摘要

提出了一种基于等可调容量比例模式的光伏电站集中调频策略。当系统频率因某些干扰而发生变化时,根据频率变化计算调整有功功率值的需求,然后将原有功功率基准与该调整值相加,得到最终有功功率基准,以改变光伏机组输出的有功功率,参与系统一次调频。在此基础上,为了使同一光伏电站内的所有光伏机组能够相互协调,也为了防止部分光伏机组过度调节,采用功率比例调节法(PROP),将有功功率参考更合理地分配给各光伏机组,即各光伏机组的出力按相等的可调容量比例分配。最后,在DIgSILENT PowerFactory平台上建立了一个实际的光伏电站模型,验证了所提控制策略的有效性。
