Aimed at the drawbacks of expert diagnosis such as low level of intelligence and poor practicality, a new structure of fish disease diagnostic expert system based on neural networks is proposed. The diagnosis system uses the old cases of fish disease to train the neural network, and the disease diagnosis is achieved through the trained neural network. In this paper, we proposed an intelligent evaluation system which is called IREFP, short for Integrated Renewable Energy Field Performance Evaluation System, with a set of comprehensive evaluation index system, which is called RES, short for reliability, economy and safety. The IREFP evaluation system integrates technologies of information association modeling, high-performance computing platform, data envelopment analysis and high-accuracy numerical weather prediction, to improve evaluation quality and thus provide comprehensive performance evaluation service for renewable energy field and its equipment like wind turbine, photovoltaic module, etc. In addition, we make an application analysis for the IREFP evaluation system and find it can save huge cost and bring amounts of business value if applied in stop time optimization, risk control and equipment selection. The increasing sensitivity to environmental issues leads researchers to study and formulate appropriate models to analyze the correlations between environment-infrastructure-man. In this area of research attention has been paid to issues related to noise pollution, how is attested to by the vast amount of literature on the subject. In particular, the traffic noise of motor vehicles, as main source in urban areas, makes up part of general environment problem which inflicts serious damage to the health of human beings and lowers their labor productivity. Due the increasing number of vehicles circulating in the big cities, the noise pollution becomes a problem because of the constant traffic on the roads makes some places reach the highest level of noise. Therefore, the control of traffic noise has become a matter of major concern for communities trying to maintain a satisfactory environment in which to live and work. To ensure a high quality environment, methods for prediction the urban traffic noise are necessary tools. In order to modeling traffic noise and selecting corresponding noise control measures it is necessary to know functional relationships between noise emission and certain numbers of traffic parameters. The purpose of this article is to study the situation in Crotone (Italy) and develop a model to predict the noise based on the data collected. Support vector machine (SVM) with Lp regularization is a popular approach for feature selection. Many researches have devoted to develop efficient methods to solve the optimization problem in support vector machine. However, to our knowledge, there is still no formal proof or comprehensive mathematical understanding on how Lp regularization can bring feature selection. In this paper, we first show that feature selection depends not only the parameter p but also the data itself. If the feasible region generated from the data lies faraway relatively from the coordinates, then feature selection maybe impossible for any p. Otherwise, a small p can help to enhance the ability of feature selection of Lp-SVM. Then we provide a formula for computing the probabilities which measure the feature selection ability. The only assumption is that the optimal solutions of all possible classification problems distribute uniformly on the contour of the objective function. Broadcasting fault mainly refers to black field, static frame, color bar, mute, volume excess. In this paper, we proposed a fast recognition algorithm based on MATLAB to detect common broadcasting faults. We used M language to complete a software platform which can identify the static frame, black fields, color bar in the video sequence, and the mute, volume excess in the audio sequence. In order to accurately and automatically obtain road areas in highway surveillance videos, this paper presents an automatic detection algorithm based on the frequency-domain information of video images. This algorithm uses the frequency-domain feature that is produced by the vehicles passing through road areas in videos, to realize automatic segmentation and recognition of the road areas. In doing so, a one-step Stochastic Frontier Analysis (SFA) approach is employed based on panel data from 25 provincial logistics sector in China. Besides CO2 emissions, rail mileage, highway mileage, inland waterway mileage and the progress degree of provincial marketization in China are also assumed as inefficient factors to technical efficiency. The result of empirical research shows that the coefficients of four assumed inefficient factors pass significant test except the inland waterway mileage. The most important insight is that this research measures the coefficient of CO2 emissions to technical efficiency of logistics sector, i.e. reducing 1% CO2 emissions leads to 0.231% enhancement of technical efficiency of logistics sector. The fragile nature of business environments at the delivery locations has resulted Business Continuity Planning methodology in becoming a key differentiator between service delivery organizations. Increasingly, these organizations are actively seeking to allocate funds for improving their BCP posture by procuring resources. However, the conventional techniques of cost benefit analysis while allocating budget for the procurement of resources do not take into account the special need of factoring for resumption plans while procurement of resources for BCP.
