This paper presents experimental studies of the main electrical parameters of the developed prototype transformer with a dielectric medium in the form of liquid nitrogen (at 77 K). As the material for the transformer windings, the superconductor Y1Ba2Cu3O7 (YBCO) was used. The presented mathematical model of the behavior of an HTS transformer during a transient process has been verified with high accuracy by experimental studies. The results of our investigations confirm that transformers with high-temperature superconducting windings have a unique function of limiting short-circuit currents, reducing them by three times compared to conventional transformers. The method of arrangement of antenna arrays proposed in this work, can significantly improve the resolution, and in the case of using AR on the side surface of an object, it can obtain information for building a three-dimensional image of the internal structure of the object. To obtain a high resolution, an ultra-wideband sounding signal and an original signal processing algorithm are used, including summation, one-sided limitation and multiplication of received signals. The potential resolution of the method is estimated. On the basis of the review of foreign studies on the assessment of the reliability of electric power facilities taking into account climatic factors, was determined the most significant factor - wind speed. The exposition of wind loads in the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District in the period from 1979 to 2018 is analyzed, quantitative estimates are obtained, a spatial distribution map of the minimum wind speed with different repeatability over a 10-year period is constructed. The regulator operates with power source in the micro-grid. The main parts of power grid regulator are four-quadrant regulator and control system. Various power grid operation modes are considered here. The results are shown in different diagrams for different operation modes of the analyzed system. The redistribution of the regulators functions was made between them. The main advantages of using IG as a source of alternating three-phase voltage in comparison with synchronous generators (SG) are given. A new system has been developed for automatic control of the output voltage and IG frequency with self-excitation for low-power WM. The main parameters of the IG equivalent circuit are determined, the characteristics of the magnetization curve are constructed to determine the value of the excitation capacitance. The analysis of the system automatic voltage regulation (AVR) of the IG in order to identify its design flaws and eliminate them. Current approaches for state estimation problems rely only on direct measurement and pseudo-measurements related with electric parameters only. In this work, we introduce a methodology for the inclusion of weather data, linked with renewable production, as exogenous measured parameters into the state estimation problem. To test our proposed framework, a simulation environment was developed and validated in a 5-bus system. Statistical significance and stability of our proposed framework were investigated by running 100 simulation experiments. We also, explored statistical test analysis for detection of dishonest manipulation of renewable power injected. Our numerical test showed that state estimation with exogenous weather parameter measurement could enhance state estimation accuracy by up to 79%. Being a natural monopoly it is regulated by the Government through tariff-setting, the main principle of which is defining the Total Required Revenue of the Distribution Network Operators. The paper develops a new approach to benchmarking the Total Required Revenues based on a system of indicators reflecting the efficiency of the organization's operation and the environment. Through the exploitation of the techno-economic potential of 13,791 TWh/a renewable energy production and a high share of power-to-x technologies, the optimum value of 80.46% CO2,eq emission reduction can be realized, amounting to a total emission of 894 MtCO2,eq. The article gives the general description of the region and the data on the feasibility of using solar, wind and geothermal energy.
