{"title":"السلطان علاء الدين الخلجي (695- 716 هـ/ 1296- 1316م) بين الحقيقة والتشويه Sultan Alaa Al-Din Al-Khalji (695-716 AH / 1296-1316 AD) Between Truth and Distortion","authors":"سالي علاء الدين سيد عفيفي","doi":"10.21608/jsh.2024.360571","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.21608/jsh.2024.360571","url":null,"abstract":"يُعَدَّ السلطان علاء الدين الخلجي واحدًا من أهم السلاطين في فترة حكم المسلمين للهند، وتعد فترة حكمه من أفضل الفترات المعبِّرة عن التوسع في الفتوحات الذي كان سائدًا في تلك الفترة؛ حيث إنَّ السلطان علاء الدين الخلجي ضم تحت حكمه الكثير من الأراضي الهندية. وقد سعى كثير من الهندوس والإنجليز لتشويه الرموز الإسلامية في الهند، وما زالوا؛ محاولة منهم لمحو آثار المسلمين الطيبة من الهند. وهنا تكمن أهمية الدراسة في إثبات براءة السلطان علاء الدين الخلجي من التشويه الذي تعمده الهندوس بوصفه حاكمًا بربريًّا قاسيًا جاهلًا، يتعاطى الخمر، مثليًّا يمارس الرذيلة مع عبده كافور، اضطهد الهندوس، وخاض معارك طويلة عبثية في سبيل الحصول على زوجة رجل آخر.Sultan Alaa al-Din al-Khalji is considered one of the most important sultans during the period of Muslim rule of India, and his rule is considered one of the best periods expressing the expansion of conquests that prevailed in that period. As Sultan Alaa al-Din al-Khalji annexed much of Indian territory under his rule. Many Hindus and English have sought to distort Islamic symbols in India and are still trying to erase the good traces of Muslims from India. {"title":"Translation of Sacred Scriptures between linguistic identity and liturgical language","authors":"الخضری سعد الدین, عبد الرحمن","doi":"10.21608/JSH.2019.40147","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.21608/JSH.2019.40147","url":null,"abstract":"Abstract: \u0000The three heavenly revealed religions (Judaism, Christianity, and Islam) have their authoritative books; namely, the divine scriptures, such as the Old Testament of the Jews and the New Testament of the Christians as well as the Glorious Quran of the Muslims. Each of these books has its original language in which it was revealed with a specific linguistic model and societal identity. It is almost impossible to think of Judaism without thinking of Hebrew or to think of the Quran without thinking of Arabic. What we have today of the sacred scriptures of the Jews and the Christians is just translations of what had been revealed in Hebrew or in Greek. Only the Quran is an exception as its original form is saved. Translating these books raises questions about their linguistic identity and about their sacredness. Is it possible to use translations in religious rites and ceremonies? \u0000Evidently, the translation of sacred scriptures is not an easy work. It is not a mere rendering some human thoughts into other languages. It is the word of God. Any change in forms leads to changes in contents. It is impossible to translate the original texts of these three religions into other parallel languages exactly. Simply, the ubiquity of various interpretations of verses forms a strong reason for that, let alone the sanctity of the texts as the word of God. As such, the sacred text has its independent identity in terms of linguistic form, content, and meaning apart from any further interpretations or readings. \u0000This Transdisciplinary study attempts to answer some questions: What is the original language of the Bible and the Quran? Is the Catholic Bible identical with the Protestant and Jewish Bibles?  Do followers of three religions allow translations of their sacred books? Do translations of these books depend on original texts or on other translations? {"title":"دور قضاة الاندلس السیاسی فی المرحلة الانتقالیة من عصر المرابطین الى عصر الموحدین","authors":"علیاء هاشم المشهدانی","doi":"10.21608/JSH.2019.40036","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.21608/JSH.2019.40036","url":null,"abstract":"الملخص العربی \u0000فی عام 556هـ/1160م دخلت الأندلس عصرا جدیدا بانتقالها من سلطة المرابطین إلى سلطة الموحدین، ولم یحدث ذلک الانتقال بصورة مفاجئة إذ سبقته تحولات عدیدة مرت بها البلاد منذ عام 500 هـ/1106م  فی مختلف الأصعدة ،والذی ینضوی تحت موضوعنا منها ما کان ممهدات التغییر على الصعید السیاسی. \u0000 وسنرکز فی هذا البحث على وجه التحدید على دور القضاة فی ذلک التغییر باعتبارهم فقهاء یمثلون الجانب الدینی أولا وباعتبارهم أصحاب وظائف إداریة یمثلون السلطة السیاسیة التی کانوا منضوین تحتها ثانیا ، إذ شهدت الأندلس فی أواخر الحکم المرابطی قیام عدد من قضاتها بالثورة على سلطة المرابطین لا وبل بإعلان أنفسهم حکاما سیاسیین للمدن التی کانوا متولین لقضائها وبخطوة لاحقة طمحوا لمد سلطتهم إلى مدن أخرى ، مما یثیر تساؤلا مهما ،عن إشکالیة تطرح على مر العصور وهی: ما هو دور من یمثلون الجانب الدینی عند حصول مقدمات للتغییر فی السلطة أو أی فراغ سیاسی؟ وهذا ما سنحاول الإجابة عنه وفق معطیات ما قام به عدد من قضاة الأندلس أبان الانتقال من العصر المرابطی إلى الموحدی ،وذلک بعد البحث عن الأسباب والغایات التی دفعتهم لذلک کم متابعة مدى استمراریتهم بالسلطة وما حققوه من خطوتهم تلک ، لاسیما إن ما قام به أولئک القضاة لم نجد له ما یشابهه فی مجمل تاریخ الأندلس والمغرب فی العصور الإسلامیة. \u0000Andalusia, in 556 A.H/1160P.H,. entered a new era, transferring from the rule of Moravids*  to that of Mohads**. This transition did not take place all of a sudden, it was preceded by many changes through which Andalusia went since 500 A.H./1106P.H at various levels; our subject comprises the preludes of change on the political side, and we shall be focusing in our research specifically on the role of judges in that change, firstly, being men of jurisprudence representing the religious authority, and secondly, occupying administrative posts representing the political authority under which they act. In the late period of Moravids' rule, Andalusia witnessed the revolution of some of its judges against the rule of Muravids, in fact, they announced themselves political rulers in the cities in which they were their judges, and in later step they aspired to extend their power to other cities, and this raises an important question: what is the role of representatives of religious authority at the advent of changes of power or in case of political vacuum? He used these to strengthen his style and make us involved in the incidents of the novel. In this style study we explain the literacy terms that have the different figures of Speech. \u0000Valery was known for his rich and varied style. He riches his novels with valuable vocabulary. Moreover, he gives the reader an impression that his style is simple. \u0000Valery had the ability to say what he wants by simple syntax, because it was estimated in his works. \u0000All that contained an infinite possibility of flexibility and simplicity. {"title":"خصائص رمال الکثبان الهلالیة فى منخفض الخارجة ( صحراء مصر الغربیة ) دراسة فى الجیومورفولوجیة التطبیقیة","authors":"السید عطیة, نورة عبد التواب","doi":"10.21608/JSH.2019.39419","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.21608/JSH.2019.39419","url":null,"abstract":"الملخص : \u0000یهدف البحث  إلى تحلیل خصائص رمال الکثبان بمنخفض الخارجة من خلال تطبیق طریقة فولک وورد ، وقد أظهرت نتائج التحلیل المیکانیکى أن رمال منطقة الدراسة تسودها الرمال متوسطة الحجم ( 1.35–2∅ )، حیث بلغت نسبة الرمال الخشنة والمتوسطة والناعمة والناعمة جدا نحو 5% ، 59.01 % ، 36 % لکل منها على التوالى، کما أن هناک ارتباط قوى بین متوسط حجم الرمال وقیم معامل التصنیف ، مما یعنى أن کل من حجم الحبیبة وأنماط التصنیف یعتمد على طبیعة الرواسب الأصلیة وکذلک على الطریقة التى نقلت بها الرمال بالإضافة الى العامل المسئول عن نقل الرمال ، اما فیما یتعلق بالخصائص النسیجبة لرمال الکثبان ، فانها کانت تتالف من رمال ناعمة ، متوسطة ، جیدة التصیف جدا ، موجبة الألتواء والتفرطح ، کما أنها تراوحت من حیث الإستدارة فیما بین شبه المستدیرة وشبه الحادة . \u0000     تراوحت قیم الکرویة فیما بین 91.1 % جنوب المنطقة ، 92.3 % بشمال المنطقة من مجموع  حبیبات الرمال متوسطة الحجم (0.25 - 0. 50 مم ) ، على حین تزداد قیم الکرویة فى حبیبات الرمال الخشنة (1-2 مم ) حیث تراوحت فیما بین 93.1 % ،97.1 % ، ویرجع ذلک الى أن الرواسب الهوائیة بمنطقة الدراسة اشتقت من الرواس النهریة البلیستوینیة التى تغطى شمال منطقة الدراسة بواسطة التذریة الهوائیة وتم نقلها للداخل من خلال العواصف الرملیة ، ومن ثم فقد قطعت مسافة لا بأس بها من شمال الى جنوب المنطقة ، وبالتالى فان النقل خلال مسافة تراوحت فیما بین 50-70 کم أدى لإصطدام الحبیبات ببعضها البعض ، ومن ثم اتخذت الشکل الکروى . \u0000      اتضح من دراسة الظاهرات الدقیقة على اسطح البیبات الرملیة سیادة الظاهرات المیکانیکیة على أسطح الحبیبات الرملیة ومنها الأطباق المقلوبة والمنخفضات الطولیة المتوازیة والأسطح المصقولة والحفر على هیئة حرف فى والشقوق والفواصل أ اما الظاهرات الناجمة عن التجویة الکیمیائیة فتمثلت فى تجاویف الإذابة ، مما یعنى أن التجویة بنوعیها لعبت دورا رئیسیا فى تکوین الظاهرات المرتبطة بالبیئة الصحراویة. کما اتضح من دراسة المعادن الثقیلة أن رمال منطقة الدراسة تحتوى على العدید من المعادن منها الروتیل والجارنت والشترولایت والمونازیت والزیرکون والبیروکسین والابیدوت والامفیبولات والمعادن المعتمة ، وکلها ذات قیمة اقتصادیة . \u0000The paper aims to  analyses the statistical parameters of the sand grain size distribution Kharga Depression dunes applying the sieving technique and Folk and Ward's equation. The results of the sieving analysis divulged that The sands of the study area dominated by mid-sized sand (∅ 1.35-2). With coarse sand, medium and soft and very soft about 5%, 59.01%, 36% each respectively. There is a strong correlation between the average size of sand classification factor values. , Which means that all of our beloved size and patterns of classification depends on the nature of the original deposits. The textural characteristics of the sand forming the dunes are unimodal with a modal class in fine sand size, moderately to very well sorted, positively skewed and mesokurtic.
