The notarial deed is one of the written evidence for the parties given and shown at the time of the evidentiary hearing in the district court. The evidence required other than the notarial deed on the agenda of the evidentiary hearing is that the party who filed the tort lawsuit must present a minimum of 2 (two) witnesses. Usually, the witnesses on the notarial deed are 2 (two) employees of the notary office itself. In the practice of trial in the district court, often the notary and 2 (two) witnesses of the deed are not present so that the judge will assess and consider and conclude legally that the plaintiff cannot prove his suit. In general with such an event as mentioned above the judge will make a ruling that the verdict is inadmissible or NO (Niet Ontvankelijk). In an effort to find the answer to the problem, the researcher uses the case study research method. The materials that researchers use are primary and secondary legal materials. The purpose of this study is to find out the important role and function of a notary as a public official making authentic deeds as regulated in The Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 2 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 30 of 2004 concerning the Position of Notary, the role and function of notarial deeds regulated in Article 1 number 7 of Law No.2/2014 jo Law No.30/2004 where notarial deeds are defined as authentic deeds made by  Notary, read by the notary and signed by the parties before the notary according to the established form and procedure, the roles and functions of the 2 (two) deed witnesses who are usually employees of the notary's office itself, which regarding witnesses is regulated in Article 186 HIR, Article 185 HIR, Article 1865 of the Criminal Code and and Article 1866 of the Penal Code which in essence the witness party in a legal event is indispensable as evidence on proof in the event of a civil or criminal dispute and one witness is not a witness (the principle of unus testis nullus testicle). The novelty of this research is in terms of the use of legal theory of civil law evidence and legal theory of civil law proof in analyzing problems. Judging from the legal theory of civil law evidence, a notarial deed is an authentic deed as a perfect proof, meaning that its truth does not require other proofs. Meanwhile, from the aspect of civil law evidentiary legal theory, if the notary and 2 (two) deed witnesses are not present at the evidentiary hearing, the judge does not give an assessment and conclusion that the plaintiff cannot prove his default lawsuit because there is already perfect evidence, namely the notarial deed as an authentic deed. In carrying out its role, a notary is obliged to emphasize the principles of thoroughness and prudence, to ensure justice without discrimination, thereby providing legal certainty and protection of the rights of interested parties. In accordance with the provisions of Article 63 of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 2 of 2014 concerning amendments to Law Number 30 of 2004 concerning the Position of a Notary (hereinafter referred to as Law No. 2/2014 in conjunction with Law No. 30/2004) only stipulates the deadline for submission. However, there is no legal certainty regarding the procedure for submitting the protocol that is carried out after the deadline, there are no arrangements related to the legal consequences of the Notary protocol if it is submitted after the deadline and there are no sanctions for heirs for the late submission of the Notary protocol. This article aims to find out and further analyze the legal consequences of the Notary protocol if it is submitted more than 30 (thirty) days after the Notary's death and sanctions for heirs related to the late deadline for submitting the protocol to the Notary receiving the protocol. Departing from these provisions, legal problems arise, namely: what are the legal consequences for the Notary protocol if it is submitted more than 30 (thirty) days after the Notary's death and whether the heirs can be subject to sanctions related to the passing of the deadline for submitting the protocol of the Deceased Notary. The type of research used to achieve the objectives of this legal research uses normative juridical legal research due to the absence of norms. The results showedthat the submission of the Notary protocol with the passing of the deadline resulted in several legal consequences, namely uncertainty regarding the storage of the protocol of the deceased Notary, damage to the protocol that resulted in losses for the parties and uncertainty related to liability for the issuance of a copy of the minuta deed, therefore, arrangements regarding sanctions for the heirs of the Notary to ensure legal certainty  which is clear and konstan. The heirs of the Notary May be sanctioned, if they commit unlawful acts and harm the parties. The government issued a restructuring policy in order to assist debtors and creditors during the COVID-19 Pandemic. One of the policies issued is installment restructuring. Use monitors the application, POJK No. is issued. 11/POJK. 03/2020. OJK oversees the bank to provide information. Midway through 2020, participating banks had 96 conventional banks including sharia. There are 5.33 million debtors worth Rp.517.2 Trillion, as well as 4.55 Million with Small and Medium Micro Business debtors ( MSM ) worth Rp.250.65 Trillion. The non-bank financial industry also participated in as many as 183 financing industries with 2.4 Million with amounts valued at Rp.75.08 Trillion. Penundaan kewajiban pembayaran hutang serta kepailitan menjadi pemecahan masalah perekonomian bagi para pemilik usaha tetapi hal ini berdampak kurang baik untuk debitur. Pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan restrukturisasi dalam rangka membantu debitur dan kreditur pada masa Pandemi COVID-19. Salah satu kebijakan yang dikeluarkan yaitu restrukturisasi angsuran. Guna memantau penerapan itu, maka dikeluarkan POJK No. 11/POJK. 03/ 2020. OJK mengawasi bank buat memberikan informasi. Pertengahan tahun 2020, perbankan yang ikut serta terdapat  96 bank konvensional termasuk syariah. Ada 5,33 juta debitur senilai Rp.517,2 Triliun, serta 4,55 Juta dengan debitur Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) senilai Rp.250,65 Triliun. Enforcement will be carried out based on what basic construction is built on environmental regulations. This study will discuss what the basic construction was built on the Madiun City Perda No.19/2011, whether the basic construction built in the Madiun City Regulation No.19/2011 was in accordance with the basic construction in Law No.32/2009 and whether the basic construction Madiun City Regulation No.19/2011 may have implications for the successful achievement of the objectives of the regulation. This research is a normative legal research using secondary data consisting of primary legal materials in the form of laws and regulations and secondary legal materials, namely literature. The results of the study stated that the basic construction that was built in the Regional Regulation of the City of Madiun No.19/2011 was the primum remedium principle. This principle is constructed in the Regional Regulation of the City of Madiun No.19/2011 based on the condition of the City of Madiun which is based on economic, legal and cultural factors. The basic construction that was built is used for law enforcement purposes and makes it easier to achieve the objectives of environmental enforcement in Madiun City which is contained in Article 3 of the Madiun City Regulation No.19/2011. Despite the construction of the primum remedium principle, its application is not normatively applied because it can result in disruption of the economy, law and culture which are the basis for constructing this principle. The persuasive approach is preferred because it provides more benefits for the government, society and development actors. However, the Madiun City Regulation No.19/2011 still applies the principle of primum remedium if the development carried out results in intolerable adverse impacts and as a form of support for the Madiun City Government in carrying out the mandate of the 1945 Constitution Article 28H paragraph (1) to create a good living environment. and healthy. The research method used is legal research using a statutory and conceptual approach. Strikes carried out by workers or trade unions, sometimes there are still differences in interpretation as to whether or not the strike is legal. In fact, the strike arrangement is regulated in Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower as amended in Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation jo. Decree of the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration of the Republic of Indonesia Number: KEP.232/MEN/2003 concerning the Legal Consequences of an Unlawful Strike. The facts on the ground show that there is a disparity in judges' decisions on strikes that result in termination of employment, namely the decision of the Serang Industrial Relations Court with case number: 173/Pdt.Sus-PHI/2020/PN.Srg and the Supreme Court cassation decision with case number. 1079 K/Pdt.Sus-PHI/2021. The results of the study show that a strike that is carried out legally in accordance with the laws and regulations on strikes does not justify the employer giving sanctions to workers due to the action of striking. Thus, the cassation decision of the Supreme Court which gave the decision in favor of it has had a positive impact on the meaning of the layoff sanctions for workers who carry out strikes. \u0000Keywords: disparity; layoff; legality; strike \u0000 Abstrak \u0000Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui disparitas putusan hakim dalam perkara PHK akibat pekerja melakukan mogok kerja, serta untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis keabsahan melakukan mogok kerja yang mengakibatkan PHK. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum dengan menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan konseptual. Mogok kerja yang dilakukan oleh pekerja atau serikat pekerja, terkadang masih terjadi perbedaan penafsiran mengenai sah atau tidaknya mogok kerja yang dilakukan. Padahal, pengaturan mogok kerja diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan sebagaimana telah diubah pada Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2020 tentang Cipta Kerja jo.Keputusan Menteri Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Republik Indonesia Nomor: KEP.232/MEN/2003 tentang Akibat Hukum Mogok Kerja Yang Tidak Sah. Penelitian ini membahas tentang Surat Kuasa yang Diberikan WNI dari luar negeri untuk beracara di pengadilan Indonesia. Ini juga membahas validitas dokumen surat kuasa warga negara Indonesia dari Indonesia untuk beracara di pengadilan luar negeri. Penelitian menggunakan data sekunder dari jurnal, artikel, buku, dan situs web sebagai referensi. Syarat surat kuasa yang dibuat di luar negeri adalah untuk menyerahkan dan berpartisipasi dalam ketentuan pengadilan di mana gugatan dapat diterima atau diajukan atau dikenal dengan nama dasar lex fori. Selain itu, surat kuasa luar negeri juga dapat dianggap sah jika dilegalkan oleh Kedutaan Besar setempat, Kementerian Luar Negeri, dan Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia. Legalisasi dilakukan sebagai jaminan hukum bagi pengadilan di Indonesia bahwa memang benar bahwa pembentukan surat kuasa di negara yang bersangkutan agar tidak menimbulkan keraguan. Kita perlu memperhatikan empat persyaratan mutlak yang terkandung dalam SEMA No.2 tahun 1959. Jika salah satu syarat tidak terpenuhi, maka surat kuasa dianggap tidak sah. It is discussed about Indonesian citizens from abroad to be valid to appear in the Indonesian Court. It also discusses the validity of the power of attorney documents of Indonesian citizens from Indonesia to appear in foreign courts. Uses secondary data from journals, articles, books, and internet sites as references. The terms of a power of attorney made abroad are to submit and participate in the provisions of the court where the lawsuit can be received or filed or known by the basic name lex fori. In addition, overseas power of attorney can also be considered valid if legalized by the local Embassy, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. Legalization is done as a legal assurance for the court in Indonesia that it is true that the creation of a power of attorney in the country concerned so as not to raise doubts. We need to be concerned about the four absolute requirements contained in SEMA No.2 of 1959. If one of the conditions is not fulfilled, then the power of attorney is considered invalid. This study uses a normative juridical research method using secondary data. The novelty element in this research lies in the focus of the discussion which specifically discusses the influence of the policy of imposing security measures on imports of fabric products. The research discussion states that the principles of international trade adopted by the Indonesian state, namely the protection of domestic products, and the imposition of security measures on imports of fabric products, are the embodiment of the principle of trade in the Indonesian state. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the effect of imposing additional import duties in the form of security measures through the Minister of Finance Regulation No.55/PMK.010/2020 on the import of fabric products is less effective because it will only burden local entrepreneurs who need material products from abroad. Even though there have been restrictions on the volume of imports of textiles and textile products, so that these inter-ministerial regulations have not been able to synergize, the existence of legal rules regarding the imposition of BMTP makes the Ministry of Finance seem to doubt the Ministry of Trade's policy to suppress imports of fabric products in the free market era. \u0000Keywords: import duty security measures; cloth; liberalization; international trade \u0000Abstrak \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh kebijakan pengenaan Bea Masuk Tindakan Pengamanan terhadap impor produk kain. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Unsur kebaharuan dalam penelitian ini terletak pada fokus pembahasannya yang secara spesifik membahas tentang pengaruh kebijakan pengenaan bea masuk tindakan pengamanan terhadap impor produk kain. Pembahasan penelitian menyatakan bahwa prinsip perdaganagan internasional yang dianut negara Indonesia yaitu perlindungan produk dalam negeri, dan pengenaan Bea masuk tindakan pengamanan terhadap impor produk kain merupakan perwujudan dari prinsip perdagangan negara Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh pengenaan bea masuk tambahan berupa bea masuk tindakan pengamanan melalui Permenkeu No.55 /PMK.010/2020 terhadap impor produk kain kurang efektif karena hanya akan memberatkan pengusaha lokal yang membutuhkan produk bahan dari luar negeri. Various acts of violence committed by debt collectors also occurred in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, when there was a seizure of motorbikes belonging to online motorcycle drivers. If the action meets the elements as a criminal act, then the customer who is harmed can report it to the police. This study was arranged using empirical juridical research. Primary data, obtained by interviews at the Yogyakarta Special Region Police, while secondary data was obtained by literature review of legal materials related to this research.  This paper has its own characteristics that are different from previous similar studies, because it provides an in-depth analysis of the efforts that can be made by the police to countermeasures of violence committed by debt collectors by referring to the role of the DIY POLDA. This study shows that violence committed by debt collectors have various types, in this case, the police have a strategic function and role to overcome violence committed by debt collectors.  The conclusions are the violence committed by debt collectors tends to be overt and covert, to overcome this, there are at least three efforts that the Yogyakarta Special Region Police can take, including pre-emptive efforts, preventive efforts, and repressive efforts. \u0000Keywords: countermeasures policy; debt collector; police; violence \u0000 Abstrak \u0000Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kebijakan penanggulangan oleh kepolisian terhadap tindak pidana kekerasaan yang dilakukan oleh debt collector di Yogyakarta. Beragam tindakan kekerasan yang dilakukan debt collector juga terjadi di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, salah satunya ketika terjadi perampasan terhadap sepeda motor milik driver ojek online. Terhadap perbuatan tersebut apabila memenuhi unsur sebagai tindak pidana, maka bagi nasabah yang dirugikan dapat melaporkan kepada kepolisian. Penelitian ini disusun dengan menggunakan penelitian yuridis empiris. Data primer, diperoleh dengan melakukan wawancara di Kepolisian Daerah Istimewa, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dengan melakukan kajian pustaka terhadap bahan hukum yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini. Tulisan ini memiliki karakteristik tersendiri yang berbeda dengan kajian serupa sebelumnya, karena memberikan analisa yang mendalam tentang upaya-upaya yang dapat dilakukan oleh pihak kepolisian untuk menanggulangi tindakan kekerasan yang dilakukan oleh debt collector dengan merujuk pada peran POLDA DIY. Drugs not only ensnare adults but also children can become victims of these addictive substances, because drugs are considered extraordinary crimes as such they later will be prosecuted, but doing so can cause both physical and psychological burdens on children due to the severity of the judicial process and criticism from the public on their status as a suspect, so other efforts are needed for drug cases in children. The purpose of this study was to analyze the execution of rehabilitation in child drug addicts and to analyze the execution of rehabilitation as a form of restorative justice. The legal research method used in this paper is normative research method by using statute approach, conseptual approach and fenomenologi approach. The changing concept of this paper relied on restorative justice concept whereas in children drug addict cases based on UU No.11/2012 which limited restorative justice concept only on diversion while restorative justice gets an extensive approach in Perkapolri. Based on the current regulation, the drug cases on children found better way in drug cases by rehabilitation outside the justice system which also complies with restorative justice and involves all parties to resolve the case fairly and restoring the children drug addict. \u0000Keywords: children drug addict; rehabilitation; restorative justice \u0000Abstrak \u0000Peredaran narkotika yang semakin luas dan banyak dilihat dari meningkatnya jumlah pengguna narkotika sebanyak 0,15 persen dari tahun 2019sampai dengan tahun 2021, hal ini semakin mengancam masyarakat di Indonesia. Narkotika tidak hanya menjerat orang dewasa namun juga anak-anak menjadi korban dari zat adiktif tersebut, karena narkotika merupakan kejahatan luar biasa maka mereka akan di proses secara peradilan, namun hal itu dapat menyebabkan beban baik fisik maupun psikis anak terhadap beratnya proses peradilan dan kecaman dari masyarakat atas statusnya yang menjadi tersangka, maka diperlukan upaya lain untuk kasus narkotika pada anak-anak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis terkait eksekusi rehabilitasi pada pecandu narkotika anak dan menganalisis terkait eksekusi rehabilitasi sebagai bentuk restorative justice. Capturing moments with your lover such as recording intimate videos is something that is often done by many people, especially adolescent. But in recording the video, there are several things that need to be considered. For example, there must be an agreement or consent between the two parties so there’s no misleading which could be categorized as a criminal act of pornography. If that happens, then there is a need for a “legal umbrella” that protects the video makers. Hitherto, the “legal umbrella” about the form of legal protection for these intimate video makers has not been clearly written. In this study, the authors used a juridical normative method, based on acts as the basis for the research. The acts that are used as a reference are Acts 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography, Government Regulation 71 of 2019 concerning Implementation of Electronic Systems and Transactions, and Act 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Acts 11 of 2008. regarding Electronic Information and Transactions. Furthermore, the author also used a descriptive method which undertake research using data that was taken from the society through an online seminar to find out the society perspective about recording intimate videos which is the topic of the author's research.Keywords: consent;  intimate videos;  legal protectionAbstrakPerkembangan zaman membuat teknologi menjadi semakin canggih dan digunakan di segala bidang. Teknologi membawa perubahan gaya hidup. Kebiasaan mengabadikan momen dengan pasangan seperti membuat video mesra merupakan gaya hidup yang kerap kali dilakukan oleh banyak orang, terutama dari kalangan muda. Tetapi dalam pembuatan video tersebut, ada beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan, yaitu harus ada persetujuan atau consent antara kedua belah pihak agar hal ini tidak berujung pada  tindak pidana pornografi. Pembuatan video yang bertujuan untuk dokumentasi pribadi berkemungkinan untuk menjadi objek Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode pendekatan perundang-undang, dengan berdasarkan pada undang-undang sebagai dasar penelitian. Undang-Undang yang dijadikan sebagai acuan penelitian adalah UU No. 44-2008.
