Miftahul Ulum New Garden?.This approach and type of research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. This research was conducted in class 3 MAP. Miftahul Ulum Kebun Baru who is an Arabic teacher as a teacher and researcher as an observer. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation and documentation.The results of this study are that in learning speaking skills the Cooperative Learning strategy has been used in MAP. Miftahul Ulum New Garden. The steps are \"the teacher gives material to students, the teacher divides students into several groups (peer groups), the teacher creates expert groups then the teacher asks the expert group to explain to the peer group according to the results obtained from the expert group\", while in it the teacher acts as facilitator, mediator, motivator and evaluator.
