Firstly, a Stackelberg model which the manufacturer is leader and the retailer is follower under risk neutral case. Then the Mean-Variance model when the retailer is risk averse with stochastic market demand was established analytically. The analysis results showed that there would exist an unique equilibrium of the Stackelberg model if the demand model satisfied the increasing generalized failure rate(IGFR) property with given revenue sharing coefficient and coefficient of risk aversion. The expected profit of the retailer was increasing firstly and then decreasing, but the expected profit of manufacturer and the supply chain were decreasing with the revenue sharing coefficient increasing. Unlike many existing algorithms where a prediction model is learnt using real-valued ground truth risks, we propose to solve the prediction as a learning-to-rank problem with pairwise constraints (e.g., company A is financially more stable than company B). To further increase the flexibility of our approach, we solve the pairwise learning formulation in its dual format, which makes our model nonlinear and thereby can be applied to complex prediction tasks. The advantage of using pairwise supervision is not just limited to the easier acquisition of training data, it also motivates new problem settings. We explore one such setting - the prediction model can actively ask humans informative questions so as to improve the prediction accuracy. Our work aims to address three limitations of existing works: (i) Pointwise supervision - we adopt pairwise supervision which reduces the cost of collecting training samples; (ii) Linearity - we kernelize the formulation to make it nonlinear which would broaden its applicability; (iii) Training data bottleneck - the proposed model can actively involve humans into the learning loop, such that when the initial training samples does not carry enough knowledge, additional examples can be added to learn a better prediction model. Using the proposed efficient optimization method, we evaluate our approach on real text files (annual revenue reports) and compare with state-of-the-art methods. In this paper, we provide a quantitive, large scale, temporal analysis of the dynamics of online collective behavior in a specific cyber movement on Tianyacn, and point out that particle swarm theory can be used to model and simulate the variable interactions between cyber movement participants. We propose a total relays power allocation (PA) scheme with the sum relays transmit power constraint to maximize the average system capacity. Since the original PA optimization problem is not convex, it is difficult to derive an analytical solution, so we propose to simplify the problem by employing the relaxed power constraint which is slightly higher than the actual sum relays power, then we derive the closed-form solution. In this paper, we developed a system which included the image acquisition, license plate location, character segmentation and character recognition. To improve the accuracy of the license plate location, we improved the effect of the binary image positioning method. In character segmentation, we solved several typical license plate characteristics. In order to improve the accuracy of segmentation, we have taken a variety of methods to deal with their respective characteristics. In character recognition, we use template matching method and considered whether to consider the background matching. In the system, we just adopted the image recognition to recognize the characters. To address this problem, we propose a firewall traversal method using IP over UDP tunneling, and show some details of its implementation. In such a method, two peers behind firewalls create a bi-directional UDP tunnel with the help of a FTP server which has a public IP address. After that, they encapsulate IP tunnel packets (IPTP) by adding new IP and UDP headers into an IP packet, and transfer IPTP through the opened UDP tunnel.
