This is a development research aimed to produce an interactive multimedia learning technique for third-grade elementary school students. The development procedure made use of an ADDIE model. This study aims to analyze the responses of experts and a small group of students to multimedia. The questionnaire method was used to collect data. The product proved to be well qualified (98.5%) when reviewed by a content expert, 90.6% when analyzed by a learning media expert, and 90.8% when examined by an instructional design expert. This study was an experimental research with preand post-test design. 30 students of Mathematics department at Halu Oleo University participated as the subject in this study. The instruments consisted of the test of integral calculus and observation for students during the integral calculus class. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The findings show that there is a significant effect of hypermediabased e-book on students’ integral calculus achievement. Apoline was also developed to improve the mastery of student concepts in the Introduction to Philosophy courses. The type used in this research is development research using a 4-D model consisting of: define, design, develop and disseminate. Data was collected using the questionnaire method and tests. The questionnaires were analyzed using quantitative descriptive techniques whereas, the test were analyzed using t-test statistics. The validity of the design aspects obtained a very good category and the assessment aspects obtained a very good category. Students also responded that Aponline was in the good category. After being applied, it turned out that Apoline is able to improve the discipline, honesty and curiosity of students. In the philosophical context, wisdom is inherent in every human being and also reflects in leadership abilities. Leaders are needed in every institution, education inclusive, and their position requires that they keep ethical values and apply wisdom in discharging their duties. Therefore, the aim of this article was to analyze the application of local wisdom in ethical leadership in Catholic Schools of Manggarai Flores. The research was conducted qualitatively through the application of phenomenology while the information gathered was analyzed by using hermeneutics model of Hans Georg Gadamer. Three experienced and long-serving principals of Catholic schools were interviewed and it was discovered that they all applied principles of ethical leadership in their schools. The academic teaching technique was designed with reference to the blended learning rotation models in order to reduce students’ cognitive load. This study was a development research and the model used to develop it was the Hannafin and Peck Model. Questionnaires, tests and surveys were used to collect data. The extracted data were then analysed using descriptive and ttest techniques. The results showed that the innovative delivery learning strategy was effective to reduce students’ cognitive load. This study was a quasi-experiment. The study was done with the fifth grade students in Cluster III and Cluster VII at Sawan District. The sample was selected using multi stage random sampling for three treatment groups. The first experimental group used collaborative learning (n=57), the second experimental group used collaborative learning based on mind mapping (n=52), and the control group used conventional teaching model (n=57). The study used science learning achievement test (r=0.77) and achievement motivation questionnaire (r=0.88) as the instruments for collecting the data. The hypothesis was tested using one-way ANACOVA. As the program progresses, students' learning motivation tends to dissipate, seen from the decreasing number of participants. This study aims to identify the relationship between motivation, anxiety and intended effort in learning English.This study uses data from 453 high school students in South Bengkulu Regency, participants of PPKBI 2017 (average 16.15 years, 179 female).The questionnaires consisted of 40 items (LLOS / Language Learning Orientation Scale (24 items), Foreign Language Class Anxiety Scale (6 items) and Intended Effort (10 items). The benchmark of success analyzed from the students’ result during the education phase through nationally conducted exam organized by the government the Education and Culture Ministries. The change in exam method from manual (by paper) to a computer-based exam is an ideal solution for a brighter and more technological education system. The development of human resources with respect to the exam organizers becomes one of the significant factors that lead to the inception of the computer-based exam. Adequate information and technology system is to be owned by schools that organize computer-based exam. This study aims to obtain a detailed in-depth understanding of the moral values contained in the BekesahPusakrama text. This research is library research using a the Levis-Strauss model of structural review with content analysis technique. The results reveal the concept of values related to 146 moral aspects. BekesahBuspakrama is a cultural heritage in a society, and this inherited tradition process forms a characteristic of oral tradition. Oral tradition of BekesahPuspakrama has a function as a system of protection of behavior and social control, while ritual activities are practical uses that are applied to the community as a philosophical position of BekesahPuspakrama. The research methodology implemented includes research and development. There were 10 steps used as a basis for developing a model in research and development by Borg and Gall. Before using the instrument, validation is carried out by competent experts. The product testing phase begins with the validation of several material, design and media experts. Furthermore, the product will support one to one learners for the overall average score of 4.33 or 86.6%, the small group trials get an average value of 4.37 or 87.5%, while the large group trials get an average score of 4.48, or 89.65%.
