This research was conducted in the period from February to April 2022. The population is urban in Gorontalo Province, with a random sample of 172 people with various professional characteristics. The research variables include people's perceptions, knowledge, and behavior regarding using organic fertilizers. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that 95.3% of the urban community's perception of a suitable type of fertilizer chose organic fertilizer over non-organic fertilizer, and from the aspect of knowledge, as much as 69.8% knew the benefits of using organic fertilizer, both for plants and the environment and economic benefits. From the behavioral aspect, 83.7% of people are used to using organic fertilizers, and 62.8% prefer to use organic fertilizers compared to other fertilizers. The market potential for organic fertilizer for urban communities in Gorontalo Province based on aspects of knowledge and behavior is relatively high so that marketing can target urban communities. It is inseparable from the role of agricultural extension workers as agents of change in the process of adoption by farmers. As someone on behalf of the government, the agricultural extension worker is obligated to influence the decision-making process to restore Rojolele's existence in Delanggu Village. This study aimed to analyze the role of agricultural extension workers as agents of change and identify internal agents of change who play a role in adopting the Rojolele Srinuk rice innovation in Delanggu Village. The research method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method—data collection technique with in-depth interviews with 12 informants, observation, and document study. The research was conducted in a closed-house system with a capacity of 22,000 CP 707 strains at plasma breeders of PT. Prosperous Star Together. The variables used in this study include harvested body weight, body weight gain, Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR), Performance Index (IP) and percentage of depletion. The research technique used is direct observation in the field. Sampling uses simple random sampling, where the sample is randomly selected from a specified number. Analysis tools used descriptive method. The measurement data will be compared with the performance standards of broiler chickens according to PT. Charoen Pokphand. The results showed that the average body weight at 25 days was 1.614 kg/head, increased body weight was 1.564 kg/head, FCR was 1.36, IP was 465.45 and depletion percentage was 1.95%. The conclusion that can be drawn from the results of this study is that the production performance of broiler chickens kept in a closed-house system reaches the standards of PT. Having the majority of the population working as rice farmers makes farmers during the farming period always need capital, but often in farming activities, farmers are always constrained by money. Farmers always borrow from conventional financial services in the village when there is a shortage of capital. This does not solve the problem but creates a new trial, namely interest-bearing debt, so a new financing system is needed that avoids interest. Islamic financial institutions can be an option for farmers as a source of capital. The aim is to assess knowledge of Islamic finance among farmers. The study was conducted from October 2022 to January 2023. It used four indicators to measure Islamic financial literacy: Islamic savings and loans, basic knowledge of Islamic finance, Islamic investment, and Islamic insurance. A survey method was used to collect data, and a sample of 30 individuals was selected through purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out by interviewing using a questionnaire, and previously the questionnaire items were validated and tested for reliability. Descriptive statistics were used for analysis. The results showed that the level of Islamic financial literacy among rice farmers in Sei Penggantungan Village was low, with an index value of 59.66%. According to the classification of Chen and Volpe (1998), it is included in the low category (<60%). The main factor causing low Islamic financial literacy among farmers is the limited access of rural communities to financial education related to Islamic financial services. This includes understanding the features, benefits, risks, rights, and obligations associated with the service. This study aimed to determine the agribusiness performance of the White Oyster Mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) in Anduonohu ​​Village, Poasia District, Kendari City. Case study on Tiga Putra Farm Business. This research was conducted in September 2021. The object of this research was the Tiga Putra Fram Timber Mushroom business. The method used in this study is Qualitative Descriptive Analysis. The type of data in this study used primary data, namely direct interviews, and secondary data, namely library literature. The variables used in this study are 1. The informant's identity includes age, education level, business experience, and some family dependents, 2. Agribusiness performance from this study is in the form of support in the agribusiness subsystem, which includes production facilities (seeds, fertilizers, tools /machinery, and mushroom house), cultivation and farming subsystem (planting, maintenance, processing), and marketing subsystem (distribution). The results of this study are the agribusiness performance of the white oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus), namely the procurement and provision of production facilities, including the procurement of mushroom houses, seeds, tools, and machines. Cultivation and farming include oyster mushroom production, maintenance, and harvest. Oyster mushroom product marketing is done online and offline by online method, namely posting oyster mushroom products on several social media platforms such as Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram. Thus the range of product marketing can be more comprehensive. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan analisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan usahatani sagu di Kecamatan Gaung Anak Serka Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah : (1) untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan usahatani sagu di Kecamatan Gaung Anak Serka. (2) untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh faktor-faktor tersebut terhadap pendapatan usahatani sagu di Kecamatan Gaung Anak Serka. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan cara survey. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 77 keluarga petani. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, regresi linear berganda, dan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan usahatani sagu adalah jumlah produksi (α = 1%), tenaga kerja (α = 5%) dan harga jual (α = 1%). Koefisien regresi masing-masing variabel adalah jumlah produksi sebesar 16.360,32, tenaga kerja sebesar 173.689,48 dan harga jual sebesar 104,37. \u0000Sago is a plantation crop that has been widely developed by the people of Gaung Anak Serka District and is a source of income for farming families. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the factors that influence sago farming income in Gaung Anak Serka District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The aims of this study were: (1) to determine the factors that influence sago farming income in Gaung Anak Serka District. (2) to determine the influence of these factors on sago farming income in Gaung Anak Serka District. The research method was carried out by means of a survey. The number of samples used amounted to 77 farming families. The data analysis method were the reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression, and the classical assumption test. The results of this study showed that the variables that affect sago farming income are the amount of production (α = 1%), labor (α = 5%) and selling price (α = 1%). Banyak terdapat keripik cabe yang dijual di Kota Dumai. Beredarnya berbagai produk keripik cabe yang ditawarkan membuat konsumen memiliki banyak pilihan dalam membeli. Salah satu keripik cabe yang disukai masyarakat adalah keripik cabe IKA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sikap dan perilaku konsumen dalam pembelian keripik cabe IKA di Kota Dumai. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kota Dumai dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria konsumen yang berbelanja minimal 1x dan usia sampel ≥ 25 tahun. Jumlah sampel adalah 96 sampel. Data dianalisis dengan model sikap, model norma subjektif dan model perilaku menggunakan theory of reasoned action. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan sikap konsumen terhadap atribut keripik cabe IKA bernilai 12,07. Artinya konsumen memiliki sikap baik dan merasa puas dengan atribut yang ada pada keripik cabe IKA. Perilaku konsumen dalam pembelian keripik cabe IKA di Kota Dumai bernilai 500,151. Artinya perilaku konsumen dalam melakukan pembelian keripik cabe IKA adalah baik. \u0000Dumai City is one of the chili chip production centers. There are many chili chips sold in Dumai City. The circulation of various chili chip products offered makes consumers have many choices in buying. One of the chili chips that people like is the IKA chili chips . This study aims to analyze the attitudes and behavior of consumers in purchasing chili IKA chips in the city of Dumai. The research was carried out in the city of Dumai using the method purposive sampling with the criteria of consumers who shop at least once and sample age ≥ 25 years. The number of samples is 96 samples . The data were analyzed using the attitude model, the subjective norm model and the behavioral model using the theory of reasoned action . The results showed that the overall attitude of consumers towards the attributes of chili IKA chips worth 12.07. This means that consumers have a good attitude and are satisfied with the attributes of the IKA chili chips. Consumer behavior in purchasing IKA chili chips in Dumai City is worth 500.151. Penelitian dilakukan pada Bulan Januari 2023. Penentuan lokasi penelitian dilakukan secara sengaja pada daerah sentra produksi sagu yakni Desa Teluk Sungka dan Desa Teluk Pantaian Kecamatan Gaung Anak Serka dengan jumlah responden 100 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi masyarakat terhadap pangan lokal sagu adalah sangat baik dengan skor 447. \u0000Sago is one of the alternative local food commodities that has the potential to be developed as a local food ingredient because it has several advantages: very large availability, short distribution chain, good nutritional quality and grows according to local agroecological conditions. The research was conducted in January 2023. The determination of the research location was carried out deliberately in the sago production center areas, namely Teluk Sungka Village and Teluk Pantaian Village, Gaung Anak Serka District, with 100 respondents. This increase in growth rate has implications for several problems, one of which is the increasing land conversion from agricultural land to built-up land. This increase in land use change causes the ability of land to complement plantation commodities to decrease. This study aims to analyze the carrying capacity of plantation land and the variety of commodities in the carrying capacity of plantation land in the surplus category. RTRW and elevation of the carrying capacity of plantation land in Garut Regency using descriptive methods with analysis of land carrying capacity. Surplus and six sub-districts experienced a deficit in the land's carrying capacity, and the tobacco commodity became the leading commodity in all sub-districts. Based on the RTRW and elevation of the carrying capacity of land allotted for plantations, the most extensive is in the Cibalong sub-district, with an area of ​​around 33.97% with a very high surplus category. The location (ha) in the type of reduction to elevation is the highest, with a spread between 250-2000 masl in Bungbulang District. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) untuk mengetahui besar penerimaan dan pendapatan usaha kopra putih di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir, (2) untuk mengetahui berapa tingkat efisiensi usaha kopra putih di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir, (3) untuk mengetahui nilai tambah usaha kopra putih di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitain ini adalah analisis biaya, penerimaan, keuntungan, efisiensi, dan nilai tambah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) biaya total pada usaha pengolahan kopra putih sebesar Rp.36.458.737,50 per produksi, penerimaan sebesar 160.200.000,00 per produksi, dan keuntungan sebesar Rp.123.741.262,50 per produksi, (2) Nilai RCR sebesar 4,44 yang artinya usaha kopra putih efisien, (3) Nilai tambah pada usaha kopra putih sebesar Rp.10.560,85 per Kg. \u0000Unstable coconut price cause farmers to do alternative business, namely processing coconut into derivative products such as white copra. The method data analysis were analysis of costs, revenues, profits, efficiency, and added value. The results of this study show that: (1) The total cost in the white copra processing business is Rp.36.458.737,50 per production, the average revenue is Rp.160.200.000,00 per production, and the average profit in the white copra business is Rp.123.741.262,50 per production. (2) The RCR value is 4.44 which means the white copra business is efficient.
