Abstract

This paper establish collaborative optimization effectiveness evaluation based on power grid project evaluation system of the regional power grid planning, into account both regional capability, reliability of power supply and power grid planning project economics. The paper establish the project collaborative optimization ratio model, considering the construction investment, power supply capacity and land resource utilization ratio and reliability level of the unit power supply area under different load levels of each scheme. A comprehensive quantitative economic and technological comparison calculation for regional power grid planning schemes is carried out, to establish the efficiency evaluation coefficient of power grid planning scheme. The evaluation model based on the collaborative optimization efficiency evaluation of power grid project is established to guide the selection of power grid planning scheme. 基于电网项目协同优化效率的区域电网规划评价方法
