Since IP systems are exceptionally dynamic, therefore progressive traffic monitoring and administration are needed before VoIP is even transmitted in a network infrastructure. This study provides a new configuration administration over an ISP network infrastructure comprised of converged networks carrying multiple VoIP instances.
