Along with the development of the times, the current market needs are very diverse. Especially for dining table products which are one of the many types of primary needs that cannot be replaced. So one of the companies in Tegal Regency, namely CV. Tunas Interior, which is engaged in the furniture industry, can make products that suit consumer needs. However, the problem that occurred in CV. Tunas Interior, namely the dining table it produces, has an older model and an inappropriate size because it has never developed according to the wishes of consumers. The purpose of this research is to find out the desires and needs of consumers for dining table products and to make suggestions for improvements regarding dining table products based on the Quality Function Deployment and Anthropometry methods. The process carried out in this study was to collect consumer desires for dining table products and then translate them into technical characteristics and measure the appropriate reference size.The results of the research conducted show that the improvements that must be made are adequate equipment such as a new design and has a dish rack feature with a relative weight value of 174, quality raw materials and workmanship with a relative weight of 147, inexpensive costing with a relative weight of 116 as well as providing sizes according to consumer needs with a weight of 97. The conclusion from this study is the need for development of dining tables according to needs and desires that provide improvements in features, design, durability and sizes that can provide comfort when used for a long time. \u0000  \u0000Abstrak. Seiring dengan berkembangnya zaman, kebutuhan pasar saat ini sangat beragam. Terutama terhadap produk meja makan yang termasuk salah satu dari banyak jenis kebutuhan primer yang tidak mungkin tergantikan fungsinya. Maka salah satu perusahaan di Kabupaten Tegal yaitu CV. Tunas Interior yang bergerak di bidang industri mebel furniture bisa membuat produk yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan konsumen. Akan tetapi masalah yang terjadi pada CV. Tunas Interior yaitu produk meja makan yang diproduksinya memiliki model yang lawas dan ukuran yang tidak sesuai karena tidak pernah melakukan pengembangan yang sesuai dengan keinginan konsumen. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui keinginan serta kebutuhan konsumen terhadap produk meja makan dan membuat usulan perbaikan mengenai produk meja makan berdasarkan metode Quality Function Deployment dan Antropometri. Proses yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu mengumpulkan keinginan konsumen terhadap produk meja makan lalu menerjemahkannya ke dalam karakteristik teknik dan melakukan pengukuran ukuran acuan yang sesuai. CV. X is a company engaged in the manufacturing industry that produces footwear. The production system carried out at the company uses the \"Make to Stock\" (MTS) system. Based on observations made by researchers, CV. X suffered a loss as a result of consumers returning products because the sandals had defects or were non-conforming. Efforts that can be made to reduce these problems are to identify the factors that cause product defects using the fault tree analysis and failure modes and effects analysis methods. Based on the results of the analysis using the FTA method, the root cause of the problem is influenced by several factors, namely, workers who are not careful, workers who are not skilled, and workers who do not focus on the production process; machines that often have errors; dim lighting; poor glue quality; and glue adhesion lost because it was stored for too long. The results of the FMEA analysis with the highest RPN, which is equal to 252, are found in non-stick glue, with the potential cause being workers being less thorough and the adhesive power of the glue being reduced because it has been stored for too long. While the proposal for the lowest RPN value, with a value of 75, is found in the type of stain defects on sandals caused by the tools used in the gross production process, Proposed improvements are made by increasing supervision, carrying out routine training schedules, paying attention to glue quality, adding lights, and carrying out maintenance on the machines used. \u0000Keywords: Quality, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA). \u0000Abstrak. CV. X merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang industri menufaktur yang memproduksi alas kaki. Sistem produksi yang dilakukan pada perusahaan menggunakan sistem Make to Stock (MTS). Berdasarkan observasi yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti, CV. X mengalami kerugian akibat pengembalian produk dari konsumen karena produk sandal mengalami kecacatan/ketidaksesuaian. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengurangi permasalahan tersebut yaitu dengan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan adanya cacat produk menggunakan metode Fault Tree Analysis dan Failure Modes and Effect Analysis. Berdasarkan hasil analisa menggunakan metode FTA akar penyebab masalah dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu pekerja kurang teliti, pekerja kurang terampil, dan pekerja kurang fokus pada saat melakukan proses produksi, mesin yang seringkali error, pencahayaan yang redup, kualitas lem kurang baik, dan daya rekat lem bekurang karena terlalu lama disimpan. Adapun hasil analisa FMEA dengan RPN tertinggi yaitu sebesar 252 terdapat pada lem tidak menempel dengan penyebab potensial pekerja kurang teliti dan daya rekat lem berkurang karena sudah terlalu lama disimpan. The job vacancy information that UCDC spreads through posters on social media is still very minimal. Therefore, the development of an information system for providing job vacancies is carried out in order to bridge the company with students and alumni through a centralized system. The research was conducted using the rapid application development (RAD) method because it is suitable for the development of the system needed quickly and is oriented towards company feedback in designing a new system. This method consists of three stages, namely requirement planning that defines system requirements, system design that represents system design based on company needs, and implementation that executes the design results into a system prototype. Based on the results of prototype testing, it is known that all functional needs of the system have been met, which means that the system can solve UCDC problems. The conclusion obtained is that the information system for providing job vacancies can bridge the needs of companies with the qualifications of students and alumni with a job matching process and UCDC can improve the quality of services that will make companies interested in posting paid job advertisements. However, it is necessary to carry out further evaluation and development to increase the relevance of information systems to the ever-changing needs of users. \u0000Unisba Career Development Center (UCDC) merupakan pusat pengembangan karier bagi mahasiswa dan alumni yang bertujuan untuk menjembatani kebutuhan perusahaan (pengguna) dengan kualifikasi mahasiswa dan alumni. Informasi lowongan pekerjaan yang disebarkan UCDC melalui poster di media sosial masih sangat minim. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan pengembangan sistem informasi penyediaan lowongan pekerjaan agar dapat menjembatani perusahaan dengan mahasiswa dan alumni melalui sistem terpusat. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode pengembangan rapid application development (RAD) karena cocok dengan pengembangan sistem yang dibutuhkan secara cepat dan berorientasi pada feedback perusahaan dalam melakukan perancangan sistem yang baru. Metode ini terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu perencanaan kebutuhan yang mendefinisikan persyaratan sistem, desain sistem yang merepresentasikan rancangan sistem berdasarkan kebutuhan perusahaan, dan implementasi yang mengeksekusi hasil rancangan menjadi prototipe sistem. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian prototipe, diketahui bahwa seluruh kebutuhan fungsional sistem sudah terpenuhi yang artinya sistem dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan UCDC. CV Tasifa Jaya which is a food industry company that produces meatballs. The problem that exists in this company is that the data collection of raw materials in the warehouse cannot be known automatically whether raw materials are available or not so that it can result in delays in the production process. In addition, data collection on finished goods cannot be known automatically, so that the calculation of production results is not in accordance with the amount of production. For this reason, this article will raise the issue of how these problems can develop warehouse and production management information systems. Making this information system is done by using the prototype method. The prototype method is a method that has a fairly thorough analysis stage that is used to gather requirements and develop ideas for system concepts. This method has four main stages, namely planning, analysis, design and implementation. The results obtained from designing a warehouse and production management information system include a system that can be accessed by the warehouse, production and admin departments. With this information system, activities in the warehouse or production section become automatic starting from knowing the stock of raw materials, finished materials and more structured production planning. In addition, the amount of stock of raw materials and finished goods will change automatically if there is an increase or decrease. \u0000Keywords: Warehouse and production management information system, Prototype. \u0000  \u0000Abstrak. CV Tasifa Jaya yang merupakan suatu perusahaan industri makanan yang memproduksi bakso. Permasalahan yang ada pada perusahaan ini yaitu  pada pendataan bahan mentah yang ada pada gudang tidak dapat diketahui secara otomatis apakah bahan baku tersedia atau tidak sehingga hal ini dapat mengakibatkan proses produksi menjadi terhambat. Selain itu pendataan barang jadi pun tidak dapat diketahui secara otomatis maka perhitungan hasil produksi tidak sesuai dengan jumlah produksi. Untuk itu maka artikel ini akan mengangkat permasalahan bagaimana permasalahan ini dapat mengembangkan sistem informasi manajemen gudang dan produksi. Pembuatan sistem informasi ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode prototype. Metode prototype merupakan suatu metode yang memiliki fase analisis cukup menyeluruh yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan kebutuhan dan mengembangkan ide-ide untuk konsep sistem. Metode ini memiliki empat tahapan yang paling utama yaitu terdiri dari planning (perencanaan), analysis (analisis), design (perancangan/pemodelan) dan implementation (implementasi). Hasil yang diperoleh dari perancangan sistem informasi manajemen gudang dan produksi ini diantaranya sistem dapat diakses oleh bagian gudang, produksi dan admin. PT. Berkah Cipta Persada is a private company engaged in manufacturing electrical panels. PT. Berkah Cipta Persada implements Engineer to Order and Make to Order market response strategies. Raw material shortages often occur during panel production, so companies must reorder raw materials. The risk of reordering raw materials is that the product completion time may exceed the due date. Therefore, the production process is stopped because it is waiting for the arrival of less raw materials. Based on this phenomenon, the problem in this research is formulated as follows: (1)How is the classification of raw materials and the determination of classes that need to be controlled intensively? (2)What is the raw material control policy that can be applied based on the classification of raw materials that have been carried out? (3)What is the comparison of the Total Inventory Cost now and after implementing raw material control methods? The proposal in this study is the classification of raw materials based on three parameters, namely the level of investment, the level of use, and the level of criticality of raw materials. The ABC-FSN-VED matrix will be obtained which consists of 27 classes of raw materials. Based on the results of the proposed policy calculations, it can be seen that the frequency of orders after using the single item single supplier EOQ and single supplier multi-item EOQ methods is smaller than the current company policy. PT. Berkah Cipta Persada merupakan perusahaan swasta yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur panel listrik. PT. Berkah Cipta Persada menerapkan strategi respon pasar Engineer to Order (ETO) dan Make to Order (MTO). Kekurangan bahan baku sering terjadi saat pelaksanaan produksi panel sehingga perusahaan harus melakukan pemesanan ulang bahan baku. Resiko dari pemesanan ulang tersebut yaitu waktu penyelesaian produk dapat melampaui due date, mengingat lead time pembelian bahan baku dari supplier luar negeri cukup lama. Oleh karena itu, proses produksi menjadi terhenti karena menunggu kedatangan bahan baku. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut, rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini yaitu: (1)Bagaimana klasifikasi bahan baku dan penentuan kelas yang perlu dikendalikan secara intensif? PT Ongpin Jaya Indonesia is a company engaged in the manufacturing sector in Indonesia and focuses on manufacturing kayak products. During the kayak boat production process there is a discrepancy in terms of completion of production. One of the obstacles to the occurrence of defects caused by human error factors that result in products not in accordance with the company's needs. The purpose of this study was to reduce product defects in kayak boats using the plan-do-check-action and failure mode effect and analysis methods. The plan stage is carried out to find the most dominant type of defect and find the root cause of the defective product using a Pareto diagram. Based on the Pareto diagram, the research focuses on repairing 1 type of defect, namely the type of asymmetrical shape defect, the factors causing the defect using a Fishbone diagram. Stage do After knowing the cause of the defect, determine goals and objectives in corrective action and identification of defective products and assisted by tools 5W + 1H. In the check phase, further examination was carried out using failure mode effect and analysis, and the highest risk priority number was obtained, namely 324 at the temperature of the injection molding machine where setting errors often occur, and the recommended action was given in the form of a proposal to make a special checksheet for engine temperature control. The next stage is the action stage, as well as looking at the quality level of a product by using a checksheet to review the inspection process. \u0000Abstrak. PT Ongpin Jaya Indonesia merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur di Indonesia dan berfokus kepada pembuatan produk perahu kayak. Selama proses produksi perahu kayak terdapat ketidaksesuaian dalam hal penyelesaian produksi. Salah satu kendala terjadinya cacat yang disebabkan oleh faktor human error yang mengakibatkan produk tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengurangi produk cacat pada produk perahu kayak di menggukan metode plan-do-check-action dan failure mode effect and analysis. Tahap plan dilakukan untuk mencari jenis defect yang paling dominan dan mencari akar penyebab terjadinya produk yang cacat menggunakan diagram pareto. Berdasarkan diagram pareto, penelitian fokus memperbaiki 1 jenis defect yaitu jenis defect bentuk tidak simetris, faktor-faktor penyebab defect tersebut menggunakan Fishbone diagram. CV Nur Rahmat Teknik is an MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) company that produces heater products in Bandung. The system applied to the company is a conventional system, both in selling electrical equipment and selling the company's heater products. The drawback of the system currently used is that there is no list and number of electrical equipment sold at the company's kiosk, so it takes time to check the equipment. Then the consumer/customer product design order documents are not stored properly which results in the time it takes to find product design order documents at the company or even documents can be lost. Then it is difficult to monitor the company owner, production employees, and kiosk employees regarding the amount of electrical equipment and raw material supplies that are not clearly visible, resulting in a delay in the production process because it takes time to buy and retrieve raw materials from vendors. So we need a database so that data on electrical equipment, raw material supplies, and product designs can be stored properly. An ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system is needed to integrate every part of the company. The FAST (Framework for Application of Systems Thinking) method is a system development method used to design information systems through a sequential process [1]. The results of the ERP system implementation design were carried out using Odoo software with the modules used being the Sales, Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, Website, Purchase, Point Of Sales, Document, and Live Chat modules. \u0000Keywords: ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), FAST (Framework for Application of Systems Thinking) method, Odoo Software. \u0000Abstrak. CV Nur Rahmat Teknik merupakan perusahaan UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah) yang memproduksi produk heater di Bandung. Sistem yang diterapkan pada perusahaan adalah sistem konvensional, baik dalam penjualan peralatan listrik maupun penjualan produk heater perusahaan. Kekurangan dari sistem yang digunakan saat ini adalah tidak adanya daftar serta jumlah dari peralatan listrik yang dijual pada kios perusahaan, sehingga diperlukan waktu dalam melakukan pengecekan peralatan. Kemudian pada dokumen-dokumen pemesanan desain produk konsumen/pelanggan tidak tersimpan dengan baik yang mengakibatkan diperlukan waktu untuk mencari dokumen pemesanan desain produk pada perusahaan atau bahkan dokumen dapat hilang. PT Triadi Bersama with the Anteraja brand, is a company engaged in the delivery of goods that serves the delivery of goods or documents to all regions in Indonesia. At one of the Anteraja shipping centers in the Greater Bandung area, located in Sukasari, they often receive complaints from customers. Complaints that occurred in 2018 to 2021 have increased. The number of customer complaints about the poor service provided by Anteraja is very influential on customer confidence in the quality of the delivery provided and also the decreased number of transactions. To identify problems consisting of factors that affect these services and service attributes that need to be identified using the ServQual (ServiceQuality) model and the flower of service model for proposed improvements and then to group the company's services which are the core strength and support for the company's business. Based on calculations performed using the Service Quality model, it can be seen that there are 20 service attributes that determine customer satisfaction with Anteraja's delivery service. The service attribute is based on the TERRA dimension factor. Service attributes that have a negative gap are 5 service attributes whose performance is not in accordance with customer expectations. The five service attributes are given a solution using the flower of service method. This method categorizes services based on three categories, namely core products, additional services that make it easier, and additional services that strengthen by looking at the priorities of the services that must be improved. The proposed improvements are to give sanctions or warnings by superiors to employees who are not honest and act unfairly to customers, also give warnings to employees who are not serious in doing their work, conduct briefings before the store opens, synchronize databases in the warehouse and in the Admin, and provide training to customer service on how to deal with customers \u0000  \u0000Abstrak. CV Qanita Fashion is a company engaged in the clothing industry by producing t-shirts, sweaters, shirts and jackets since 2014. The company's strategy in responding to the market is Make to Order (MTO). Based on the results of observations, it was found that problems occurred regarding delays in the form of delays in fulfilling orders beyond the due date agreed in the previous agreement. Therefore, this research was conducted in order to create a good production schedule using the Time Fences approach. The purpose of this calculation is to avoid delays in delivery to consumers continuously. The data needed to conduct research are order data, production cost data, working time data, standard time data. After collecting the data, the research phase was carried out using the Master Production Schedule (JPI), including aggregate planning, disaggregation, master production schedule, and Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP), as well as applying the Time Fences approach. Production scheduling is preceded by identifying additional arrival orders with three Time Fence zones. From the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that companies often experience delays because they experience difficulties at work stations 2, the fifth process. \u0000Abstrak. Strategi perusahaan dalam merespon pasar adala Make to Order (MTO). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada lantai produksi dari proses pembuatan keempat jenis produk, kegiatan produksi dilakukan untuk memenuhi pesanan aktual dan tambahan. Berdasarkan dari hasil observasi ditemukan permasalahan yang terjadi mengenai keterlambatan berupa keterlambatan pemenuhan pesanan diluar batas due date yang telah disepakati pada perjanjian sebelumnya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan agar terciptanya jadwal produksi yang baik dengan menggunakan pendekatan Time Fences. Tujuan perhitungan tersebut yaitu agar tidak terjadi keterlambatan pengiriman ke konsumen secara terus menerus. Data yang diperlukan untuk melakukan penelitian yaitu data pesanan, data ongkos produksi, data waktu kerja, data waktu baku. CV X is engaged in Mold and Die Casting in Bandung Regency. Operators in conducting research complained of pain in several parts of the body, one of the reasons being polishing activities which were carried out manually and repeatedly from rough to extra smooth surfaces, the work facilities provided caused the operator's way of working to become not ergonomic. The purpose of this research is to design ergonomic polishing work facilities so as to minimize the level of complaints and eliminate repetitive activities. The research method was carried out using the Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire to determine the level of complaints and the Assessment Repetitive Task (ART) Tools method for measuring work risk. The results of the Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire on the neck and wrist body segments workers experience very disturbing pain, the upper back body segment with disturbing pain, the elbow body segment experiences quite disturbing pain and on the shoulder and back body segments down experiencing a bit of nagging pain. The results of the work risk analysis on the chamfering and polishing process of the contents of the mold produce low to high exposure values. The highest exposure score results in the process of polishing the contents of the mold, this score indicates that the work is at risk and needs to be repaired immediately. The proposed design of work facilities is in the form of work tables and chairs as well as assistive devices in the form of sanding machines and sanding hoses to reduce repetitive manual activities.
