One of them is high peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR). This paper proposes a technique to reduce the PAPR using Huffman coding combined with clipping and filtering (CF). The simulation results show that using the combination of Huffman and CF methods is more effective than using each method separately. This paper examines the visual texture classification in order to investigate how well it could be used for haptic texture search engine. In classifying the visual textures, feature extraction for a given image involving wavelet decomposition is used to obtain the transformation coefficients. Feature vectors are formed using energy signature from each wavelet sub-band coefficient. We conducted an experiment to investigate the extent in which wavelet decomposition could be used in haptic texture search engine. The experimental result, based on different testing data, shows that feature extraction using wavelet decomposition achieve accuracy rate more than 96%. This demonstrates that wavelet decomposition and energy signature is effective in extracting information from a visual texture. This time delay depends on the ratio of the fault current flowing through the relay with the setpoint current defined by the protection engineer[2]. The basic problem with these relays is that the relays will have a longer time delay for a less severe fault[3]. Another problem that these relays would face is when the impedence between the backup relay and the main relay is much smaller than the impedence between the fault and the main relay. The topology is in linear array, aimed for beamforming in Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs). The array is constructed in random sensor node deployment. The selected nodes should align similar to a uniform linear array (ULA) to minimize the position errors which will improve the beamforming performance (gain, transmission range and characteristics). Instead of utilizing random beamforming which needs a large number of sensor nodes to interact with each other and form a narrow radiation beam, the proposed approach is emphasized to only a number of sensor nodes which can construct a linear array. Beamforming technologies can increase the system performance, increase the transmission range and control the directionality of the reception or transmission of a signal. These found correspondences can be used for applications such as ontology merging, query rewriting, instance transformation, and so on. There has been proposed some algorithms and techniques for matching ontologies. One of these algorithms is multi-level matching algorithm plus (MLMA+) algorithm which has been recently proposed. In this paper we introduced a similarity measure based on Levenshtein measure used in MLMA+ and also made some enhancements to MLMA+ algorithm's neighbor search technique to improve it and enhance its result's quality in ontology matching task. One of the main police requirements is information systems to provide information for police anywhere and anytime. Mobile equipments are widely used for communication but lacking of security makes it unsuitable for transmitting the confidential data. In this paper, we discuss requirements of the traffic police data center firstly, and then propose a solution for improving response time of traffic police data center. Policemen in the system can use various kinds of mobile terminals, such as mobile phones, tablet PCs, personal digital assistants, and laptops equipped with wireless LAN (WLAN) or General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) device to access data in the central database. In this model, fuzzy clustering model is proposed to classify images, after extract the features that are used as inputs into a classification system. The outcome of the model is one of the preselected emotion categories. The motivation for the model is to deal with the inconsistency between human perception and the machine recognition. For this purpose, we use the Fuzzy c-Means (FCM) to partition a given data set into homogeneous clusters for interpreting the emotion of a face image; by homogeneous we mean that all points in the same cluster share similar attributes and they do not share similar attributes with points in other clusters. Since every clustering process is uncertain in nature, fuzzy classification methods are initially applied in this field. Regarding conventional crisp sets, the concepts of fuzzy sets provides more robust representations of the model of real word objects.
