Due to the influence of various factors, such as the response to electricity price is not timely, signal transmission delay, the user's habits is difficult to be changed, and the response amount and expected value always exist in a certain range of deviation. In this paper, the value at risk (VaR) is used to measure the risk loss caused by the uncertainty of the load cluster response, then VaR is introduced as a loss measure to participate in the optimization of the power dispatching model and establish a joint scheduling model. Through the actual example analysis, the results show that, due to the risk loss of the adjustable load cluster is considered, the risk loss caused by uncertainty response is reduced. The simulation results are compared with the actual experimental data of the substation, and on the basis of verifying the correctness of the simulation calculation, the possible hazards caused by transient elevation of potential to ground are analyzed. The study shows that the maximum value of TEV always appears on the shell of the bushing, which can reach tens kV voltage level and contain complex frequency. It is particularly important to evaluate the distribution network power supply reliability after the distributed energy access. In this paper, a pseudo-sequential Monte Carlo simulation method is proposed to evaluate the reliability index of distribution network with fans, photovoltaic cells and batteries. The system state is sampled by non-sequential Monte Carlo method. Only the sequential Monte Carlo simulation of the fault process can quickly and accurately obtain the reliability index of the distribution network, which is suitable for large-scale networks after a large number of distributed energy access in the future. In the process of sequential simulation, micro-grid operation, distributed energy use strategy and optimal load shedding strategy are considered simultaneously. It is proposed that analyzing the merged unit IEC61850-9-2LE message to obtain primary current and analyzing the merger unit TCP/IP protocol to get the laser power and photo-voltaic cell output voltage. While using a high-power optical splitter to monitor the laser power output directly, thus enabling the active electronic current transformer power supply status monitoring according to its working principle. Through this monitoring system, a certain type of active electronic current transformer is energized state monitoring test verification; the monitoring data can display the current energy status in real time, and gives several common power supply failure alarms. First, the power output capacity and equivalent SOC evaluation criteria of the asymmetric energy storage units are given. Based on these criteria, dynamic droop control is proposed to allocate the output power of each energy storage unit at the bottom layer. At the same time, considering the weak communication in distributed energy storage system, discrete consensus algorithm is used in the upper layer to dynamically adjust output power of energy storage units in order to reduce the SOC difference between ESUs. Finally, a simulation model is built in Matlab/Simulink to verify the theoretical analysis. When the system frequency changes due to some disturbances, the requirement of adjust active power value is calculated according to the frequency changing, then original active power reference is added with this adjust value to obtain the final active power reference as to change the active power output of PV units to participate in system primary frequency regulation. On this basis, in order to allow all PV units in same PV plant to coordinate with each other, also to prevent some PV units from excessive regulation, a proportional regulation of power method (PROP) is implemented to allocate active power reference to each PV unit more reasonable, namely, each PV unit's output is according to equal adjustable capacity proportion. In this paper, a dynamic Bayesian network is built as a load forecasting model of transformer areas. The parallel computing platform Apache Spark is used to calculate the parameters of the model based on large volume of transformers' historical data in parallel. Meanwhile, the Pregel computing model is used to parallelize the forward backward algorithm to realize the forecasting tasks. Aiming at the problem of search and query in the MAC (Media Access Control) address, IPv4 (Internet Protocol version 4) address or IPv6 (Internet Protocol version 6) address space of the equipment / device / unit in the distribution network, the computer simulation results show that compared with the midpoint method, the address lookup speed of the method is faster. It can improve the real-time performance of the intelligent perception of the distribution network and speed up the network management response speed of the equipment / device / unit failure in the distribution network. Therefore, models of electrified railways with energy storage devices (ESD) need to be built for investigation on the effect of ESD on traction systems and power networks. This paper assesses the effect of the electrical double layer capacitor (EDLC), one prototype of ESD, on the power quality of the network after installation of EDLC. An integrated electromagnetic transient model composed of the traction substation, the transmission line, the locomotives with control systems, and the energy storage devices with control systems is built in ADPSS based on the topology of the real network and data sheets of the selected EDLC from the manufacturer. The overall power quality at the grid side is analyzed using analytical hierarchy process and compared with that before installation of EDLC to assess the effect of EDLC on power quality. The state-of-art about the test of the refurbishment and extension of secondary system in smart substation is introduced and the problems and new needs are described. The new test process combined pre-test and on-site test is presented, and the new method about the test is discussed in detail from four aspects which are the configuration and verification of SCD file, the construction of virtual simulation and test platform, the pre-test and the join-test on-site. The security measure for the on-site test is also provided.
