It is evident that whenever he uplifted his voice for the sake of justice. He faced many obstacles but with the blessings of Allah Almighty He became successful in every step with the expansion of knowledge, the orientalists wrote against him which inspired those who were ignorant and less educated. It was propaganda against Islam and the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) but they failed in their movement. The study is also an attempt to search for the answer to the question. Whether the Orientalists' objection to the biography was based on a realistic review or was it merely a misrepresentation? Both qualitative and quantitative methods are used to investigate and research the facts behind the specific thinking of Orientalism. And also to answer the question How the Orientalists misrepresented by relying on secondary sources. Although, non-believers and biographers presented proves which turned their hatred into fondness and they admired him through their literature. They acknowledged his rightness, legitimacy, and miracles. Most of the non-believers embraced Islam. Even science has given authentication about Allah Almighty, His Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), and his religion Islam through facts and figures.","PeriodicalId":134412,"journal":{"name":"Al-Duhaa","volume":"258 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132093428","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Particularly, Ibn-e-Ḥazm’s book Al’Muḥallā and Al-Iḥkām have the special weightage in this regard. This article is basically an analytical study of the basic principles of Zāhiri jurisprudence like Qurān, Sunnah and Ijmā’ with some sub-sources like Dalīl and Istiṣḥābul Ḥāl, which have been presented in the context of these books. In this study, an attempt has been made to find an answer to the question, what role can the inferential principles of non-existent jurisprudential religions, like Zāhiriya, play in modern times, and to what extent can they be helpful in the formation of jurisprudence? The analytical style adopted in this article. The method of extraction of rulings has been clarified after the statement of fact and importance. The purpose of this study is to clarify their usefulness and applicability in postmodern times. This research concludes that Ibn-e-Ḥazm has a prominent role in jurisprudence and its principles which needs to be openly acknowledged. These principles are not only important in the formation of jurisprudential equivalents, but they can also play a role in some modern issues as the comprehensive solution to the problem of public welfare can be seen in his books.","PeriodicalId":134412,"journal":{"name":"Al-Duhaa","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115246746","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Even intelligentsia and journalists were executed for political reasons during this regime. However, his regime was particularly known for suppression of women rights in his process of Islamization. After deposing Bhutto by imposing Martial Law General Zia took over the helm of affairs of the country on the 5th of July 1977 and remained in power with full autocracy till 17th August 1988 when his plan was ablaze in the air near Bahawalpur. This study is an attempt to analyze the process of Islamization by General Zia, its causes, suppressive actions act against various segments of society especially women. The study is also an attempt to search for the answers to the question “Was his policy of Islamization a sincere effort to implement the Islamic system or merely politically motivated? The response of women against Islamization regarding gender-related laws is also a significant part of the paper. Both qualitative and quantitative methods are used to investigate and research the facts about the Islamization process and the struggle of women against it. The memoirs and interviews of participating women activists, scholars, and other leading figures have also been consulted to fill the leftover scholarly gap. A mosque is a single building that serves as a center for both religious and social activities. Mosques must be designed to reflect religious beliefs, social values, and the local environment. Aside from being a functional location for salah (prayer), it also has symbolic value as a representation of Muslim religious beliefs and life after death. This study is focused on the visual richness of the mosque's architectural design and the identification of those elements that adds fullness to the experiential qualities of the mosques. This research uses a case study approach to evaluate mosque projects in various locales across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. Various architectural features of mosques were recognized used for adding visual richness in design and then classified based on their historical significance. A comparison of mosques' design architectural elements is carried out. The findings point to a consistency in the incorporation of functional elements, while the aesthetic elements are more locale-specific. The aesthetic elements need to be treated as an important component of mosque design. This work has further elaborated the need for the re-establishment of the importance of aesthetic values in contemporary mosque architecture and recommended its revival.","PeriodicalId":134412,"journal":{"name":"Al-Duhaa","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128280226","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

According to Iman Malik, it is permissible for the government to fix the prices of goods in the market to protect the people from harm. Hanfi jurists have allowed pricing with one condition. Such as when there is artificial inflation in the market due to collusion of traders or hoarding and price is being doubled. Then it is permissible for the government to fix prices in order to protect the public from harm. According to our research this opinion is preferred. Muhammad (S.A.W) interacted with people of diverse origins and used different languages at different occasions to convey His message. These differences of dialects were unknown to other tribal communities. Due to periodical and regional differences, it was difficult to interpret Hadith. In order to solve this problem, a new field of study was originated with the name of, “Ilam ul Gharib”, which explained all the difficult and strange words. This field has too much significance as scholars of Hadith are annoyed by the ignorance of the study of this field. Dictionaries are insufficient to give proper interpretations of the words to study Hadith, because, sometime words give real meanings and sometime literal, sometimes there is proverbial or idiomatic use of language. “Gharib ul Hadith”, was originated in the second century A.H. when, a great scholar of Basra, Abu Ubaida Muhammar bin Masna’h wrote a book on “Ilam ul Gharib”. Many other books were also written in that period. There are four methods used to write books on “Gharib ul Hadith”. On the other hand history moves forward and seeks its direction intuitively. So, traditional view of religion collides with the forces of history in futile effort to cease the torrential stream of time. Resultantly, time or history crush them or throw them in the yokes of slavery of others who entertain ever fresh and dynamic view of history and religion. Same went with Islam. With an advent of modernity after European renaissance when Europe collided horns with Islam, once all the Muslim world submerged in European colonialism.it forced Muslim intelligentsia on serious soul search and brought forth three schools of thought the traditionalist who strictly cling to tradition even if it had relevance to the emerging realities of history or not; the revivalists who seek assuage in pristine Islam and turn the tide of history back while modernists sensing new realities harness materieux of history for moral cause and go hand in hand with history.
