Metode yang digunakan dalam mengungkapkan proses penerapan tersebut menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tekhnik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawnacara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa tahapan sebagai berikut, yaitu: Reduksi Data, Display Data (Penyajian Data) dan Kesimpulan dan Verifikasi Data. Temuan pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwasanya proses penerapan Pembelajaran Maharah Kalam pada Program “Tajawwal”di Markas Bahasa Arab Kibar Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Ulum Panyeppen Pamekasan melalui tiga tahap yaitu tahap awal, tahap inti dan tahap akhir atau penutup. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, wawancara dan observasi. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dengan rumus Produk Moment. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Terdapat Pengaruh penguasaan tashrif lughawiy terhadap kemampuan penyusunan kalimat bahasa arab di Madrasah i’dadiyah diniyah pondok pesantren kebun baru. Statement tersebut merujuk kepada hasil dari harga kritik “r” 1% adalah 0,505, harga kritik “r” 5% adalah 0,396. Jadi setelah hasil penelitian dengan nilai 0,79 di atas dikonsultasikan dengan “r” tabel product moment masih lebih tinggi nilai “r” kerja. Atau disimpulkan sebagai 0,396 <0,79> 0,505. In this study contains about the application of a communicative approach in improving the ability of Qiro>'ah. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. The results of this research indicate that, in principle, the communicative approach is to improve the mastery of speaking proficiency. This is in line with the main purpose of language, namely as a means of communication. However, after being seen from another point of view, a communicative approach can also be applied in mastery of reading proficiency. An example is the application of the sorogan method. This study aims to find out the steps for using the phonetic method in learning maharah istima' and kalam for beginners. This research is a library research using a qualitative descriptive approach. With the Maharah Kalam and Istima` learning phonetic methods for the beginner level, the focus is on repetition and pronunciation of phonemes properly and correctly. The phonetic method begins with practicing distinguishing Arabic phonemes, namely hijaiyah letters, then continues with distinguishing words or mufrodat that are similar in pronunciation.
