As a part of the text classification module in the implemented system, modified TF-IDF (Term Frequency - Inverse Document Frequency) measure of the text content based on the known information on the distribution of documents between different categories is proposed. This modification allows to improve the quality of the classification by considering the information on the distribution of the words in the entire case base. Implementation of the prototype of text classification module used in the interactive voice response system is presented. This module allows to get away from button menus to automated voice interaction between the user and the system. The result of computational experiments confirming the effectiveness of the developed system is proposed.","PeriodicalId":142369,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Youth Conference on Radio Electronics, Electrical and Power Engineering (REEPE)","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132702394","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The results of tensile tests are presented when comparing the mechanical parameters of self-supporting suspended optical cables (OC) with power elements from different materials. In this work, the object of tests selected self-supporting OC brand OSC, designed for laying on the supports of communication lines. Cables are made according to TU 3587-001-58743450-2005. Tensile tests of the cable brand OSC were carried out on the installation type “rrk-ek2. The length of the stretched section of cable at tension was 37 m. The cables in this work have two versions of the peripheral power element design: aramid filament and glass filament. The analysis of the obtained dependences of attenuation change ($alpha$) on the tensile force ($Tf$) for OSC-4x4A-10 cables showed the linear nature of this dependence.","PeriodicalId":142369,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Youth Conference on Radio Electronics, Electrical and Power Engineering (REEPE)","volume":"11 7","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133651375","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To solve these problems, it is proposed to create a special regime automation, namely, a centralized system for automatic voltage regulation. The structure and operation algorithm of a centralized system for automatic voltage regulation are described. The implementation of a centralized system of automatic voltage regulation in the Unified Energy System of Russia will reduce energy losses, as well as ensure acceptable voltage levels and prevent (eliminate) unacceptable current overloads of power lines and equipment in cases where the implementation of this tasks using existing tools are difficult.","PeriodicalId":142369,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Youth Conference on Radio Electronics, Electrical and Power Engineering (REEPE)","volume":"36 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131537911","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

These calculations are often carried out when the wire temperature is taken equal 20°C or the average air temperature. These assumptions can lead to large errors, since the losses depend on the resistance of the wires, and it is affected by the magnitude of the flowing current and meteorological factors. There are more accurate methods that allow to determine the temperature of the wires, but they are very complex and not used in calculating losses. This article proposes a method of correction coefficients, which can reduce the mathematical expectation of the error in calculating load losses. The method is based on taking into account the total contribution of influencing factors and is very simple for practical application.","PeriodicalId":142369,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Youth Conference on Radio Electronics, Electrical and Power Engineering (REEPE)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133914866","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Hence, local reactive power compensation of loads by capacitor allocation is an important solution. In this paper, the genetic algorithm (GA) is employed for the optimal capacitor allocation then the transformer tap changing is used to regulate the voltage profile in the buses. The tap regulation can eliminate the over-voltage, which is produced by capacitors installation. Eventually, harmonic analysis is applied to prevent harmonic resonance in capacitor banks. For validating the efficiency of the proposed method, it is examined in the typical transmission and subtransmission networks. The simulations are done in DIgSILENT software using DIgSILENT Programming Language (DPL) that is interfaced with MATLAB software.","PeriodicalId":142369,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Youth Conference on Radio Electronics, Electrical and Power Engineering (REEPE)","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123790742","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Therefore, quality of service (QoS) is a fundamental task for all VoIP using organizations. Unfortunately, there is no guaranteed way to ensure QoS, due to the fact that the QoS labels may be peeled off the packet while in the transition through various network elements. The performance of a network can be enhanced by Integrating QoS with internet protocol (IP) and multiprotocol label switching (MPLS) networks. In this paper we analyzed the QoS performance of VoIP in converged MPLS networks. Since IP systems are exceptionally dynamic, therefore progressive traffic monitoring and administration are needed before VoIP is even transmitted in a network infrastructure. This study provides a new configuration administration over an ISP network infrastructure comprised of converged networks carrying multiple VoIP instances. It is achieved using route reflectors and route redistribution at micro level to ensure a guaranteed threshold QoS at acceptance level in adverse circumstances.","PeriodicalId":142369,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Youth Conference on Radio Electronics, Electrical and Power Engineering (REEPE)","volume":"158 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127226665","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
