Abstract
With the popularization and application of renewable energy, the number of electric vehicles is increasing rapidly. The corresponding electric vehicle charging pile changes from decentralized to centralized charging tower. In this paper, a second order cone model based on scenarios considering the uncertainty of photovoltaic electric vehicle charging tower is proposed. Firstly, scenarios are obtained by Latin hypercube sampling for photovoltaic and electric vehicles. Secondly, the second order cone model is discretized to multiple scenarios and the expected value of active power loss of all scenarios is selected as an objective function. Finally, the effectiveness and robustness of the model are tested by IEEE-33 system example. The influence of photovoltaic electric vehicle charging tower is also discussed.
