PB Sri Jaya is a research site for the Final Project, which focuses on the field of rice milling. PB Sri Jaya often has problems in increasing the price of raw materials for grain and decreasing the selling price of rice. The purpose of this research is to identify business actors, production value chains, and get the right strategy proposals so that the company is superior to other companies. When viewed in terms of rice marketing at this time, Indonesia receives imported rice from Vietnam, so local products are forced to balance out foreign products by reducing product prices. Many companies are temporarily closed and lay off their employees because of losses. Therefore, the company must have a strategy to continue to carry out the production process in the midst of the difficulty of raw materials so that the company continues to get added value and profit under any conditions. So there needs to be a solution to these problems using the Value Chain method. The results obtained are the company is in quadrant I, where the company is advised to be able to maintain the strengths and opportunities that exist. Then, pay attention to the alternative strategies SO, WO, ST, WT, and still pay attention to the five factors from Porter's Five Forces Model as a reference for the company in competing with other mills. The five factors are the threat of new entrants, the power of suppliers, the power of buyers, the threat of substitute products or services and industry competition. \u0000Abstrak. PB Sri Jaya merupakan tempat penelitian Tugas Akhir, yang berfokus pada bidang penggilingan padi. PB Sri Jaya sering mengalami permasalahan dalam peningkatan harga bahan baku gabah dan menurunnya harga jual beras. Tujuan adanya penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengidentifikasi pelaku usaha, rantai nilai produksi, dan mendapatkan usulan strategi yang tepat agar perusahaan lebih unggul dari perusahaan lain. Jika dilihat dari segi pemasaran beras saat ini, Indonesia menerima beras impor dari vietnam, sehingga terpaksa produk lokal harus mengimbangi produk luar negri dengan cara mengurangi harga produk. Banyak perusahaan yang sementara ditutup dan memberhentikan karyawannya karena mengalami kerugian. Oleh karena itu perusahaan harus mempunyai strategi agar tetap melakukan proses produksi ditengah sulitnya bahan baku agar perusahaan tetap mendapatkan nilai tambah dan keuntungan dalam kondisi apapun. Sehingga perlu adanya solusi untuk permasalahan tersebut dengan menggunakan metode Rantai Nilai (Value Chain). Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu perusahaan berada pada kuadran I, dimana perusahaan disarankan agar bisa mempertahankan kekuatan dan peluang yang ada. Every organization needs an office as a place of concentration for leaders and employees to carry out their activities, to provide comfort while working, it is necessary to have a layout of facilities and a physical office environment that can provide comfort while working. The Rectorate Building of the Islamic University of Bandung is an office area and is used as a service center for university academic & administrative activities. The layout of the rooms in the Rectorate Building at this time has not considered the principle of office space arrangement. The physical environment of the office still needs to be evaluated to match the standard of the office physical environment, so that workers can feel comfortable while working. The research aims to evaluate the layout of the office, make a proposal for the design of the layout of the office space and the proposed improvement of the physical environment in the office space. The facility layout design uses ARC (Activity Relation Ship) which aims to determine the level of interaction between departments. The proposed layout uses the CORELAP (Computerized Relationship Layout Technique) algorithm. Standards for temperature, humidity, lighting, and noise are determined based on the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No. 48. The redesign of the layout is done with the CORELAP Algorithm to produce a new layout by prioritizing parts/departments that have an absolute degree of closeness placed close together. The results of the analysis of physical environmental conditions of air temperature, humidity, lighting, and noise indicate that workers still feel comfortable to work at a temperature of 28 oC, so the addition of air conditioning does not need to be done. Air humidity can be reduced by making air vents and opening windows while working. The recommended lamp is a PHILIPS TL-D-54 lamp with a power of 30 Watts to match the lighting standards of the room. Noise levels of less than 85 dB can still be tolerated by workers without losing hearing. Temperature, humidity, lighting, and noise that are not in accordance with office space standards do not affect employee comfort while working because they can still be tolerated by workers. \u0000Abstrak. Setiap organisasi memerlukan kantor sebagai tempat konsentrasi pimpinan dan pegawai melakukan aktivitasnya, untuk memberi kenyamanan saat bekerja diperlukan tata letak fasilitas dan lingkungan fisik perkantoran yang dapat memberi kenyamanan saat bekerja. Gedung Rektorat Universitas Islam Bandung merupakan area perkantoran dan digunakan sebagai pusat layanan kegiatan akademik & administrasi universitas. Mawa Heejra is a garment company that manufactures muslim apparel and worship items for both men and women. CV. Mawa Heejra is now facing product delivery delays to customers. This is due to a delay in the supply of raw materials from suppliers, which causes a temporary stop in manufacturing activity. The consequence of halted production activities is that the product completion schedule is incompatible with what was promised and agreed upon with customers. Efforts are being undertaken to solve these issues, namely by selecting suppliers based on CV Mawa Heejra's demands and interests. This technique is known as the Technique for Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solutions (TOPSIS). The results obtained are the supplier selection factors used by CV. Mawa Heejra in supplier assessment includes price, material quality, timeliness, delivery quantity accuracy, warranty policy, communication system, professional supplier, attitude, and geographical location. Furthermore, this research generates a recommended standard operating procedure for supplier selection so that the raw material procurement process may be carried out in a more structured manner, reducing the risk of production stoppage due to supplier delivery delays. This research also creates a supplier selection tool in Microsoft Excel to support in the execution of the procedures developed. \u0000Abstrak. CV. Mawa Heejra adalah perusahaan garmen yang memproduksi pakaian muslim dan perlengkapan ibadah untuk pria dan wanita. Saat ini CV. Mawa Heejra mengalami permasalahan keterlambatan pengiriman produk kepada konsumen. Hal ini disebabkan oleh keterlambatan kedatangan bahan baku dari pemasok yang menyebabkan kegiatan produksi terhenti untuk sementara. Akibat dari kegiatan produksi yang terhenti yaitu jadwal penyelesaian produk yang tidak sesuai dengan apa yang sudah dijanjikan dan disepakati dengan konsumen. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut yaitu dengan melakukan pemilihan pemasok sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kepentingan CV. Mawa Heejra. Metode yang digunakan adalah Technique for Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solutions (TOPSIS). Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu terdapat Sembilan kriteria yang dibutuhkan CV. The MSME sector is growing over time, as more people get interested in becoming MSME actors. The number of business actors establishing MSMEs creates competition. Currently, MSME actors are using the internet in their businesses in order to increase revenues. HIKMAH is an MSME that was created in 2011 that manufactures a variety of snacks, including cassava chips in spicy, salty, 'balado', orange, and original flavors. Observations were carried out to understand the ongoing business processes and challenges faced in HIKMAH, namely that the relationship between suppliers and HIKMAH did not operate smoothly in terms of the flow of information and goods, decreased product sales, and decreased marketing activities. There have been no marketing or sales initiatives through digital media. The e-commerce prototype is based on the requirements of 'HIKMAH'. Interviews with the owner were conducted to gain an understanding of the proposed business process. The proposed business process entails increasing system engagement by developing technologies to facilitate 'HIKMAH' interactions with other supply chain actors, including cassava suppliers (raw material procurement operations) and retailers/distributors/consumers (product sales activities). This study generates an e-commerce concept design based on the supply chain process flow, beginning with the process of sourcing raw materials from suppliers to 'HIKMAH' and ending with the sales process to retailers and customers. The design of e-commerce implementation can add value to the movement of products, information and money in the supply chain. \u0000Abstrak. Sektor UMKM berkembang dari waktu ke waktu, karena semakin banyak orang yang tertarik untuk menjadi pelaku UMKM. Banyaknya pelaku usaha yang mendirikan UMKM menimbulkan persaingan. Saat ini para pelaku UMKM memanfaatkan internet dalam usahanya untuk meningkatkan pendapatan. HIKMAH merupakan UMKM yang berdiri sejak tahun 2011 yang memproduksi aneka jajanan, antara lain keripik singkong dengan rasa pedas, asin, balado, jeruk dan original. Observasi dilakukan untuk memahami proses bisnis yang sedang berjalan dan tantangan yang dihadapi di HIKMAH, yaitu bahwa hubungan antara pemasok dan HIKMAH tidak berjalan lancar dari segi arus informasi dan barang, penurunan penjualan produk, dan penurunan aktivitas pemasaran. Measurement of employee performance at PT Matoa Indonesia which is engaged in manufacturing has only been done traditionally, which is only looking at aspects, namely only from the aspect of employee competence, it has not been carried out comprehensively, this has become a problem for the company. As a result, the condition of the company decreased in optimizing performance, such as the level of delay in employee delays in work, the rate of turnover increased, and the level of product complaints from consumers. The Human Resource Scorecard is a HR performance measurement system that links people, strategies and company performance to form a competitive and superior company. The stages of this research are the first to identify KPIs based on the company's business strategy, the second is to design an objective strategy to define the value creation process or the organization's strategy to determine the steps for implementing the strategy. The third is weighting the KP using paired pairs, the weighting stage is carried out with the choice of software experts 11. Fourth, the scoring system is carried out with the method of higher is better, lower is better. The five results of the scoring system carried out are categorized as Traffic Light System. The results of the study were 19 KPIs divided into 5 financial KPIs, 4 customer KPIs, 6 Internal bussiners process KPIs, and 4 Learning & Growth KPIs. The results of the company's overall performance in calculating the weight score for each perspective is 66.11%, which means that the overall score indicates that the score needs to be improved. The measurement results of 19 KPIs are 4 KPIs in the red category, 8 KPIs in the yellow category and 7 KPIs in the green category. Factors that cause problems are the number of complaints received, the level of employee turnover, evaluation of employee performance, and the amount of employee skills training. \u0000Abstrak. Pengukuran kinerja karyawan di PT Matoa Indonesia yang bergerak pada bidang manufaktur baru dilakukan secara tradisional, yaitu hanya melihat aspek yaitu hanya dilihat dari aspek kompetensi karyawan saja belum dilakukan secara komperhensif, hal tersebut menjadi sebuah permasalahan bagi perusahaan. Akibatnya kondisi perusahaan mengalami penurunan optimalisasi kinerja, seperti tingginya tingkat keterlambatan karyawan dalam bekerja, tingkat turn over mengalami peningkatan, dan tingkat komplain produk dari konsumen. Human Resource Scorecard merupakan  sistem pengukuran kinerja SDM yang mengkaitkan orang, strategi serta kinerja perusahaan guna membentuk perusahaan yang berdaya saing dan unggul. Duta Media is a printing company that produces brochures, food boxes, banners, banners, and others. The high consumer demand for the products in the printing sector made the company having a large number of requests. There are often delays in fulfill consumer demand, this is because the machine capacity of the company is smaller than the required capacity. Thus, the Theory of Constraint (TOC) is applied to overcome the problem of delays that occur in the company. The steps in TOC are constraint identification, constraint exploitation, non-constraint subordination, and constraint elevation. Based on the results of the calculation at the initial stage, namely the identification of constraints, there are work stations that experience a constraint of 108.87% at the print work station. Furthermore, in the constraint exploitation stage using linear programming, it is the stage where the work stations that become constraints can be managed and utilized properly in order to maintain optimal performance in order to produce 100% utility. The non-constraint subordination stage is performed on work stations that are not constraints in order to balance work stations that are experiencing constraints. The last stage, namely constraint elevation, which is an effort to increase the capacity of bottleneck workstations in order to meet product demands on time. After completing the calculations on the stages of TOC, it was found that that to fulfill consumer demand, the company needed to increase the working hour (overtime) of 1,022.06 minutes. \u0000Abstrak. CV. Duta Media merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang percetakan yang memproduksi brosur, box makanan, banner, spanduk, dan lain-lain. Kebutuhan konsumen yang tinggi akan permintaan pada produk-produk yang dihasilkan, mengakibatkan perusahaan memiliki jumlah permintaan yang besar. Kondisi ini menyebabkan keterlambatan dalam memenuhi permintaan konsumen, hal ini dikarenakan kapasitas mesin yang dimiliki perusahaan lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan kapasitas yang dibutuhkan. Theory of Constraint (TOC) merupakan salah satu pendekatan yang dapat diterapkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan keterlambatan yang terjadi pada perusahaan. Adapun tahapan pada TOC yaitu identifikasi constrainti, eksploitasi constraint, subordinasi non-constraint, dan elevasi constraint. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan pada tahap awal yaitu identifikasi constraint, terdapat stasiun kerja yang mengalami constraint sebesar 108,87% pada stasiun kerja cetak. Selanjutnya pada tahap eksploitasi constraint menggunakan linier programming, merupakan tahap dimana stasiun kerja yang menjadi constraints dapat dikelola dan dimanfaatkan dengan baik agar dapat mempertahankan performansi yang optimal agar menghasilkan utilitas 100%. New Bandung Mulia Konveksi is a company that produces clothing in the form of t-shirts, shirts and jackets, the nature of the company's production is make to order. The company is currently experiencing a decline in sales of shirts, t-shirts and jackets. Decreased sales due to damaged and defective products, caused by worker errors. The operator's activities and work facilities are not ergonomic, making the operator easily tired and often complains of pain. X is a company that produces electrical components for motorized vehicles, one of its products is the wiring harness for Astra Honda Motor (AHM). AHM's current wiring harness production line often experiences temporary production stoppages during operating hours due to a build-up of work in process (WIP) at one of the assembly work stations. The company sets a limit for the accumulation of WIP, which is 18 pieces. The accumulation of WIP that exceeds 18 pieces requires that work stations experiencing WIP accumulation must turn on andon/signal so that all previous work stations temporarily stop their production process. This is done to resolve the accumulation of WIP at work stations that have accumulated WIP. As a result, companies have to do overtime to make up for lost time during a temporary stop in the production process, thereby increasing production costs. This research was conducted to reduce the buildup of WIP by using the Line Balancing approach which is used as a workload balancing tool. In addition, this study also uses the implementation of the Kanban System so that the accumulation of work in process can be controlled. The results of this study did not change the number of work stations, but there were adjustments to the workload at several work stations. This resulted in an increase in Track Efficiency of 1.2% from 89.5% to 90.7% and a decrease in Smoothness Index of 6.46 where the original value was 30.31 to 23.85. Next is the proposed Kanban System design which changes the production flow from a push system to a pull system and can control the accumulation of WIP from 19 pieces to 17 pieces or a decrease in WIP accumulation by 10.5%. \u0000Abstrak. Lini produksi wiring harness AHM saat ini masih sering mengalami pemberhentian proses produksi sementara pada saat jam operasional karena adanya penumpukan work in process (WIP) pada salah satu stasiun kerja perakitan. Perusahaan menetapkan batas penumpukan WIP yaitu 18 pieces. Penumpukan WIP yang melebihi 18 pieces mengharuskan stasiun kerja yang mengalami penumpukan WIP harus menyalakan andon/sinyal agar seluruh stasiun kerja sebelumnya memberhentikan proses produksinya untuk sementara. PT. Pindad, Kendaraan Khusus Division is a company-owned business in the manufacture of the Anoa 6x6 motor vehicle. The company has a strategy response market “make to order” so that if there is a delay in fulfilling the demand, the company will get a penalty cost. In 2019, there was a delay in delivery which caused the company to get a penalty cost and reduce profits. The thing that affects the delay is the production flow of the ramp door, which is one of the components that make the Anoa 6x6, not yet due to the ability of each machine to produce products. Based on this phenomenon, the problems in this study are: (1) What causes the workstation to become jammed? (2) What is being done to eliminate bottlenecks that occur in the ramp door production flow. The application used is Theory of Constraint (TOC) which consists of 4 stages, namely knowing the constraints using the Current Reality Diagram (CRT), exploiting constraints using Linear Programming, subordination of constraints using Drum-Buffer-Rope and scheduling Campbell-Dudek-Smith (CDS), and provide improvement proposals at the last stage, namely the elevation constraint. After processing and repairing, it was found a decrease in machine utility from 168.72% to 84.36% with the previous profit of Rp 189,669,000,000 to Rp 336,000,000,000. Perusahaan memiliki respon pasar make to order sehingga jika terjadi keterlambatan dalam memenuhi permintaan akan mendapatkan penalty cost. Tahun 2019, terjadi keterlembatan pengiriman yang menyebabkan perusahaan mendapatkan penalty cost dan mengurangi keuntungan. Hal yang mempengaruhi keterlambatan adalah aliran produksi rampdoor yang merupakan salah satu komponen penyusun Anoa 6x6 belum seimbang dikarenakan kemampuan setiap mesin dalam menghasilkan produk berbeda, sehingga menimbulkan stasiun kerja bottleneck. In order to fulfill the consumer's right to choose goods and/or services and to obtain these goods and/or services in accordance with the exchange rate and the promised conditions and guarantees, the company must always maintain the quality of the products produced. Therefore, quality control in the company is very necessary. CV Jaya Abadi is one of the producers of concrete roster which in its development is experiencing problems with the level of damage to the concrete roster which is four times higher than other products produced. Therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of knowing the cause of the damage, finding strategies, repair tasks, possibilities, and planning for suggestions for improvement in the context of quality control. The method used is the new seven tools approach and the 5S principle. The variables discussed are quality control with output targets in the form of identification of the causes and root causes of damage, strategies to minimize damage, identification of responsible parts, identification of suitability of things that should be done and actually occur, determine the series and duration of activities, problem solving by knowing what efforts can be made. Carried out and not by considering the results of the 5S checklist audit to find out the current condition of the company. From the analysis of each variable obtained through interviews and observations using the new seven tools, it was found that there were four variables causing damage to the concrete roster, namely printing equipment, materials, humans and methods with the root cause being no control at each stage of the work. On the other hand, a work culture that is still far from the standard 5S principles with values ​​that fall into the bad category will be able to affect the production process. It can be concluded that there are two interrelated things that cause product damage problems at CV Jaya Abadi, namely technical problems in the production process and an unsupportive work culture.Therefore, suggestions for improvement that can be given are by making procedures, providing a location for each item, socializing the 5S program, making an evaluation schedule, making an inventory list, making an equipment maintenance schedule, evaluating the process, making a list of responsible persons, creating a reward system, and installing CCTV for monitoring and conducting product quality tests to check compliance with applicable standards. So CV Jaya Abadi needs to start socializing and implementing the 5S program as well as making improvements to the technical production process to be able to improve production quality so that quality control in the company runs well. \u0000Abstrak.
