Based on this, the performance evaluation model and calculation method of DN asset management are established. 摘要

资产管理绩效评价是企业资产管理的重要组成部分。为了完善配电网资产管理绩效评价体系,提出了一种新的配电网资产生命周期管理绩效评价模型。首先,通过深入分析DN在中国的发展特点和用户的各种需求,基于用户与DN之间的接口,构建涵盖经济性、服务效率和社会效益等方面的资产LCM综合绩效评价体系。根据企业的宗旨和各项指标的特点,采用主客观兼顾的最优组合赋权法对服务效率和社会效益指标进行加权。在此基础上,建立了DN资产管理的绩效评价模型和计算方法。最后,将该评价方法应用于某市属电力公司14个县的DN年度资产管理绩效评价。
