{"title":"الأبعاد الاجتماعیة والثقافیة لمرضى الداء السکری – دراسة میدانیة لبعض الفتیات بمحافظه الغربیة","authors":"ابتسام مرسى محمد المرسى","doi":"10.21608/JSH.2019.39528","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.21608/JSH.2019.39528","url":null,"abstract":"مشکلات الصحة والمرض ترتبط ارتباطا وثیقا بالثقافة المجتمعیة ، وتهدف الدراسة  إلى محاولة التعرف على الأبعاد الاجتماعیة والثقافیة المؤثرة فی نظرة المجتمع لمریضات السکر وانعکاس تلک النظرة على رؤیتها لنفسها وتأثیرها على مختلف جوانب حیاتها الاجتماعیة وطموحاتها المستقبلیة . \u0000وتم تحدید الفئة العمریة لعینة الدراسة لدی الفتیات فی الفئة من 15: 20 عاما من المصابات بداء السکری ، حیث تزداد نسبة الإصابة السنویة به على مستوى العالم ، وتعد مصر من الدول المتقدمة فی نسبة الإصابة بالمرض وتزداد النسبة بین النساء عنها بین الذکور ، وقد استخدمت الباحثة منهج دراسة الحالة على عینة من طالبات المرحلة الثانویة بلغ عددهن 6 والاستبیان لعدد 102 من الفتیات المصابات بالمرض و109 لبعض اعضاء المجتمع ، وأوضحت نتائج الدراسة عدم وعی أعضاء المجتمع بطبیعة المرض وأبعاده ، و أن ثقافة المجتمع أثرت بشکل کبیر على سلوک أعضائه نحو المصابات بالمرض وانعکست تلک النظرة بالسلب على رؤیة المصابات لأنفسهن ، مما شکل عائقا نحو محاولة الاهتمام بالذات والتطلع لبناء المستقبل . \u0000Health and diseases are closely related to community culture \u0000The aim of this study is to identify the social and cultural dimensions that affect the society  perception of diabetic patients, the reflection of their vision of themselves and their impact on various aspects of their social life and their future aspirations. \u0000 The age of this study was determined among girls in the age group 15-20 years of diabetic patients, where the annual incidence of affection is increasing globally. Egypt is one of the higher percentage of this disease and women are more affected than men. \u0000Methodology of the study on a sample of high school students. This study reflects some of the aspects of the Kashmiri issue in Arabic and Urdu poetry through selected examples of some poets who dealt with this issue in their various poems in addition to the published poems in newspapers, magazines and on the internet. The study based on analytical descriptive method which describes each axis accurately in Arabic poetry, and then describing the same axis in Urdu poetry, to reach the conclusion and similarities and differences between them if any. The study included three chapters; First: beauty of Kashmir in Arabic and Urdu poetry. Second: tragedy of Kashmir under occupation in Arabic and Urdu poetry. To achieve this goal, the following has been done.1- A questionnaire to determine the behavior of rationalization of consumption of the kindergarten child.2-Note card for the rationalization of consumption of the kindergarten child.3-A visual measure for the development of the rationalization behaviors of the kindergarten child 4-Program for the development of the behaviors of rationalization of consumption of the child kindergarten ,  Five main behaviors were identified to rationalize the child's consumption and twenty-five sub-behaviors. They were included in both the illustrator and the observation card applied to the sample children before and after the program was applied. \u0000    The study sample consisted of 60 children and girls divided into experimental and control groups.
