The power is sent out by the power plant, and it's transformed into substation after step by step, then it's redistributed to each distribution station. And the power voltage in the distribution site is generally 10KV. Generally, the large-scale three-remote distribution station has the function of providing power for communication devices, but the small-scale two-remote distribution station can't provide power supply for communication devices directly. So devices such as transformers are needed to provide power supply for communication devices.
