The difference of this market and the traditional talent market difference is obvious. It is mainly composed of head-hunting company. We use potter's value chain model, find out the headhunting company's core earnings factors and the development direction for headhunting company. “Head-hunting” mode of operation will become the main way of senior talent market recruitment. We mainly analyze the current development of China head-hunting company. Three kinds of operation mode and profit mode were analyzed. By the modern scientific management methods to define the head-hunting company how to improve the model, and the development of the Internet, headhunter industry presents some new development trends. Headhunting Company should keep pace with the times, innovation continually. Finally, we provide some suggestions of modern head-hunting companies to make the advantage position in the competition.","PeriodicalId":147180,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of 2013 IEEE International Conference on Service Operations and Logistics, and Informatics","volume":"28 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-07-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116246821","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A strategy of switching between an open-loop estimator and a closed-loop estimator is introduced to networked control systems. An average dwell time (ADT) scheme and piecewise Lyapunov function method are used to analyze stability of closed-loop system with transmission error and packet dropout. Given the maximal packet dropout rate, a sufficient condition for exponential stability under average dwell time is presented. An exponential decay degree and a lower bound of average dwell time are explicitly given. The method is extended to cope with networked control systems with nonlinear perturbations, and a robust stability condition is found.","PeriodicalId":147180,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of 2013 IEEE International Conference on Service Operations and Logistics, and Informatics","volume":"28 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-07-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127105055","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This article focuses on the issue of information dissemination mechanism. It started with the analysis of development of information dissemination mode, including non-linear dissemination based on users' relationship, dissemination of low threshold and equalization, and dissemination of cascade and value-added of information. Based on the network information dissemination mode, a socialization information dissemination mode was proposed, and was interpreted from the aspects of users' relationship and social media. Information dissemination in socialization networking environment takes users' relationship chain as communication channel, and takes user node as hub; value-added of information would be achieved because of spread layer by layer and cascade dissemination.","PeriodicalId":147180,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of 2013 IEEE International Conference on Service Operations and Logistics, and Informatics","volume":"46 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-07-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129104181","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Firstly, give the Fire control model of Time-on-Target Shooting method by discussing the mechanism of multiple hit system. Set the hitting probability as the firing efficiency index. Then build the effectiveness analysis method by dividing all the errors into two groups, and give a simplified aiming point's configuration criterion to calculate the efficiency index. The calculation could be simplified by the numerical integral method. Simulation results show that the Time-on-Target shooting method of multiple hit system is feasible, and may be better than the traditional shooting method under certain conditions.","PeriodicalId":147180,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of 2013 IEEE International Conference on Service Operations and Logistics, and Informatics","volume":"107 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-07-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127660245","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Numerous approaches utilize approximate range of the girth difference to determine body types for developing garment production standards, but these body types could not be accurately classified. Moreover, few studies have applied the improvement girth difference model to body typing for the garment industry. Accordingly, this study attempts to identify body types using the improvement girth difference model as obtained from anthropometric data for garment production standards development. The proposed approach can reflect fine distinctions between figures. Body types and their distributions will have precisely identify and use in developing garment production standards. Furthermore, new garment production standards forecast production numbers and the proportion of sizes to be produced, leading to accurate production planning and material control. Unnecessary inventory costs and production waste resulting from sizing mismatches between finished garments and consumers thus can be minimized.","PeriodicalId":147180,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of 2013 IEEE International Conference on Service Operations and Logistics, and Informatics","volume":"61 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-07-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127694109","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

While a DVN can be formally described as a multidimensional graph with separate dimensions for time and the observer in question, understanding their behavior requires a multidisciplinary approach. In this paper, we discuss the nature of DVNs and summarize organization theoretical and strategic management approaches to understand profit-seeking firm behavior in a DVN context.","PeriodicalId":147180,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of 2013 IEEE International Conference on Service Operations and Logistics, and Informatics","volume":"166 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-07-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126495035","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
