Banyak terdapat keripik cabe yang dijual di Kota Dumai. Beredarnya berbagai produk keripik cabe yang ditawarkan membuat konsumen memiliki banyak pilihan dalam membeli. Salah satu keripik cabe yang disukai masyarakat adalah keripik cabe IKA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sikap dan perilaku konsumen dalam pembelian keripik cabe IKA di Kota Dumai. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kota Dumai dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria konsumen yang berbelanja minimal 1x dan usia sampel ≥ 25 tahun. Jumlah sampel adalah 96 sampel. Data dianalisis dengan model sikap, model norma subjektif dan model perilaku menggunakan theory of reasoned action. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan sikap konsumen terhadap atribut keripik cabe IKA bernilai 12,07. Artinya konsumen memiliki sikap baik dan merasa puas dengan atribut yang ada pada keripik cabe IKA. Perilaku konsumen dalam pembelian keripik cabe IKA di Kota Dumai bernilai 500,151. Artinya perilaku konsumen dalam melakukan pembelian keripik cabe IKA adalah baik. \nDumai City is one of the chili chip production centers. There are many chili chips sold in Dumai City. The circulation of various chili chip products offered makes consumers have many choices in buying. One of the chili chips that people like is the IKA chili chips . This study aims to analyze the attitudes and behavior of consumers in purchasing chili IKA chips in the city of Dumai. The research was carried out in the city of Dumai using the method purposive sampling with the criteria of consumers who shop at least once and sample age ≥ 25 years. The number of samples is 96 samples . The data were analyzed using the attitude model, the subjective norm model and the behavioral model using the theory of reasoned action . The results showed that the overall attitude of consumers towards the attributes of chili IKA chips worth 12.07. This means that consumers have a good attitude and are satisfied with the attributes of the IKA chili chips. Consumer behavior in purchasing IKA chili chips in Dumai City is worth 500.151. Abstract
Kota Dumai merupakan salah satu daerah sentra produksi keripik cabe. Banyak terdapat keripik cabe yang dijual di Kota Dumai. Beredarnya berbagai produk keripik cabe yang ditawarkan membuat konsumen memiliki banyak pilihan dalam membeli. Salah satu keripik cabe yang disukai masyarakat adalah keripik cabe IKA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sikap dan perilaku konsumen dalam pembelian keripik cabe IKA di Kota Dumai.
