In this case, the skincare brand Scarlett Whitening as the best-selling skincare brand in Indonesia is collaborating with the South Korean girl group TWICE who will also promote Scarlett Whitening products on the @scarlett_whitening Instagram account. The age demographic of TWICE girl group fans is dominated by teenagers to young adults in the age range of 10-29 years, so it can be said that the target market of the Scarlett Whitening brand is in the age range of teenagers to young adults. This study was conducted to determine the form of persuasion messages by Korean idols on the content of the Instagram account @scarlett_whitening. The research method used is a multimodal method with a qualitative approach and a positivistic paradigm. From the results of the research, it was found that the persuasive message of Korean idols in the Instagram post @scarlett_whitening as the best-selling skincare product in Indonesia is closely related to the closeness between the represented participant and the active participant where actors and audiences are described as equal and there is an optimistic attitude about the products offered. \u0000Abstrak \u0000Aktifnya masyarakat Indonesia di media sosial dimanfaatkan oleh brand perusahaan untuk mempromosikan produk yang akan mereka tawarkan kepada khalayak. Dalam hal ini, brand skincare Scarlett Whitening sebagai brand skincare paling laris di Indonesia bekerjasama dengan girlband asal Korea Selatan TWICE yang turut mempromosikan produk Scarlett Whitening pada akun Instagram @scarlett_whitening. Demografi umur penggemar girlband TWICE didominasi oleh remaja hingga dewasa muda di kisaran umur 10-29 tahun, sehingga target pasar dari brand Scarlett Whitening berada di kisaran umur remaja hingga dewasa muda. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bentuk pesan persuasi idola Korea pada konten akun Instagram @scarlett_whitening. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode multimodal dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan paradigma positivistik. Twitter is one of the media used in political communication, whether for political campaigns or public discussions. This study intends to describe three things. First, to explain how the trend of opinion regarding Sutiaji's image as mayor on Twitter. Second, describe how Sutiaji's image on Twitter is based on image aspects. Third, look at the type of user account that talks about Sutiaji. Researchers analyzed tweets using qualitative content analysis methods, which were collected from June 10, 2022 to June 16, 2022. After tweets were collected, the analysis was carried out using opinion tendencies (positive, neutral, and negative) and image aspects, namely competence, leadership, integrity, and personal characteristics. As a result, Sutiaji's image tends to be neutral in discussions on Twitter. When viewed from the type of account, more negative discussions are uploaded by personal accounts. Many positive discussions came from media and government accounts. Many discussions about aspects of personal characteristics, leadership and competence. \u0000Abstrak \u0000Penelitian ini melihat pembahasan mengenai pemimpin daerah dari sudut pandang citra politik di Twitter. Twitter merupakan salah satu media yang digunakan dalam komunikasi politik, baik untuk kampanye politik, ataupun diskusi publik. Penelitian ini bermaksud mendeskripsikan tiga hal. Pertama, menjelaskan bagaimana kecenderungan opini mengenai citra Sutiaji sebagai walikota di Twitter. Kedua, mendeskripsikan bagaimana citra Sutiaji di Twitter berdasarkan aspek-aspek citra. Ketiga, melihat jenis akun pengguna yang membahas tentang Sutiaji. Peneliti menganalisis tweet menggunakan metode analisis isi kualitatif. Setelah tweet terkumpul, analisis dilakukan menggunakan kecenderungan opini (positif, netral, dan negatif) dan aspek-aspek citra yaitu kompetensi, kepemimpinan, integritas, dan karakteristik personal. Hasilnya, citra Sutiaji cenderung netral dalam pembahasan di Twitter. Jika dilihat dari jenis akun, pembahasan negatif lebih banyak diunggah oleh akun personal. Pembahasan positif banyak berasal dari akun media dan pemerintah. How people build arguments in the speech can affect the persuasion process. Justin Trudeau brings refugee issues in his speech as something important for audiences to take concern with. He emphasizes on how world’s leaders in 71st General Debate of the United Nations General Assembly are able to accept refugees the way Canada has done. He wants to show the world that accepting refugees will not bring any harm to the countries. He is the youngest prime minister ever in Canada and pressumed like a leader has lack of experience among the other world leaders. How Justin Trudeau builds his argument on handling a refugee. This study adopts qualitative research with textual analysis as the method, which will use articles, websites and books as literature. The results showed that Justin Trudeau's physical attractiveness and authority in making decisions, credibility in proving promises, and his attractiveness in attracting the world's attention were the most visible components as a leader and speaker. He builds his arguments by showing evidence, case histories, and making people be guilty for doing wrong things with guilt appeal. His message content is full of the proof he has done for Canada in welcoming refugees. He shows vivid case histories and narratives on how Canada is safe by accepting refugees while many countries refuse for the sake of safety. \u0000Abstrak \u0000Pidato merupakan salah satu konteks komunikasi publik. Cara orang membangun argumen dalam pidato dapat mempengaruhi proses persuasi. Justin Trudeau membawa isu pengungsi dalam pidatonya sebagai sesuatu yang penting untuk diperhatikan oleh auediens. Dia menekankan bagaimana para pemimpin dunia dalam Debat Umum ke-71 Konferensi Umum Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa dapat menerima para pengungsi seperti yang telah dilakukan Kanada. Dia ingin menunjukkan kepada dunia bahwa menerima pengungsi tidak akan merugikan negara. Justin adalah perdana menteri termuda yang pernah ada di Kanada dan dianggap seperti seorang pemimpin yang memiliki pengalaman kurang di antara pemimpin dunia lainnya. The Surabaya City Government initiated the Media Center as a form of public complaint service. The condition of the people of Surabaya City who live in areas with adequate development of information and communication technology electronically is not in harmony with the number of people who do not know the Media Center that has existed since 2011. This is the government's task to socialize the Media Center as a form of complaint service. Public. Based on this phenomenon, it is interesting to know how the Surabaya City Government's communication strategy in Disseminating the Surabaya Media Center to the Community. The method used is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that the communication strategy carried out by the Surabaya City Government through social media and government activities in disseminating the Media Center has not been successful. The message or information conveyed by the City Government has not been conveyed properly and evenly to the community as a communicant. \u0000Abstrak \u0000Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi secara elektronik era kontempoter tidak luput dari penggunaan internet sebagai aspek utama serta penunjang dalam kegiatan pemerintahan. Pemerintah Kota Surabaya menggagas Media Center sebagai bentuk layanan pengaduan masyarakat. Kondisi masyarakat Kota Surabaya yang hidup di wilayah dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi secara elektronik yang memadai, kurang selaras dengan banyaknya masyarakat yang belum mengetahui Media Center yang sudah ada sejak tahun 2011. Hal tersebut menjadi tugas pemerintah dalam upaya mensosialisasikan Media Center sebagai bentuk pelayanan pengaduan masyarakat. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut menarik untuk diketahui bagaimana strategi komunikasi Pemerintah Kota Surabaya dalam Mensosialisasikan Media Center Surabaya Kepada Masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. This campaign is become the Sustainability Support Program for PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) with the Directorate General of Transportation's program, \"Roadmap To Zero Accident\". This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of persuasive communication from designing campaign message, namely verbalization, visualization, illustratios, and five types of message appeals. The research method used is a quantitative method with descriptive statistical approach using persuasion communication effects which are interpreted through the analysis of the campaign messages content according to Onong U. Effendy and Antar Venus. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire research instrument. The result showed that the campaign message design strategy had a \"high\" level of effectiveness on cognitive, affective, and conative effects. Motorcyclists are affected by the persuasion effect of campaign which makes them understand the objectives of the campaign, feel empathy for the message, and motivated to change behavior that is in line with the purpose of the campaign. It was concluded that all indicators of messages content used became an effective element in creating campaign persuasion effects that build changes in the motorists’s behavior. \u0000Abstrak \u0000Komunikasi persuasi melalui kampanye sosial #DisiplinPerlintasan merupakan strategi untuk membangkitkan kesadaran diri pengendara bermotor agar mengubah perilakunya menjadi disiplin di area perlintasan sebidang. Kampanye ini sebagai implementasi Program Pendukung Keberlanjutan PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) yang sesuai dengan program Dirjen Perhubungan, “Roadmap To Zero Accident”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas komunikasi persuasi dari perancangan pesan kampanye yang meliputi indikator verbalisasi, visualisasi, ilustrasi, dan lima jenis imbauan pesan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif pendekatan statistik deskriptif menggunakan efek komunikasi persuasi yang diinterpretasikan melalui analisis isi pesan kampanye menurut Onong U. Effendy dan Antar Venus. Teknik pengumpulan data memanfaatkan instrumen penelitian angket/kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi perancangan pesan kampanye memiliki tingkat efektivitas “tinggi” terhadap efek kognitif, efek afektif, dan efek konatif. Pengendara bermotor terpengaruh efek persuasi kampanye yang menjadikannya paham atas tujuan kampanye, merasa empati terhadap pesan, hingga membentuk perilaku yang sesuai dengan tujuan kampanye. Sexual work that previously took place offline in the form of physical services has now shifted to online spaces towards a more diverse product, such as the provision of sexual content. The digital workforce allows sexual content providers to work anytime and anywhere by leveraging aesthetic aspects to get compensation. This study aims to analyze the work practices of sexual content providers in monetizing their bodies through digital platforms in Indonesia. This research approach is qualitative with the observation method. The results of this study indicate that providers of sexual content adhere to the principle of aesthetic labor for profit, promote paid content through social media channels, utilize digital products as a transaction method, and maintain their anonymity in the form of censorship. \u0000Abstrak \u0000Hadirnya ruang-ruang digital turut memperluas kanal-kanal konsumsi seksual. Pekerjaan seksual yang sebelumnya berlangsung secara luring dalam bentuk layanan fisik, kini telah bergeser ke arah daring dengan produk yang lebih beragam, seperti penyediaan konten seksual. Ketenagakerjaan digital memungkinkan para penyedia konten seksual untuk bekerja kapan saja dan di mana saja dengan memanfaatkan aspek estetika untuk mendapatkan kompensasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis praktik kerja yang dilakukan para penyedia konten seksual dalam memonetisasi tubuh mereka melalui platform digital di Indonesia. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode observasi. The problems in the TNTN area are not included in social conflicts with high intensity, because they occur spontaneously and sporadically in various areas, but can produce contradictory behavior as a transfer of hate process from the industry to the central and regional governments, or vice versa. The purpose of this study was to analyze the planning of environmental communication strategies in the preservation of the Tesso Nilo National Park, Pelalawan Regency, Riau Province; and analyze the implementation of environmental communication strategies in the preservation of Tesso Nilo National Park, Pelalawan Regency, Riau Province. The research method is descriptive qualitative with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques by interview. observation and documentation. The environmental communication strategy in TNTN is carried out in 2 stages, namely planning and implementation. Planning is done by finding out in advance which parties are stakeholders, in this case there are 2 (two) parties, namely the organization (BKTNTN), and the public (community). The implementation is carried out in accordance with the main tasks and functions of each party with adjustments to field conditions or problems faced directly in the field and adjusted to the interests of each stakeholder. \u0000Abstrak \u0000Tesso Nilo adalah salah satu hutan konservasi dataran rendah yang terletak di Provinsi Riau dan terbentang di empat kabupaten yaitu Pelalawan, Indragiri Hulu, Kuantan Singingi, dan Kampar seluas 38.576 Ha. Persoalan yang ada di kawasan TNTN bukan termasuk pada konflik sosial dengan intensitas yang tinggi, karena terjadi secara spontan dan sporadik di berbagai wilayah, namun bisa menghasilkan perilaku kontradiktif sebagai proses transfer of hate dari pihak industri ke pemerintah pusat dan daerah, atau sebaliknya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis perencanaan strategi komunikasi lingkungan dalam pelestarian Taman Nasional Tesso Nilo Kabupaten Pelalawan Provinsi Riau; dan menganalisis pelaksanaan strategi komunikasi lingkungan dalam pelestarian Taman Nasional Tesso Nilo Kabupaten Pelalawan Provinsi Riau. This study aims to determine the positive effect of self-disclosure (self-disclosure) of teaching volunteers and students in the process of implementing teaching and learning in the Swara Peduli Foundation on interpersonal trust in learning motivation. Operational variables in this study consist of self- disclosure as the X variable and interpersonal trust as the Y variable. This study uses a quantitative method with the theory of self-disclosure theory. The data collection technique was carried out using a survey method of distributing questionnaires to the object to be studied, namely 28 respondents. Sampling in this study used a saturated sample (census) because the number of respondents was less than 100 people. The results showed that there was a high positive influence on self-disclosure towards interpersonal trust, this can be seen from the calculation of the correlation value R = 0.795 and it is known that the R Square value is 0.632, it can be concluded that the magnitude of the influence has a value of 63.2%. The hypothesis which states that there is a positive effect of self-disclosure on interpersonal trust in learning, motivation at the Swara Peduli Foundation is acceptable. \u0000Abstrak \u0000Keterbukaan diri yang dibangun akan menimbulkan rasa kepercayaan interpersonal. Kepercayaan interpersonal akan menjadi dasar bagi keberhasilan sebuah motivasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besar pengaruh positif keterbukaan diri (self disclosure) relawan pengajar dan siswa dalam proses pelaksanaan belajar mengajar di Yayasan Swara Peduli terhadap kepercayaan interpersonal dalam motivasi belajar. Operasional variabel dalam penelitian ini meliputi keterbukaan diri (self disclosure) menjadi variabel X dan kepercayaan interpersonal menjadi variabel Y. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teori self disclosure theory. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan metode survey. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat adanya pengaruh positif yang tinggi pada keterbukaan diri terhadap kepercayaan interpersonal, maka membuktikan bahwa keterbukaan diri (self disclosure) yang menjadi landasan teori dalam penelitian ini dengan operasional variabel seperti ketepatan, motivasi, waktu, keintensifan dan kedalaman dan keluasan dapat mempengaruhi variabel dari kepercayaan interpersonal, seperti keyakinan dan kemampuan diri, rasa optimis, obejektif, sikap bertanggung jawab dan berpikir dengan rasional atau realistis. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari perhitungan nilai korelasi R = 0,795 dan diketahui nilai R Square sebesar 0.632, maka bisa disimpulkan bahwa besaran pengaruh memiliki nilai sebesar 63,2%. Data collection techniques used are observation and interviews. The results showed that Unisnu Jepara students had difficulty adapting to a new environment. Students who have different cultures are not easy to interact with, so it takes a long process to be able to interact properly. They communicate in Indonesian because it is universal, with the new culture, students from outside the city of Jepara tend to want to understand and follow the local culture. Unisnu Jepara students who come from outside the city of Jepara, have a variety of multicultural communications that shape their communication patterns. \u0000Abstrak \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan ragam komunikasi multikultural mahasiswa dalam pembentukan gaya komunikasi dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan pendekatan fenomenologis. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa Unisnu Jepara mengalami kesulitan beradaptasi dengan lingkungan baru. Mahasiswa yang memiliki budaya yang berbeda tidak mudah untuk berinteraksi, sehingga dibutuhkan proses yang panjang untuk dapat berinteraksi dengan baik. Mereka berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Indonesia karena bersifat universal, dengan adanya budaya baru, mahasiswa dari luar Kota Jepara cenderung ingin memahami dan mengikuti budaya lokal. It makes Manggala Agni innovates in daily activities communicating the policy for controlling forest and land fires. The purpose of this study is to explain how Manggala Agni communicated policies on controlling forest and land fires during the Covid-19 pandemic in Riau Province in 2020, knowing the communication media used and describing communication barriers encountered in the field. In this study, researchers used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. This study uses Miles and Huberman model of field data analysis techniques. The result showed that Manggala Agni communicated the policy of controlling forest and land fires with interpersonal communication and group communication. Interpersonal communication media used are face-to-face communication, then group communication by involving the Fire Care Community (MPA) and utilizing social media and zoom meeting applications, therefore during the Covid-19 pandemic, Manggala Agni can still communicate the policy for controlling forest and land fires. \u0000Abstrak \u0000Kemunculan virus Covid-19 yang secara masif masuk ke Indonesia berdampak pada kebijakan pemerintah dalam menerapkan sosial distancing hingga pemberlakukan Pembatasan Sosial Bersakala Besar (PSBB) dan Pemberlakukan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM). Hal ini membuat Manggala Agni melakukan inovasi dalam kegiatan harian mengkomunikasikan kebijakan pengendalian kebakaran hutan dan lahan (Karhutla). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan bagaimana Manggala Agni mengkomunikasikan kebijakan pengendalian Karhutla pada masa Pandemi Covid-19 di Provinsi Riau tahun 2020, mengetahui media komunikasi yang digunakan dan mendeskripsikan hambatan komunikasi yang ditemui di lapangan. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti mengunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan tekhnik analisis data lapangan model Miles and Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Manggala Agni mengkomunikasikan kebijakan pengendalian Karhutla dengan komunikasi interpersonal dan komunikasi kelompok.
