Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) by using an approach derived from the optimum seeking methods category, is the proposed control solution aims at driving the average position of the operating point near to optimality. The reference of the rotational speed control loop is adjusted such that the turbine operates around maximum power for the current wind speed value. In order to establish whether this reference must be either increased or decreased, it is necessary to estimate the current position of the operating point in relation to the maximum of Pwt(Wl) curve. Such an enterprise has abundant data yet inadequate resources to analyze such data. This paper presents the data mining method, namely the Artificial Neural Network (ANN), to predict the revenue based on the previous data. ANN can help the enterprise by extracting the patterns formed in previous years, so that rental income can be predicted more accurately. The research was conducted based on the following phases: business and data understanding, data preparation, modeling, evaluation and deployment. Primary data were collected based on direct interviews with the management of the enterprise. The analysis was done by conducting training on the previous data to build a neural network model. Then the model is used to make predictions on rental income in subsequent years. The results showed that this model has yielded a much smaller total error value than that of previous calculation. The large magnitude of supply and ground bounces, which arise from power mode transitions in large power gating structures results in wrong functioning of the circuit. We propose a novel power gating technique showing the trade-off between wake-up time and supply noise. In this paper, we compare l1-minimization and Iteratively Reweighted least Squares (IRlS)-lp-minimization algorithm to reconstruct image from compressive measurement. Compressive measurement is done by using random Gaussian matrix to encode the image that the first be divided into number of blocks to reduce to the computational complexity. To measure the quality of software design, software metrics are used. Unfortunately in software development practice, there are a lot of software developers who are not concerned with the component’s quality and characteristic. Software metrics does not interest them, because to understand the measurement of the metrics, a deep understanding about degree, dimension, and capacity of some attribute of the software product is needed. This event triggers them to build software’s whose quality is below the standard. What is more dangerous is that these developers are not aware of quality and do not care with their work product. Of course these occurrences is concerning and a solution needed to be found. Through this paper the researcher is trying to formulate an indicator of component software that shows component design quality and characteristic visually. Recurrent Neural Network will be used in this investigation by using different learning algorithms, sunspot data models and RNN transfer functions. Simulations are done using Matlab 7 where customized Graphic User Interface (GUI) called ‘Sunspot Neural Forecaster’ have been developed for analysis. A complete analysis for different learning algorithms, sunspot data models and RNN transfer functions are examined in terms of Mean Square Error(MSE) and correlation analysis. By using the allele marker’s distribution probability density function as the membership function in the FlS, the new technique makes it possible to tell the ethnic similarity between two DNA profiles in a fast and simple way. A data acquired from ethnic groups of Indonesia is used to test the technique and produced promising result, being able to indicate higher ethnic similarity score within an ethnic group and lower similarity between ethnic groups. Replication provides better performance and higher availability by maintaining multiple copies of data called replicas at various strategic locations. An important issue that must be addressed before replication is performed is where to place replicas. Several replica placement algorithms have been proposed and each has its own advantages and disadvantages. In this paper we study the various replica placement algorithms with respect to content delivery networks. Our main contribution in this paper is to compare popular replica placement algorithms and provide general scenarios for content delivery networks with proposed suitable algorithm for each of the scenarios. Malware has several characteristics and behavior that vary according to the programming techniques and objectives of the creator of the virus. Protection so that the system efficacy rely solely on antivirus software alone, not be considered sufficient. local malware have got a lot of attention to be seriously considered. This can be proofed with contribution and sharing information of Indonesia computer security communities and professional, Indonesia CERT, and also antivirus vendor consist of worldwide antivirus vendor and local antivirus vendor . local malware is not different from the other malware in the world that it is a potential threat. This research will focus on local malware analysis using data mining especially with clustering techniques and conducted to serve objective of analyzing local malwares characteristics/behaviors. The structure implements two stepper motors for free rotation on X and Y axis. The rotation is intelligently controlled by a pre-programmed 2K microcontroller device PIC 18F4560 which provides simple programming strategy through C language. The designed algorithm is based on the measurement of intensity of solar radiation which is captured by an ultra violet sensitive device known as Pyranometer.
