This study uses a quantitative approach, whose analysis emphasizes numerical data (numbers) processed with statistics, while its nature is correlation. The results of this study show that there is a correlation between the ability to read Arabic and the achievement of the target of memorizing the Koran for students at Kebun Baru Islamic Boarding School, Academic Year 2020/2021 referring to the results of “r” product moment table = 0.986 greater than “r” good work with a critical price of "r" 1% is 0.388 or 5% is 0.4906.
