presenting the most important result of the study has reached which highlight that the Saudi society is still in need of Yemeni workers especially in the field of service and types of jobs that does not require experience or training, furthermore the study concluded that the social capital is a major influence for the forms and methods of the immigrations, the reason behind that was it depend mainly on relatives, moreover the study concluded more other results can be seen in the fifth chapter. It was common to mention the ellipse in the Quran, which raised several problems. Is the mechanism of transfer and translation implicitly ellipse from the Arabic language (the language of the Quran) into French. \u0000After we proved his presence in the Qur'an, for several reasons and purposes that were mentioned in detail, we addressed the issue of transferring the implied meaning from Arabic to French, adopting the Qur'anic text as a model for dealing with this issue through two mechanisms to preserve the transfer of meaning to the target language. Without increasing or decreasing, may upset the Qur'anic meaning. \u0000First: - The need to transfer implicitly deleted from the source language to the target language because the meaning will not be true except by mentioning it. \u0000Second: - It is not necessary to transfer the deleted implicitly because it will not affect the clarity and meaning of meaning \u0000The methods of translators differed in dealing with the Quranic deletion. {"title":"أثر الترجمة فی نشر بعض المفاهیم المغلوطة ترجمة القادیانیة لکلمة (الجهاد) فی القرآن الکریم نموذجاً","authors":"إبراهیم بیومی, سامح أنور","doi":"10.21608/JSH.2019.39412","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.21608/JSH.2019.39412","url":null,"abstract":"الملخص \u0000تعد الترجمة فی بعض الأحیان أداة للغزو الفکری، وذلک حین تتخذ وسیلة لنشر بعض المفاهیم المغلوطة لأسباب سیاسیة أو دینیة أو اجتماعیة.. من المفاهیم التی حاول المغرضون تحریف دلالتها مصطلح الجهاد. من ثم بدأ الباحث ببیان حقیقة الجهاد المشروع فی الإسلام، ثم استعرض شخصیة مبارک أحمد \"صاحب الترجمة\" وتوجهاته الفکریة والعقدیة. بعد ذلک عرض الباحث ترجمة مبارک أحمد لکلمة الجهاد فی ترجمته لمعانی القرآن الکریم إلى اللغة السواحیلیة، ثم قام بدراسة أثر الترجمة فی نشر مفهوم الجهاد فی الترجمة القادیانیة لمعانی القرآن الکریم مقارنا ذلک بترجمات لاثنین من أهل السنة والجماعة وهما عبدالله صالح الفارسی والبروانی مع عرض وجهة نظر الباحث .. وقد خرج البحث ببعض النتائج؛ ومنها أن الترجمة تعد من أسلحة الغزو الثقافی نظرا لما تقوم به من إیصال معنى غیر مراد من النص الأصلی، الأمر الذی یترتب علیه وقوع القارئ فی لبس أو اعتقاده فی مفهوم خاطئ. \u0000Abstract: \u0000Sometimes translation is an instrument of intellectual invasion when used as a means of spreading some misconceptions for political, religious or social reasons. Some of the concepts that some have tried to distort are the term Jihad. Then the researcher began to show the truth of the legitimate Jihad in Islam, and then reviewed the personality of Mubarak Ahmed, \"owner of the translation\" and his intellectual tendencies. After that, the researcher presented the translation of Mubarak to the word Jihad in his translation of the meaning of the Quran into the Swahili language .. Then he studied the effect of translation in spreading the concept of Jihad in the Qadiyani translation of the meanings of the Holy Quran, hey compared it with two translations of the Sunnis: Sheikh Abdulla Saleh Al-Farsi and Sheikh Ali Muhsin Al-Barwani. Those challenges have passive impacts on the system and the quality of higher education outcomes. Therefore, researchers should search for scientific and alternative methods to overcome such challenges. Researchers may make use of creative, innovative methods and long-term planning to face all the obstacles on long run. An extra emphasis will be on the private universities and non-profit Waqf institutions as they develop higher education through strategic planning. {"title":"الشاعرة الأفغانیة نـادیـا انجـمن","authors":"سوسن عبد المنعم صقر","doi":"10.21608/jsh.2018.29551","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.21608/jsh.2018.29551","url":null,"abstract":"ملخص البحث باللغة العربیة \u0000یتناول هذا البحث واحدة من الشاعرات الأفغانیات المعاصرات اللاتى لم تؤد الظروف القاسیة فى أفغانستان إلى رکودهن ، إنها الشاعرة نادیا انجمن ، التى ولدت فى مدینة هرات إحدى المدن الأفغانیة عام 1980م، حیث حاولت نادیا انجمن أن تواصل سیرها فى مجال الثقافة والفن والأدب قدر ما استطاعت، بل استطاعت أن تطلق صرختها أمام أى مؤسسة تمارس ضدها القمع والکبت دینیة کانت أم اجتماعیة . اکتسبت نادیا انجمن شهرة واسعة فى مجال الأدب والشعر فى أفغانستان وماحولها ، ونقلت عبر دیوانیها  إلى العالم معاناة الإنسان وخاصة المرأة وما یحدث لها من آثار الحروب الأهلیة والدولیـة ،  وقد لمع نجم الشاعرة نادیا انجمن فى أفغانستان بعد الغزو الأمریکى لأفغانستان ، فحمل شعره مفاهیم إنسانیة سامیة ، وهى شاعرة متحررة توافق أطروحاتها متطلبات تلک الفترة الزمنیة التى عاصرتها ، کما أنها شاعرة شابة مبدعة لها رؤیتهـا الخاصة للحیاة ، و أظهرت من خلال دیوانیها أن المرأة الأفغانیة المعاصرة صـارت نموذجا متغیرا یمتلک مکانة بارزة فى الخطاب الأدبى والشعرى مطابقة مع الخطاب السیاسى . اتخذت من شعرها سلاحا تدافع به عن آمال مجتمعها وتطلعاته . توفیت نادیة انجمن عام 2005 م عن عمر یناهز الخامسة وعشرین ربیعا  متأثرة بإصابت بالغة جراء إعتداء زوجها علیها \u0000Abstract \u0000This deals with one of the most contemporary Afghan poets who did not lead to the harsh conditions in Afghanistan to their stagnation is poet Nadia Anjuman, she was born in the city of Herat, one of the Afghan cities in 1980, Nadia Anjuman tried to continue her career in culture, art and literature as much as she could. She was able to launch its cry in front against of any institution which practiced the religious or social repression. Nadia Anjuman gained wide fame in literature and poetry in Afghanistan and neighboring countries, she conveyed to the world the suffering of men, especially women, and the effects of civil and international wars on them. The star of poet Nadia Anjuman was struck in Afghanistan after the US invasion of Afghanistan, her poetry bore lofty humanistic concepts, she is a liberal poet whose thesis complies with the requirements of that period of time, she is also a young creative poet with her own vision of life. She showed through her writings that contemporary Afghan women have become a changing model with a prominent position in literary and poetry discourse in line with the political discourse. She took from her poetry a weapon to defend the hopes and aspirations of her society.
