The queuing process starts when customers who need service start arriving. The research location accessed is Pratama Medika clinic located in the city of Bandung. Departments such as clinics have become places for patient treatment, long queues are a problem for patients. The reason is, the clinic only has one patient check-in counter so the waiting time is longer than the service. People have to queue to get services at the health check-up counter with a long waiting time, patients will experience difficulties, especially when sick. The population used in this study was the number of prospective patients who came to the check-in counter between October 12 and October 25, 2022, arriving between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., excluding Sundays in Japan. The determination of the data collection date is explained because Monday to Saturday is the day of the clinic counter. This study aims to determine the average waiting time for each customer, the optimal number of counters so that prospective patients do not need to queue too long, the appropriate service time from the queuing model developed at Pratama Mediki. Search results on a first-come, first-served basis. The number of queues in the system and the source queue for incoming clients is unlimited. It can be concluded that the queuing system at Pratama Medika clinic follows the queue model (M/M/1). There is a registration counter in the registration area of Pratama Medika clinic. The optimal counter added is 2 service counters so that the number of service counters in the queue becomes 3. The addition of queue service counters at the 3 counters has an impact on the controlled queuing structure where customer waiting times of less than 15 minutes will affect customer satisfaction. \u0000Abstrak. Proses antrian dimulai pada saat pelanggan yang membutuhkan pelayanan mulai berdatangan. Lokasi penelitian yang diakses adalah klinik Pratama Medika yang terletak di kota Bandung. Departemen seperti  klinik sudah menjadi tempat berobat pasien, antrian yang panjang menjadi permasalahan bagi pasien. Pasalnya, klinik hanya memiliki satu konter check-in pasien sehingga waktu tunggunya lebih lama dibandingkan layanan. Masyarakat harus mengantri untuk mendapat pelayanan  di loket pemeriksaan kesehatan dengan waktu tunggu yang lama, pasien akan mengalami kesulitan terutama pada saat sakit. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah  calon pasien yang datang ke konter check-in antara tanggal 12 Oktober hingga 25 Oktober 2022, tiba antara jam 8 pagi hingga 4 sore, tidak termasuk hari Minggu di Jepang. Penentuan tanggal pendataan ini dijelaskan karena hari Senin sampai dengan hari Sabtu merupakan hari counter klinik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui rata-rata waktu tunggu setiap pelanggan, jumlah loket yang optimal agar calon pasien tidak perlu mengantri terlalu lama, waktu pelayanan yang sesuai dari  model antrian yang dikembangkan di Pratama Mediki. Barbershop not only provides haircut services, but also provides services that support the appearance of men. Hairnerds Studio Bandung is a company engaged in haircut services and is a branch of Hairnerds Studio Jakarta. However, after the opening of Hairnerds Studio Bandung branch, based on data obtained from April 2019 – November 2020, several times the number of customer arrivals did not meet the target set by the management. In April, May and October in 2019 but in April Hairnerds Studio Bandung operated on April 15. Meanwhile, in 2020, the decrease in subscribers occurred in March, April, May, July, August and September. From March 18 to the end of May Hairnerds Studio Bandung is not operating due to the pandemic and will reopen in June. One of the factors that affect the quality of service is customer satisfaction. Therefore an analysis is needed to determine the level of customer satisfaction so that the target number of customer arrivals can exceed the target agreed upon by the management. In this study, using a problem identification tool using the Kano model and making a repair design using a fishbone diagram. Based on the results of data processing, there are 3 categories that meet 21 service attributes of Heirnerds Studio, namely 6 one dimensional attributes, 8 attractive attributes, and 7 must be attributes. The service attribute that the solution will provide is the overall attractive attribute because the attributes in that category can increase customer satisfaction very high. \u0000Abstrak. Barbershop tidak hanya memberikan pelayanan potong rambut saja, tapi juga memberikan pelayanan yang menujang penampilan pria. Hairnerds Studio Bandung merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa potong rambut dan merupakan cabang dari Hairnerds Studio Jakarta. Namun setelah dibukanya Hairnerds Studio cabang Bandung, berdasarkan data yang didapat dari bulan April 2019 – November 2020 beberapa kali jumlah kedatangan pelanggan tidak memenuhi target yang ditetapkan oleh pihak manajemen. Pada bulan April, Mei dan Oktober ditahun 2019 namun pada bulan April Hairnerds Studio Bandung beroparasi pada tanggal 15 April. Sedangkan pada tahun 2020 penurunan pelanggan terdapat pada bulan Maret, April, Mei, Juli, Agustus dan September. Dari tanggal 18 Maret hingga akhir bulan Mei Hairnerds Studio Bandung tidak beroprasi dikarenakan adanya pandemi dan buka kembali pada bulan Juni. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi terhadap kualitas layanan yaitu kepuasan pelanggan. Maka dari itu diperlukan analisis untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pelanggan agar target jumlah kedatangan pelanggan dapat melebihi target yang telah disepakati oleh pihak manajemen. Mitra Kaos Kaki is an UKM engaged in the fashion sector, especially socks and fashion accessories. Currently, they sell products through e-marketplaces and social media. However, they have not met the minimum sales turnover requirements to get Stars+ seller status on Shopee and PM Pro Merchant on Tokopedia. This limitation is caused by the use of digital media and e-marketplace strategies that are not optimal compared to its competitors.This Final Project research aims to design a digital marketing strategy using the SOSTAC method on the Mitra Kaos Kaki e-marketplace. This method consists of six stages: situation analysis, objective, strategy, tactics, action, and control. This strategy is expected to increase sales, customer satisfaction, customer interaction, reduce promotional costs, and build brand awareness for Mitra Kaos Kaki.The results of this study cover various digital marketing strategies, including creating and optimizing store page content on e-marketplaces, maximizing promotional features, using search word ads, live streaming, working with influencers, using User Generated Content (UGC), and using supporting tools to achieve digital marketing goals.By implementing the results of the digital marketing strategy from this research, it is hoped that Mitra Kaos Kaki can achieve effective e-marketplace  marketing and increase their digital competitive value. The rapid growth in the use of digital media in Indonesia can be a great opportunity, but it can also be a threat for Mitra Kaos Kaki if they are unable to compete well in the digital space. \u0000Abstrak.Mitra Kaos Kaki merupakan UKM yang bergerak di bidang fashion khususnya kaos kaki dan aksesoris fashion. Saat ini, mereka menjual produk melalui e-marketplace dan media sosial. Namun, mereka belum mencapai syarat minimal omset penjualan untuk mendapatkan status penjual Stars+ di Shopee dan PM Pro Merchant di Tokopedia. Keterbatasan ini disebabkan oleh penggunaan media digital dan strategi e-marketplace yang belum optimal dibandingkan dengan kompetitornya. Penelitian Tugas Akhir bertujuan untuk merancang strategi pemasaran digital menggunakan metode SOSTAC pada e-marketplace Mitra Kaos Kaki. Metode ini terdiri dari enam tahap: analisis situasi, tujuan, strategi, taktik, aksi, dan kontrol. Strategi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan penjualan, kepuasan pelanggan, interaksi pelanggan, menekan biaya promosi, dan membangun brand awareness untuk Mitra Kaos Kaki. CV. Grand Manufacturing Indonesia is a company engaged in manufacturing, the product produced by the company is an oil gl filter made of metal. With the fact that there are still many defective products within the company, it is necessary to improve in terms of production planning and control with the aim of identifying the factors that cause defects, preventing defects from occurring and providing appropriate quality improvement proposals to reduce defects. At the company there are several constraints from the operator or even from the machine. This resulted in several types of defects, namely dented defects, torn defects and perforated defects. The defect ratio obtained by the company averages 4% while the tolerance given is 3%. One thing that can be done by the company is to make improvements to reduce the number of product defects and find out the causes of product defects. The method chosen to be able to solve the problems above, we need a method that can reduce the level of damage. The method used to identify the causes of defects is using the Seven Tools Quality tool and using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method. The causes of product defects are caused by human factors, materials, methods and machines. Based on the problems above, it is obtained that the highest value of the type of defect is the highest value of the type of dent defect caused by a careless operator with an RPN value of 245, the highest value of the type of tear defect is caused by a worn molding machine component with a value of RPN 245, the highest type of hole defect is caused by machine accuracy is reduced with an RPN value of 280. The proposed improvements given to minimize defective products are to provide supervision to operators when carrying out work, making written SOPs that are easy to understand and follow by operators as work instructions and making service schedules for machines on a regular basis.. \u0000Keywords: Quality, Seven Tools Quality, Failure Mode And Effect Analysis \u0000Abstrak. CV. Grand Manufacturing Indonesia merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang manufaktur, produk yang dihasilkan perusahaan berupa fiilter oil gl yang terbuat dari logam. Dengan kenyataan yang terjadi didalam perusahaan masih banyaknya produk cacat sehingga perlu adanya perbaikan dari segi perencanaan dan pengendalian produksi dengan tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor penyebab kecacatan, mencegah terjadinya kecacatan dan memberikan usulan perbaikan kualitas yang tepat untuk mengurangi kecacatan. Focusing on work effectiveness and efficiency is the most essential in any production process. In order to achieve effective and efficient results, it is necessary to address the factors that contribute to delays, especially in the raw and auxiliary materials warehouse. The waiting time in this crucial area significantly impacts the overall production process. This research centres on PT Sygma Examedia Arkanleema, a company engaged in printing. The company was experiencing problems in meeting production targets due to delays caused by the disorganised condition of the raw and auxiliary materials warehouse. The absence of a proper storage system, mixed materials, lack of a fixed location, and poor warehouse hygiene all contributed to these delays. As a result, employees spend more time searching for raw materials, affecting the production schedule. Losses arising from waiting time during raw material picking need to be eliminated immediately. The appropriate solution is to improve the warehouse conditions by adopting the 5S methodology,  which includes Sorting (Seiri), Set in Order (Seiton), Shining (Seiso), Standardize (Seiketsu), and Sustain (Shitsuke).  Implementing the 5S work culture concept promises many benefits. \u0000Abstrak. Fokus pada efektivitas dan efisiensi kerja adalah yang terpenting dalam setiap proses produksi. Dalam rangka mencapai hasil yang efektif dan efisien, perlu dilakukan penanganan terhadap faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap keterlambatan, terutama di gudang bahan baku dan bahan penolong. Waktu menunggu di area yang strategis ini secara signifikan berdampak pada proses produksi secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini berpusat pada PT Sygma Examedia Arkanleema, sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang percetakan. Perusahaan ini mengalami masalah dalam memenuhi target produksi karena keterlambatan yang disebabkan oleh kondisi gudang bahan baku dan bahan penolong yang tidak teratur. Tidak adanya sistem penyimpanan yang tepat, bahan yang tercampur, tidak adanya lokasi yang tetap, dan kebersihan gudang yang buruk, semuanya berkontribusi terhadap keterlambatan ini. Akibatnya, karyawan menghabiskan lebih banyak waktu untuk mencari bahan baku, sehingga mempengaruhi jadwal produksi. Kerugian yang timbul dari waktu tunggu selama pengambilan bahan baku perlu segera dihilangkan. X is one of the industries engaged in clothing convection. Based on observations made, PT. X could not reach the production target of 18,000 pcs/month. This is due to operator workstation examination when doing his job often take breaks to stretch the muscles resulting in a longer production time. The purpose of this study is to identify complaints on the operator's body parts, measure the operator's work risk level at the inspection work station, and make proposals for work facility design to reduce work risk using the Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire measurement  method and the Occupational Repetitive Action (OCRA) method. Based on the results of NBM measurements experienced by operators occur in several parts of the body such as the neck, shoulders, upper back and lower back with values ranging from 3-8. Based on the results of  work risk analysis using the OCRA method, it shows a score of 74.73 for the right hand and 71.11 for the left hand, so  it is categorized as high because it exceeds the number 9 which means that the work risk is  in the red-high classification, improvements are needed in the examination work facility. Redesign of the examination table work facility with added storage that serves to facilitate operators. The proposal can change the work attitude of the operator who originally bent and bowed to stand tall and avoid circular movements. These work facilities are then modeled into CATIA for work risk analysis. The results of the analysis stated that the OCRA score on the proposed work facility obtained was in the range of 5.47 for the right hand and 5.20 for the left hand. Based on these results, it can be concluded that there is a decrease in the risk of operator work in doing their work. \u0000Abstrak. X merupakan salah satu industri yang bergerak dalam bidang konveksi pakaian. Berdasarkan observasi yang dilakukan, PT. X tidak dapat mencapai target produksi yaitu sebanyak 18.000 pcs/bulan. Hal ini disebabkan oleh operator stasiun kerja pemeriksaan pada saat melakukan pekerjaannya sering beristirahat untuk melakukan peregangan otot sehingga mengakibatkan waktu produksi menjadi lebih lama. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi keluhan pada bagian tubuh operator, mengukur tingkat risiko kerja operator pada stasiun kerja pemeriksaan, dan membuat usulan rancangan fasilitas kerja agar dapat mengurangi risiko kerja menggunakan metode pengukuran kuesioner Nordic Body Map (NBM) dan metode Occupational Repetitive Action (OCRA). Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran NBM yang dialami operator terjadi pada beberapa bagian tubuh seperti leher, bahu, punggung atas dan punggung bawah dengan nilai rentang 3-8. X is a garment company in the city of Bandung that produces various types of clothing. This research focuses on one of the company's products, namely jeans. The results of observations on the jeans production process found some waste (waste) consisting of excessive transportation, repeated inspection processes, lots of unused materials and goods, and waiting employees. This waste has an impact on production lead times that are getting longer. Therefore, this study aims to reduce waste (waste) that occurs in the production process of jeans. Improvements made are by utilizing the concept of Lean Manufacturing, assisted by Value Stream Mapping (VSM) tools, Seven Waste Questionnaire, Value Stream Mapping Analysis Tools (VALSAT), and cause and effect diagrams (Fishbone). The results of weighting waste using the Seven Waste questionnaire, obtained the three most influential types of waste, namely Excess Processing at 31.40%, Transportation at 22.09%, and Unnecessary Inventory at 16.28%, followed by other types of waste namely Waiting by 11.63%, Unnecessary Motion by 9.30%, Defect by 8.14%, and Overproduction by 1.16%. Proposals for improvements were made only for the three most influential reductions in types of waste (waste), namely by designing visual work standards, redesigning layouts, and implementing a 5S work culture. The result of implementing the improvement was a reduction in the total Production Lead Time in the Future State by 108.95 minutes, thereby increasing Process Cycle Efficiency (PCE) by 18.92%, from 57.26% to 76.19%.   Keywords: Waste, Lean Manufacturing, Value Stream Mapping (VSM)   Abstrak. PT. X merupakan perusahaan garmen di Kota Bandung yang memproduksi berbagai jenis pakaian. Penelitian ini berfokus pada salah satu produk perusahaan yaitu celana jeans. Hasil observasi pada proses produksi celana jeans ditemukan beberapa pemborosan (waste) yang terdiri dari transportasi berlebihan, proses pemeriksaan secara berulang, penumpukan bahan dan barang tidak terpakai, serta karyawan yang menunggu. Pemborosan (waste) tersebut berdampak pada lead time produksi yang semakin panjang. Oleh karena, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mereduksi pemborosan (waste) yang terjadi pada proses produksi celana jeans. Upaya perbaikan yang dilakukan adalah dengan memanfaatkan konsep Lean Manufacturing, dibantu dengan tools Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Kuesioner Seven Waste, Value Stream Mapping Analysis Tools (VALSAT), serta diagram sebab akibat (Fishbone). Work facilities are one of the most important aspects of the company. The comfort of work facilities must be a focus for companies that still use much human labor so that their production activities can run well and reduce work risks. PT X is a company engaged in the textile and apparel industry. Based on observations made at the convection I of PT X, the production results of robe products often did not reach the predetermined targets. This is due to the large number of products that do not meet standards or are considered to have defects. There are two types of defects in robe production, defects that cannot be repaired and defects that can be repaired through re-stitching. This sewing repetition process results in accumulation at the sewing workstation and will directly result in increased operator working time outside of regular working hours or overtime. This can trigger complaints that will be experienced by operators. Based on the distribution of the Nordic Body Map questionnaire, it was found that operators complained of pain in parts of the body, namely the neck, shoulders, upper and lower back. Work risk analysis is carried out using the Loading on The Upper Body Assessment (LUBA) method. The analysis results of all work elements are in categories II to IV, meaning that postural correction and corrective action must be considered. Postural correction improvement can be done by redesigning the current work facilities. After the repair work facility is designed, the results of work risk testing for repaired facilities are in categories I to II; the work risk after the repair is more negligible compared to the current work facility. \u0000Abstrak. Fasilitas kerja merupakan salah satu aspek terpenting bagi perusahaan. Kenyamanan fasilitas kerja harus menjadi fokus bagi perusahaan yang masih banyak menggunakan tenaga manusia agar kegiatan produksinya bisa berjalan dengan baik dan mengurangi resiko kerja. PT X merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di industri tekstil dan pakaian jadi. Berdasarkan pengamatan yang dilakukan di konveksi PT X, capaian hasil produksi produk gamis sering tidak mencapai target yang sudah ditentukan. Hal ini disebabkan oleh banyaknya produk yang tidak memenuhi standar atau dianggap memiliki kecacatan. Terdapat dua jenis kecacatan pada hasil produksi gamis, yaitu kecacatan yang tidak dapat diperbaiki dan kecacatan yang dapat diperbaiki dengan cara penjahitan ulang. Proses pengulangan jahit ini mengakibatkan penumpukan di stasiun kerja jahit dan secara langsung akan mengakibatkan bertambahnya waktu kerja operator diluar jam kerja normal atau lembur. Bintang Cemerlang Presisindo is a company engaged in metal fabrication and manufacturing of electrical panel boxes which was founded in 2013 PT. Bintang Cemerlang Presisindo implements a Make To Order market response strategy. Currently the company is experiencing a stockpile of raw materials at the end of 2022. The cause of this stockpile is that the purchase of raw materials has not been planned properly and the quantity ordered for raw materials has not been calculated correctly so that inventory exceeds the amount needed in the production process.  Raw materials that accumulate in warehouses have an impact on increasing storage costs. This of course results in an increase in total inventory costs and total production costs that must be incurred. In addition, unused raw materials will be stored in warehouses and if stored for too long can cause these raw materials to become defective and damaged. Based on this phenomenon, the formulation of the problem in this study is \"How to propose a policy for planning raw material supply for panel boxes using the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) approach?\" Because the demand for panel boxes is fluctuating, forecasting is carried out in this study to determine the number of requests for panel boxes outside the target or the company's fixed orders each month. Penyebab dari penumpukan tersebut adalah pembelian bahan baku belum direncanakan dengan baik dan kuantitas pemesanan bahan baku belum dihitung dengan tepat sehingga persediaan melebihi jumlah yang dibutuhkan dalam proses produksi. . Chitose Internasional Tbk merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak pada sektor furnitur yang terbagi pada 5 lini produksi yaitu lini produksi mebel hotel dan restoran, lini produksi kantor dan sekolah, lini produksi rumah tinggal, lini produksi kasur rumah sakit dan penyangga infus, lini produksi kursi dan meja piano. PT. Chitose Internasional Tbk belum mampu mengendalikan persediaan bahan bakunya, sehingga biaya pesediaan yang dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan terbilang masih besar.
