While living in plural societies one has to interact with people having various religious and cultured backgrounds. Islam not only gives very clear instructions for such interactions but all these valuable commandments were also personified in Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). The basic research question of this study is that how Quran, Hadith and the opinions of four schools of thought in the wake of conditions and circumstances of the modern day world guide Muslims in terms of participating in funerals of Non- Muslims and offering condolence to them. The methodology adopted to address the above mentioned question is that Quran, Hadith and the viewpoints of four Imams were taken into consideration respectively. Lastly various methods of condolence have also been highlighted. The research concludes on the findings that Muslims can offer condolence to Non-Muslims as this will work as a very effective message of Islam in the wake of modern day issues in terms of the relationship of Muslim and Non-Muslims. Similar to other sciences, the Objectives of Shari’ah also went through evolutionary stages and became an art form. Objectives of Shari’ah refer to the knowledge in which the objectives and wisdom of the rules of Shari’ah are discussed. Shari’ah Objectives was recognized as a branch of the principles of Jurisprudence (Usool ul Fiqh) and gradually succeeded in attracting the attention of scholars, and became a separate type of knowledge. Imam Juveni, Imam Ghazali, Imam Razi, Imam Azz bin Abus Salam, Qurafi, Ibn-e-Taymiyyah, Ibn-e-Qayyim and Imam Shatibi (May Allah have murcy on them) are the masters of this knowledge. Later Shah Waliullah and Allama Ibn-e-Ashur also became famous for this art. Now basic question of this research article is how the Objectives of Shari’ah became a permanent knowledge and which scholars offered their services for it. The essayist describes the evolutionary stages and gives an overview of the work done in relation to the Objectives of Shari’ah in every age. Thus the distinctive sciences of the leading scholars of Shari’ah have been stated separately. This article, in addition to its evolutionary stages provides the conclusion that all the precepts of Islam are connected with a balanced system. The followers of Islam have a very effective system of reforming society in the form of the Islamic beliefs. The task of reforming the society can be done well by following the methods and principles set by the Holy Prophet. In this paper, an analysis of the necessary issues required for the reform of the society has been presented and it has been concluded that the reform of the society is not the responsibility of any individual, institution, or organization, but it is the duty of the entire Muslim Ummah to contribute to the reformation of the society, because the disaster of not reforming will befall the entire Ummah. Government and politics play an important role in the reformation or deterioration of the society. If there are measures for the reformation of the society on a large scale, there will be positive effects. Every chapter in Imam Muslim's book is an example of rhetoric. But the main question of this research is what is the rhetoric in Kitāb al ul Waṣiyyah Bil Thuluth? The answer to this question is required in this research. In doing so, the preacher has to face different forms of individual or collective resistance. In contemporary era, hurdles which make the process of Da'wah (preaching of Islam) difficult are sectarian discrimination, nationalism, liberalism and extremism, division in the name of class, social status and ideology. Moreover, contradiction between sayings and actions, absence of fear of Almighty Allah in people’s minds, love for worldly wealth, lack of proper education, distances between religious scholars and rest of the masses, so called religious decrees and sarcasm against each other, preachers void of wit and wisdom, evasion from administrative and state affairs and political intervention in preaching process (Da'wah) worsening the nature of challenges we have already been facing. This research work is actually the course of disseminating the message of DEEN (Islam), holy prophets were the entities who suffered the most. They faced resistance from their own home to the battle ground and from chieftains to kings. The main objective of conducting this research study is to bring the Da'wah strategies of foremost Prophets into the limelight, how they faced troubles and hardships and conveyed the message of Towheed to the people. This study is qualitative in nature based upon both primary and secondary sources, Quran, Ahadith, Seerah and research paper published in various journals.s Evil forces used different tactics like teasing, killing and forced exile to stop the holy mission of the prophets. But the prophets staunchly kept on advocating their sacred mission of calling the masses to the right path, displaying a great deal of endurance and determination. Women not only enjoy the liberty of life within the parameters of values as laid by the Quran and Sunnah but at the same time, they also own the right of self-respect, esteem and treatment as humans. Treating women as mere objects for sex, or as mere “other” which devoid them of their due rights is strictly prohibited in Islam. The paper in hand highlights that how objectification of women is condemned by Islamic theology with special reference to Martha Nussbaum’s theory of Objectification being applied on Daniyal Mueenuddin’s Short Story, Saleema. Nowadays, there are some militant Jihadist organizations in all over the world who have misinterpreted the Fatwas of Ibn-e-Taymiyyah (1263-1328) and have started to wreck the people and their properties violently. They carry out their armed activities in the name of Islamic Jihad against Muslim public and authorities, imposing the fatwa of disbelief (Kufr) on them, declaring them obligatory to kill. According to these movements the prevailing democratic system and governments in Muslim countries are representative of disbelief instead of Islamic system, therefore it is necessary to eliminate all those people who support this system and also this system through Jihad. In order to achieve these goals, they carry out armed operations against Muslims based on few Fatwas of Ibn-e-Taymiyyah, especially Mardin Fatwa, calling Muslims infidels and the political system a tyrant and do not even refrain from suicide attacks. An argument that demands a shift from one order to another requires justice. With this concept, Istihsan is not a matter of dispute. However, in the case of a disagreement among scholars, the mujtahid has to apply Istihsan to something known and reasonable based on his intellect following its basic rules such as the compliment should be for Shariah and should not oppose it and the person making the compliment should be well familiar with Shariah.\u0000The primary issue is to sort out that it is permissible to research the applications of Istihsan from some contemporary issues of Istihsan. This article is aimed to present a study of some of the current issues of Istihsan in which the argument of praise is effective and hold a difference among the leading and the last scholars. Along with the introduction, conditions, and types of Istihsan, the article discusses the influence of two forms of Istihsan in contemporary issues.\u0000The first is the Istihsan of secret conjecture instead of assumption, and the second is the Istihsan for any expediency. Istihsan is similar to a sale in which it is not permissible to set a time. However, the secret implication is that the endowment's purpose is to benefit those suspended.\u0000The research made proves the significance and the broader exposure of Islamic laws.
