However, COVID-19 has implied the suspension of educational activities in more than 100 countries, including Chile, because the mobility of people implies a risk at a general level, especially in the framework of clinical training. The objective of this work is to present the results of the adaptation to an online format of the Clinical Neurosciences for Medicine course, corresponding to the subjects of Adult Psychiatry and Child-Adolescent Psychiatry and its implementation. Materials and methods. The methodology developed aspects of clinical classroom didactics, but through online educational platforms that sought to generate the skills required by the specialty. Results and conclusions. The results obtained show a high rate of adherence to sessions, both synchronous and asynchronous. Likewise, the observation of simulated patients, the analysis of cases in role-play, the adaptation of questionnaires and observational guidelines, among others, reflect the favorable development of this subject.
