It covers all aspects of the physical body, the soul or the spirit, the emotion and the intellect. The Almighty Allah has stated that, True believers those who, if we give them power in the land, establish regular prayer and give zakat, enjoin the right and forbid wrong. \u0000That So, we can highlight from these directives of the holy Quran that the religious responsibilities of the Muslim rulers are that they protect the Divine bounds; defend the religion and invite the people to Allah by means of argument and good advice. A ruler is a trustee of the people and vicegerent of Allah. The ruler of a Muslim state has, among other things, to enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong. What could be right and wrong has been clearly identified in the Quran and sunnah. Some of the acts and behaviors identified which can be promoted more appropriately through positive measures like counselling, motivation, preaching, guidance, creation of appropriate environment, and other similar measures. The most effective of these measures could, however, be what is called exemplifying. It would mean that the ruler should do himself what is right and refrain from doing what is wrong and thereby set an example. Leading by exemplifying has deep psychological and substantial effect on others to follow and emulate. Therefore, the Seerah of the prophet PBUH is the best source for us in this regard. \u0000However, it encompasses the efforts made to develop human-being or individual who is pure of heart, pure in mind and pure in deeds where he can function as a member of society, who is civilized and has a high self-esteem. An individual’s awareness towards one’s responsibilities and a high self-esteem can bring for a peaceful and harmonious nation. Thus, the establishment of the Islamic society base on the voice of development together with material values and humanity. Because of which, the role of leaders of Islamic society must be proactive in plotting the path of educational system of the nation based on piety and faith. As for the obligations of ruler in the light of Seerah, I shall refer to the principles which Al-Mawridi r.a has discussed: \u0000The preservation of the Faith, true to its origin and in keeping with the consensus of those who participated in the founding of the Ummah, Defense of the Realm. He must carry out the Hadd punishments to ensure the limits prescribed by Allah and so that the rights of general public shall be protected. Amongst two illustrious procedures of ijtihad; Ghair-mansos-minun-nuss (indirectly derived from Quran and Sunnah) includes Istihasan, Masalih Mursala, and Maqasid Shari’ah. From all these; Maqasid Shari'ah and the procedures of deriving masails (finding solutions to the newly arise problems) using it, are imperative and advantageous as well as deep-rooted to be precise, as the probability of committing a gaffe is significantly high. Hence, it is indispensable to acquire a comprehensive understanding of Maqasid Shari'ah and its evolution, and procedures for deducing Masails using it. Since its inception, Maqasid Shari'ah evolved to its current prominence through long, continuous and valued miscellany discourses. Time has come where all those diverse researched are to be made modest for vibrant understanding of it; bringing forward the valuable researches of scholars at different times and moreover error-free inference of its rules. The greatest divine policy behind this blessing is that Allah bestow someone with a son other with a daughter, some are blessed only with daughter, other with son yetis some are rendered childless, that is to have no children just because of the greatest divine power. under this paramount power some people are not blessed with of children. despite the worldly falsifies man is helpless and worried. A young married couple visit their doctor if they are not blessed with the valuable gift of children. They complaint against their ill -luck and ask other to pray on their behalf. When such people become extremely disappointed for haring no children are dander careless by their doctor. they become helpless and therefore seek for something to ensile them. They strive for the children and adopted other children, like that of sisters, brothers and other close relatives some time they offer their expenditures to keep the children of their close friends. They do so to make those children as their heirs under their protection. Sometime they try to get the children of the affected families. On some occasion, they visit the Edhi centers and welfare organization to deserve the heirless children to provide them proper maintenance. Such a child is called “Mutabanni and the person adopts it is called “Tabanni, in urdu it is called “بچہ گودلینا\" \u0000The important point is about the legal status of such adopted child other related question about their heritage matrimony modesty and will making. It is research oriented subject. Patience helps us accept other people as they are and makes us tolerant. By being impatient, you suffer more than other people. To shape your talents and inborn abilities into real achievements, you must have patience. Whoever wants to lead a higher life must cultivate patience. He must possess an open mind; and be slow to arrive at conclusions. The patient man resolutely declines to be guided by what is immediate, near at hand. In thought, he declines to form his judgments from the external appearance of things. In action, he declines to be led away by the pains and pleasures of the moment. Therefore, when joys come, he is not elated; when sorrows befall, he does not lose heart; these are just the two marked characteristics of a great man. An old proverb says, “The patient man will rule the world.” It is perfectly true. At any rate, no impatient person ever achieved anything great in life. When you take things patiently, look at difficulties calmly in the face, half their power to overwhelm you is gone. Patience is the greatest ally of courage. However, when two or more statements are found about any current world affair, then whose statement will be given preference? At times confusion is created on this matter. Due to this, some elements reject the jurisprudent source ‘Istihsan’ blaming Ulema e Ahnaf as ‘Ahle Raey’ – those whose develop their personal perceptions on Quran and Hadith. And sometimes they negate its legitimacy as the source of Sharia Law.It is true that cores in the Islamic law are limited. However, an extensive law of ‘Istihsan’ is there for their further elaborations, whose endorsement can be sought in the Quran, Sunnah and statements of Imams and Jurists. Hence, this article will deal with the legitimacy of Istihsan, its historical development and its status as a source of law. Moreover, the article will further present answers to the orientalists and Ulema in this concern. These laws were aimed to safeguard the religious feelings of the followers of various beliefs. The laws encompassed all the religions who lived in the subcontinent. It is also said that the sections 295-B and 295-C which were introduced in 1980s are meant to shield only one religion and that is Islam. This research has critically examined the blasphemy laws of Pakistan and their impacts on the status of non-Muslims living in the country. The study has highlighted views of the adherents and the opponents of these laws. It gives a fact sheet of what has happened so far in the country in terms of the outcomes of these laws. It is good fortune that Ummat e Muhammadya has saved the last Divine book with the name of Quraan e Majeed with all its requirements. Other divine religions has not this pride.  Not only it but Sahaba, Tabeen and their followers explained Quraan e Kreem from different angles and served it from every aspect.
