She (R.A.) was the wife of the Holy Prophet (Allah’s mercy and peace be upon him) and the daughter of Hazrat Abī Bakr R.A. She spent her time in learning and acquiring knowledge of the two most important sources of Islam, the Qur'an and the Sunnah of His Prophet (Allah’s mercy and peace be upon Him). Hazrat Ayesha (R.A.) narrated 2210 ahadith, out of which 174 ahadith are commonly agreed upon by Bukhari and Muslims in Sahibain.\u0000 Hazrat Ayesha (R.A) is a great scholar and interpreter of Islam, providing guidance to even the greatest of the Companions (R.A.) of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (Allah’s mercy and peace be upon Him). She has not only described ahadith and reported her observations of events, but interpreted them for the derivation of judgments. Whenever necessary, she corrected the views of the greatest of the Companions of the Holy Prophet (Allah’s mercy and peace be upon Him). It is thus recognized, from the earliest times in Islam, that about two-thirds of Islamic Shari’ah is based on reports and interpretations that have come from Hazrat Ayesha (R.A). Hazrat Abu Musa al-Ash'ari (R.A) says: \"Never had we (the companions) been in any trouble for the solution of which we asked Hazrat Ayesha(R.A) and did not find some useful information from her\".\u0000 As a teacher, she had a perfect and convincing manner of speech. She is a role model for women. She was an authority on many matters of Islamic Law, especially those concerning women. They have taken up the critical inquiry of authenticity of Hadith minutely in their scholarly dissertations on the narrators of Hadith to the extent that the scholars have written books after books on the narrators of Hadith. Likewise Abd Allah b. Laeeaa’s reported hadith have been scrutinized by various scholars like Abdul Ghani b. Saeed who is often cited to have said about Laeeaa that if the three famed Abadila have reported from him then his narrations are authentic. Likewise when Imam Abdur Rahman b. Abi Hatim asked about the said narrations from his father, Abu Hatim, he rejected them altogether despite the fact that they were reported by the three Abadila. In this article, Imam Abu Hatim’s viewpoint shall be investigated as to whether any other leading hadith scholar agreed with him or it was his peculiar stance. Mostly, they do this type of fabrication through so-called reasoning, but sometimes they get influenced by Europe. The article highlights their rationalist approaches in Exegesis of the Holy Quran and how they opposed the majority of the Quran Commentators while making their own rules. This research work explores the historical background, basic rules, and methods of those rationalists, their disagreement with most of the conventional interpreters, and the impacts of their self-made foundations. Moreover, it presents a comparison of their invented rules and well-accepted rules of the Quran Explainers to a clear course of commentary for every Muslim reader. The process of accountability is very important for the amelioration of the state, society, family, and individual in the world. Some orders are issued for rectification and some matters are ordered to be avoided. The execution of these prohibited acts leads to accountability in society. Furthermore, many people are given powers to carry out the affairs of the state, the misuse of which can lead to great catastrophe. Hence, it is very critical to hold accountable those who hold these positions from time to time. One of these influential positions is that of the judiciary to which the Islamic concept of accountability is very substantial. Now the question is, what is the concept of accountability in Islam? And what was the exercise of accountability of the judiciary in the Qur'an and Hadith and Islamic history? This matter will be discussed in this manuscript. This research will refer to the introduction of accountability using authoritative citations to illustrate the Islamic concept of accountability, its sources, and strategies. How did accountability apply to the judiciary in Islamic history? Specimens are also included in this study and will be discussed. The importance of this research and its results will be disclosed in the conclusion. The Judgment of the government Committee” Central Rouet-e-Hilal Committee Pakistan” is the ruling of Sharia in the Hanafi Jurisprudence. In which three types are very famous. Sell a freelance person, making slavery to a person resulting in a loss, and the prisoners arrested in the war were enslaved. Islam eliminated the first two types and the third case as an option left. On December 10th, 1948 UN passed the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which includes the right to human rights with other rights. Any type of slavery was prohibited. In the light of this universal charter, objections to Islam's concept of slavery began to be raised. What is the validity of the objections in the light of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights 1948 raised against the Islamic concept of slavery? the methodology adopted for this research is to examine the contents of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights from an Islamic point of view. In the same way, a true Islamic, rational and logical examination of the concept of slavery of Islam has been presented. There is also a wise law about slaves in the universal system that Islam has given to the world. Slavery in the name is left, otherwise, all their rights are in no way less than free human beings.
