First, the power output capacity and equivalent SOC evaluation criteria of the asymmetric energy storage units are given. Based on these criteria, dynamic droop control is proposed to allocate the output power of each energy storage unit at the bottom layer. At the same time, considering the weak communication in distributed energy storage system, discrete consensus algorithm is used in the upper layer to dynamically adjust output power of energy storage units in order to reduce the SOC difference between ESUs. Finally, a simulation model is built in Matlab/Simulink to verify the theoretical analysis. When the system frequency changes due to some disturbances, the requirement of adjust active power value is calculated according to the frequency changing, then original active power reference is added with this adjust value to obtain the final active power reference as to change the active power output of PV units to participate in system primary frequency regulation. On this basis, in order to allow all PV units in same PV plant to coordinate with each other, also to prevent some PV units from excessive regulation, a proportional regulation of power method (PROP) is implemented to allocate active power reference to each PV unit more reasonable, namely, each PV unit's output is according to equal adjustable capacity proportion. In this paper, a dynamic Bayesian network is built as a load forecasting model of transformer areas. The parallel computing platform Apache Spark is used to calculate the parameters of the model based on large volume of transformers' historical data in parallel. Meanwhile, the Pregel computing model is used to parallelize the forward backward algorithm to realize the forecasting tasks. Aiming at the problem of search and query in the MAC (Media Access Control) address, IPv4 (Internet Protocol version 4) address or IPv6 (Internet Protocol version 6) address space of the equipment / device / unit in the distribution network, the computer simulation results show that compared with the midpoint method, the address lookup speed of the method is faster. It can improve the real-time performance of the intelligent perception of the distribution network and speed up the network management response speed of the equipment / device / unit failure in the distribution network. Therefore, models of electrified railways with energy storage devices (ESD) need to be built for investigation on the effect of ESD on traction systems and power networks. This paper assesses the effect of the electrical double layer capacitor (EDLC), one prototype of ESD, on the power quality of the network after installation of EDLC. An integrated electromagnetic transient model composed of the traction substation, the transmission line, the locomotives with control systems, and the energy storage devices with control systems is built in ADPSS based on the topology of the real network and data sheets of the selected EDLC from the manufacturer. The overall power quality at the grid side is analyzed using analytical hierarchy process and compared with that before installation of EDLC to assess the effect of EDLC on power quality. Therefore, a method based on relevance vector machine (RVM) is attempted to be applied to lightning overvoltage identification. The Hilbert-Huang transform method was introduced to analyze the waveform characters of induced lightning, shield failure and back flashover. Characteristic quantity was generated and input into the RVM to construct the intelligent lightning overvoltage identification machine. The method integrated the feature information of lightning overvoltage, and outputted the probabilities of various lightning overvoltage. The PSCAD simulation results demonstrate that, the training time is low and the recognition rate is high. The distributed CCHP system becomes a promising DG with its high energy efficiency. In this paper, firstly the traditional CCHP structure is optimized by heat storage system and power driven heat pump/electric refrigerator, in which the fixed relationship between power supply and heating is broken. Secondly, this paper analyses the characteristics of the flexible load. Considering the advantages of grid power supply, DG and demand response collaboration, this paper puts forward a multiple energy complementary strategy considering CCHP and FL. The method considers many indicators including the economic indicator, the environmental indicator, the energy efficiency indicator and the interests of users. Further, this paper transforms the multi-objective optimization problem into an integrated single objective problem by analytic hierarchy process. The converters are defined in this paper through discrete-time modeling, and the dynamic characteristics and stability of the system can be discussed by analyzing the eigenvalues of the state space matrix, in s-plane. According to the case study and simulation results, the accuracy of the method and the theoretical analyses are validated. In the case of distortion information, the misjudgment can be appeared only by the power distribution network fault location method of fault overcurrent information. In this paper, a fault location algorithm based on the simulated annealing gaussian variation swarm intelligence optimization algorithm (SAGVSIOA) was proposed for the study. Combined with the idea of regional division, group intelligence optimization algorithm was chosen. In addition, simulated annealing (SA), gaussian variation and chaotic perturbation operator were also be considered, which can balance the efficiency of the search and the diversity of the population, avoiding the algorithm quickly into the local optimal. In addition, the rapid fault location achieved by determining the fault information lied in the substation transformer low side switch. The simulation results for the IEEE33 nodes distribution system were shown that the SAGVSIOA could present correct fault section by an average of less than 5 iterations.
