The series may be a pattern that can be analized for the next demand prediction if the slice of time is constant. The demand series which the time slice is constant can forecast the next demand valued by aplying a formula. There are many methods to forecast the next demand. All formulas calculate the next demand by using the fact of demand as a pure number series. The next demand value is derived from analitical process using mathematics equation, from the simplest way to the complex one. In fact, the demand is influenced by environtment factor, for example social and politics exchange, disaster, and mode. The demand forecasting must be reevaluated by considering the environtment factors. The environtment factor usually has uncertainty value which is good using fuzzy value. That is why the best way to enhance the demand forecasting is calculation using fuzzy rule base.","PeriodicalId":147311,"journal":{"name":"2010 Second International Conference on Advances in Computing, Control, and Telecommunication Technologies","volume":"4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-12-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124427328","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The most important application of web mining is targeted advertising. Sequential mining is the process of applying data mining techniques to a sequential database for the purposes of discovering the correlation relationships that exist among an ordered list of events. An important application of sequential mining techniques is web usage mining, for mining web log accesses, where the sequences of web page accesses made by different web users over a period of time, through a server, are recorded. This paper proposes web log sequential pattern mining using Apriori-all algorithm. We called as Apriori-all Web log Mining. The experiment will be conducted base on the idea of Apriori-all algorithm, which first stores the original web access sequence database for storing non-sequential data. The experimental result will be given with analysis on further refinement.","PeriodicalId":147311,"journal":{"name":"2010 Second International Conference on Advances in Computing, Control, and Telecommunication Technologies","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-12-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123470279","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper explains a personal computer based application and hardware, using lab VIEW and a data acquisition (DAQ) card, that have been used for acquiring and analyzing data from the transformers and switching devices. A 3-phase 10kVA energy efficient switchable distribution transformer and some types of switching devices were utilized in some experimentations. Generally in the implementation, the developed application will firstly configure the tappings of the windings through the use of some switching devices and then acquire important information such as waveforms of voltages and currents by using developed hardware and the DAQ card. The analysis is performed to show improvements in the efficiency, power factor and voltage regulation. The application also provides a protection to transformers under a test by turning off the switching devices in case of a fault detected. Results reveal that the system can work well with the implemented transformer and switching devices in the experimentations. Finally, this system can be further developed to perform full automation in experimentations and performance analysis of switchable transformers.","PeriodicalId":147311,"journal":{"name":"2010 Second International Conference on Advances in Computing, Control, and Telecommunication Technologies","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-12-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123462700","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
