Most of the existing work adopt centralized or hierarchical approaches to solve the network reconfiguration problem. This paper proposes a distributed scheme for network reconfiguration. In the distributed approach, the switches are represented by edge computing agents who communicate and work collectively with their neighbors to find the optimal reconfiguration solution. This scheme breaks the complex computation tasks required by centralized algorithms into much smaller ones. It also relieves the communication and data sharing burden via neighbor-to-neighbor communication. Ferdin","doi":"10.1109/CICED.2018.8592091","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/CICED.2018.8592091","url":null,"abstract":"This paper shows a systematic approach to optimize the mechanical characteristic of a medium voltage (MV) circuit-breakers (CB) for a wide range of operating temperatures. The mechanical damper is the critical element which strongly determines the travel curve behavior of the CB when opening. Most dampers used in MV-CB contain oil as one of the damping elements. The viscosity of the oil is varying with temperature. Therefore also the damping characteristic of oil damper is temperature depending. To make sure the CB works correctly under all ambient conditions encountered in service measures have to be taken to make sure the CB is able to operate correctly and reliably and fulfills the switching duties required. An existing MV-CB was tested under different ambient temperatures and showed unsatisfactory results. The design of the CB was analyzed and the damper identified as the main root cause. A special test setup for the complete CB and a test jig for the damper only was developed. Based on the findings obtained with this new setups the damper was optimized only by modifying some internal parts of the damper, keeping the outside dimensions and the oil filling the same. Thus eliminating the need of any changes on the CB design. The tests on the CB with the optimized damper showed excellent results at all requested ambient temperature levels. This paper uses ARMIR model to forecast the economic gross of Tianjin, and forecasts the power demand by using the vector autoregressive model based on the economic forecast. In order to improve asset management performance evaluation system of distribution network (DN) in China, a new performance evaluation model of asset life cycle management(LCM) is proposed. Firstly, through an in-depth analysis of development characteristics of DN and the various demands of users in China, based on interface between users and DN, a comprehensive performance evaluation system is constructed for asset LCM covering economy, service efficiency and social benefits and other aspects. According to the purpose of enterprise and the characteristics of each index, an optimal combination weighting method, which takes both subjective and objective factors into consideration, is used to weight the service efficiency and social benefit indexes. Based on this, the performance evaluation model and calculation method of DN asset management are established. The corresponding electric vehicle charging pile changes from decentralized to centralized charging tower. In this paper, a second order cone model based on scenarios considering the uncertainty of photovoltaic electric vehicle charging tower is proposed. Firstly, scenarios are obtained by Latin hypercube sampling for photovoltaic and electric vehicles. Secondly, the second order cone model is discretized to multiple scenarios and the expected value of active power loss of all scenarios is selected as an objective function. Finally, the effectiveness and robustness of the model are tested by IEEE-33 system example. If photovoltaic power continues to operate at the maximum power point and not provide support for the frequency regulation of the system, it will probably affect the frequency security of the power grid. At present, some related studies have taken photovoltaic power generation at the maximum power point as the premise. When the frequency of the power grid rises, photovoltaic power generation reduces power output according to the set slope to participate in power grid frequency regulation. It can play a role in the frequency support of the power grid, but it is still not enough. In this paper, a new control strategy of photovoltaic power generation to participate in the regulation of the power grid frequency is proposed. There is a certain reserve for the photovoltaic power generation through power curtailment, so that the photovoltaic power has the ability to participate in the frequency regulation of the power grid by increasing or reducing the power output. When the power grid is disturbed, different active power regulation modes are used to participate in the frequency regulation of the power grid according to the initial change rate of the power grid frequency. The power is sent out by the power plant, and it's transformed into substation after step by step, then it's redistributed to each distribution station. And the power voltage in the distribution site is generally 10KV. Generally, the large-scale three-remote distribution station has the function of providing power for communication devices, but the small-scale two-remote distribution station can't provide power supply for communication devices directly. So devices such as transformers are needed to provide power supply for communication devices. This model takes full account of the democracy and rationality of decision-making in group decision making process. The paper establish the project collaborative optimization ratio model, considering the construction investment, power supply capacity and land resource utilization ratio and reliability level of the unit power supply area under different load levels of each scheme. A comprehensive quantitative economic and technological comparison calculation for regional power grid planning schemes is carried out, to establish the efficiency evaluation coefficient of power grid planning scheme. The evaluation model based on the collaborative optimization efficiency evaluation of power grid project is established to guide the selection of power grid planning scheme.
