Furthermore, some suggestions of this model’s applying to the hotel middle-level management are proposed. I hope the level of management of hotel middle-level manager’s quality and ability can be improved, the phenomenon of talent fault can be avoided, and the hotel competitiveness can be enhanced through strengthening the quality and ability of the middle-level managers. Through the structure of the hotel middle-level manager’s qualified characteristic model, I hope my thesis can make a supplement to the study of the qualified characteristic of middle-level managers in the service, and can make a little contribution to the improvement of middle-level management in the hotel industry. 摘要

本文在借鉴相关研究成果的基础上,初步研究出酒店中层管理人员所需要具备的特征,然后界定出合格的特征模型,包括专业知识、知人善任、关注客户、学习与提升、个人魅力、控制能力、洞察力、灵活性、情商、协调沟通能力等。团结合作和业绩导向,共12个特点。最后,对该模型在酒店中层管理中的应用提出了建议。希望通过加强酒店中层管理人员的素质和能力,提高酒店中层管理人员的管理水平,避免人才失误的现象,增强酒店的竞争力。通过构建酒店中层管理者的合格特征模型,希望我的论文能够对服务业中层管理者的合格特征研究起到一定的补充作用,为酒店业中层管理的完善做出一点贡献。关键词:酒店中层管理者;胜任力模型;建设
