Voltage harmonics caused by these non-linear loads have a unique importance in the performance of these isolated generators. In this paper the parameters of a small diesel generator are obtained using finite elements. Then with considering space harmonics and a computer base model in time domain, the voltage and currents of generator and nonlinear load are calculate, and the effect of space harmonics on the performance of this generator are considered.","PeriodicalId":141108,"journal":{"name":"2011 International Conference on Future Computer Sciences and Application","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-06-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117219307","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The learning concepts through which individuals monitor themselves have generally been overlooked by artificial intelligence researchers. Here we report on our attempt to integrate a self-awareness mechanism into an agent¡¦s learning architecture. Specifically, we describe (a) our proposal for a self-aware agent model that includes an external learning mechanism and internal cognitive capacity with super-ego and ego characteristics; and (b) our application of a version of the iterated prisoner¡¦s dilemma representing conflicts between the public good and private interests to analyze the effects of self-awareness on an agent¡¦s individual performance and cooperative behavior. Our results indicate that self-aware agents that consider public self-consciousness utilize rational analysis in a manner that promotes cooperative behavior and supports faster societal movement toward stability. We found that a small number of self-aware agents are sufficient for improving social benefits and resolving problems associated with collective irrational behaviors.","PeriodicalId":141108,"journal":{"name":"2011 International Conference on Future Computer Sciences and Application","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-06-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128466567","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

MSSFP can be applied to the problem of intensity-modulated radiation therapy in medical care. In this paper, we discuss iterative methods for solving MSSFP in Hilbert spaces. We present modifications of the CQ algorithm in such a way that strong convergence is guaranteed and the limit is a minimum norm solution of MSSFP. This paper proposes a new online multiscale competitive learning approach for irregular data sets. This approach defines the multiscale learning rule for data sets using local scattering information of data and starts to cluster from only one prototype. When new vectors in another cluster are input, the initial prototype self-splits and produces new prototype to represent them. The process continues until there is no more vector. The clustering scale is defined by the local variances of clusters. We carried out experiments on irregular data sets and obtained better clustering results compared to K-means algorithm.","PeriodicalId":141108,"journal":{"name":"2011 International Conference on Future Computer Sciences and Application","volume":"46 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-06-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131720242","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study presents the framework of a special session to study and investigate the best techniques for emotion recognition, validation and analysis of expressivity in human-computer interaction, based on the common physiological background. A PCA-Bayes classifier (PCABC) was proposed in this study for facial recognition problem. The session is primarily concerned with visual emotion analysis; the analysis of physiological signals serves as a complement to this modality. Signal is taken from a different aspect of the physiology and visual. The signal will go through a process of elimination votes in order to extract better signal features. It is shown that the PCABC can perform much better than Least Mean Square (LMS) classifier. Psychological backgrounds will be studied to obtain good signal.","PeriodicalId":141108,"journal":{"name":"2011 International Conference on Future Computer Sciences and Application","volume":"42 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-06-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132307483","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
