摘要

红茶质量评价标准缺失是影响红茶质量保证的主要障碍之一。本研究包括红茶评价软件的开发过程、软件问题的解决思路以及软件的评价。本文证明了一个简单的概念,即专家系统应该从原始图像数据和自定义客户分类系统之间的关系中自动发现并选择相关参数,而不仅仅是测量指定参数并计算结果。
