Furthermore, some suggestions of this model’s applying to the hotel middle-level management are proposed. I hope the level of management of hotel middle-level manager’s quality and ability can be improved, the phenomenon of talent fault can be avoided, and the hotel competitiveness can be enhanced through strengthening the quality and ability of the middle-level managers. Through the structure of the hotel middle-level manager’s qualified characteristic model, I hope my thesis can make a supplement to the study of the qualified characteristic of middle-level managers in the service, and can make a little contribution to the improvement of middle-level management in the hotel industry. Considering of the complexity and dynamic in the dual-channel market, it is necessary to carry out a simulation study. Consumers, who have access to both the physical retail store and the Internet channel, are potential free riders. The firm has a strategy to differentiate products in dual channels. It is found that (i) when consumers have little ex-ante product information, they would be highly motivated to consume in-store service. It is true in the situation that when firms promote innovative products to the market, consumers have to spend more energy to obtain relevant information and experience new products in physical stores. (ii) After in-store service, consumers would free ride to buy online, if the online searching cost is low, regardless of the product valuation. (iii) Firms usually try the best to please junior members and provide higher preferential benefit for them than that for senior members. (iv) When the price gap between online and offline channels is high, the offline profit decreases, but the online profit increases. The number of free riders is independent of the price gap, but decreases with the degree of product differentiation. This paper further considers the interaction between consumers and supply chain members, and uses multi-agent simulation to depict consumer behavior in multiple periods. The simulation results and sensitivity analyses indicate that (i) when consumers have enough information of products (e.g. daily necessaries), they tend to buy online directly instead of visiting the physical store. On the contrast, visiting is necessary when products are innovative, new high-tech or needed to be experienced, like perfume and apparel. (ii) Firms should reduce the in-store service cost and set the same price of the products in dual channels, to increase own profit. (iii) Firms should take action (e.g. advertising) to enhance consumer familiarity about products (iv) Product differentiation strategy weakens consumers’ free riding behavior and improves firms’ profit. This paper aims to alleviate the problem of parking difficulty in China. Therefore, this paper firstly finds out the problems existing in the current parking situation and analyzes the reasons. Secondly, this paper proposes the importance of developing intelligent parking management in the era of big data and analyzes the links involved. Thirdly, a kind of intelligent parking guidance system is put forward, and its technical composition and implementation process are described in detail, then the advantages and disadvantages of the system are analyzed. Financing is still difficult and expensive in rural areas. In the process of rural economic construction, improving rural financial services is the key to improving the level of the rural economic development in China. At present, the emerging rural \"Internet plus industry chain\" financial model is an \"endogenous\" rural financial model with weak government intervention, high financial efficiency and sufficient market competition, which is formed from bottom to top by various market participants. This paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of the \"Internet plus industry chain\" mode, then finds out the factors affecting endogenous finance in rural China, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to strengthen the implementation of the \"Internet plus industry chain\" mode to promote the endogenous finance in China. Firstly, the extended Markov chain model is used to compare the ―Matthew effect‖ of regional financial resource allocation fairness and efficiency. Subsequently, based on the two-dimensional matrix diagram, the regional financial resource allocation path that takes into account fairness and efficiency was designed, and the 31 provinces in China were taken as an example to be analyzed in 2003–2016. The results show that the fairness and efficiency of regional financial resources allocation in China are obviously incompatible. The former's Matthew effect is far greater than the latter. This conclusion is robust both in indicators and in methods. Therefore, this paper believes that the government should focus on supporting high-efficiency but low-fairness areas, which can alleviate the Matthew effect of financial resources fairness, and achieve the dynamic coordination of regional financial resources fairness and efficiency. There were reported the following negative aspects in the area of higher education exporting policies: conceptual discrepancy of used approaches, backlog of competitors on application of marketing tools; insufficient number of researches of actuators of export activity in the system ―state-region-university‖; breakage between desired and actual position of Russia on international educational market. The purpose of this research is to develop marketing tools to control higher education export on all levels. The methodological base of this research is the following: dialectic, system, complex and situation approaches; statistical, comparative, and expert analysis as marketing research methods; graphical representation and interpretation of the information. The information base of the research is: open sources of information (Russian state service for statistics – Rosstat, (Rosstat, UNESCO), legal acts, state programs in the area of education, official sites of the Ministry of Sciences and Higher Education of Russian Federation, Rossotrudnichestvo, universities of the project ―5-100‖, analytical materials, expert evaluations. The results are the following: the main approaches to control of export of higher education were identified; a valuable approach to the export of higher education in the system ―state-region-university‖ with use of marketing tools were justified; systematization of the kinds of synergistic effects on the place where its arose; the version of eight-level chain of value of Russian education was offered; the element composition of marketing model of export of higher education was presented and necessity of development of regional modifications of the model was justified. Distinguishing feature of the offered model is the emphasis of integrated export policy management and omnichannel continuous interaction of key partners. From the initial \"social management\" to the current \"social governance\", the difference in only one word implies the constant friction and debugging of the management role of government and the autonomous status of the society. There is no doubt that the government is a pioneering force and also a leading force in the process of social governance. However, it is not sufficient to rely solely on the government's mandatory control to govern the grassroots society. Based on government's intervention extent, the relationship between government and society can be divided into government-embedded grassroots social governance mechanism and social-autonomous grassroots social governance mechanism. For government-embedded grassroots social governance mechanism, the grassroots governance may be failed if there is no internal autonomy of the social foundation. The innovation of grassroots social governance is to change the usual situation of “government dominant” and clarify and balance the relationship between government and society.
