These relationships are intended to optimize static modes in electric power systems while estimating one or more quality criteria. Various algorithms for constants determination included in fractional-polynomial relationships have been established. The best results have been obtained based on an algorithm using the principle of repeated measurements with saving in computational time compared to other methods. The values of the Romberg test were analyzed according to the following stabilometric parameters: the average position of the pressure center, the area of the statokinesiogram, the LFS coefficient, the Romberg coefficient. Statistical analysis of the results in MS Excel allowed confirming the normal distribution law of the studied parameters. The fuzzy classification into categories pathology, cerebral palsy, deviations, and norm produced based on the results of the Romberg test is developed. A system of formulas is proposed for processing the results of experimental studies of the effectiveness of stabilometric tests. With the development of wind power plants and the development of a standard list of measures for the technological connection of wind power plants to the facilities of the electric grid, it is necessary to study the influence of the wind power plants on indicators of power quality, reliability, stability and operation modes of the power system. All methods that used to improve the power quality with wind stations are presented and discussed in this paper. Electrodynamic modeling of the developed feed was carried out, its characteristics were optimized to maximize reflector antenna efficiency. A feed prototype was manufactured, its characteristics were measured. The proposed feed design based on a coaxial structure allows to expand functionality of reflector antennas by adding the feed operating ranges to existing systems. With the growth of the technical capabilities of the receiving and transmitting parts of antenna's systems - an expansion of working bands or an addion other frequency ranges to the existing feeds of the reflector antennas are quite an urgent task. At the same time, there is a lack of unequivocal recommendations on the choice of installation locations for a wind turbines. In this regard, there are some difficulties in formulating criteria for choosing the location of installation of wind farms, taking into account not only climatic, but also technical parameters of electric power systems, for example voltage value in the nodes of the electric power system. The paper presents that the installation of wind farms in the nodes of the electric power system can increase their rigidity, thereby contributing to increment of wind farms efficiency. Also, representation method of the load influences the calculation results, which confirms the need of consumer's actual statical characteristics application. The main source of energy on the earth is the sun. At present, solar energy is one of the most promising directions in the development of renewable energy sources. For the efficient use of solar energy it is necessary to have an opportunity to predict its power under the influence of various factors. The task of modeling the photovoltaic conversion of solar energy is particularly relevant in connection with the trend of a gradual transition to renewable energy sources. Solar panel of the Mitsubishi PV-MLE255HD type in the software and hardware system of the real-time “RTDS” is simulated in the article. For detecting and identifying computer attacks relevant Intrusion Detection Systems (hereinafter - IDS) are applied. Modern IDS typically are founded operate to detect one of two classes of intrusion detection. The first class of attacks is detected by methods, in which existing attacks developing according to a certain scenario of attack, are described. The second class of methods of anomalies detection attacks is detected by methods anomaly detection - deviation from normal behavior of a protectable system and processes in it. In this paper we present a proposed method to improve fault prognosis using fuzzy petri nets (FPN), by adding internal and external changing conditions to the prognosis process. We aim to study the impact of changing some factors on the state of the system and prognosis the risk that may happened. Usually in FPN certainty factor which describes condition availability degree has been taken constant, that doesn't cover changes in parameters and conditions.
