UKM Roti Citepus performs the production process manually and simply, one of which is the availability of work facilities. The process of forming bread is a stage that has more complaints compared to other work processes. Complaints of pain occur due to the same movement and are repeated continuously (repetitive). The process of forming bread has four work elements, namely taking dough from a pile of pans, rolling the dough, lifting the pan, and putting the dough into the pan. The working elements of bread rolling carry out work activities in a dynamic state, the body moves following the movement when rolling the dough with a leaning forward posture. In one day the process of forming bread can be done 3-4 times with repetitions of 1200-1600 times. This study aims to find out the complaints that are felt specifically and assess indications of the level of work risk. The research method used is a questionnaire Nordic Body Map (NBM), Assessment of Repetitive Tasks (ART) Tools and Anthropometry. Result Questionnaire Nordic Body Map (NBM) for two operators showed complaints in the neck, shoulders, upper back, lower back, and wrists with a score level of 7 to 8. Occupational risk assessment usingAssessment of Repetitive Tasks (ART) Tools the highest risk level results were obtained, namely the work element of bread rolling at 28.5 (high risk level). The results of the risk assessment of the proposed draft showed significant changes in all elements of the work process of forming bread dough. The whole working element of the bread formation process is in the low category. \u0000Keywords: Occupational Risk, Assessment of Repetitive Tasks (ART) Tools, Anthropometry. \u0000Abstrak. UKM Roti Citepus melakukan proses produksi secara manual dan sederhana salah satunya adalah dalam ketersediaan fasilitas kerja. Proses pembentukan roti adalah tahapan yang memiliki keluhan lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan proses kerja yang lainnya. Keluhan rasa sakit tersebut terjadi akibat gerakan yang sama dan berulang secara terus-menerus (repetitive). Proses pembentukan roti mempunyai empat elemen kerja yaitu mengambil adonan dari tumpukan loyang, penggulungan adonan, mengangkat loyang, dan memasukan adonan kedalam loyang. Elemen kerja penggulungan roti melakukan aktivitas kerja dalam keadaan dinamis, tubuh bergerak mengikuti gerakan saat melakukan penggulungan adonan dengan postur tubuh condong kedepan. Dalam satu hari proses pembentukan roti dapat dilakukan sebanyak 3-4 kali dengan pengulangan sebanyak 1200-1600 kali. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keluhan yang dirasakan secara spesifik dan menilai indikasi tingkat risiko kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner Nordic Body Map (NBM), Assessment of Repetitive Tasks (ART) Tools dan Antropometri. CV Omah Keramik is one of the SMEs engaged in the clay raw material processing sector, this company produces several types of products including ashtrays, jars, flower vases, flower pots, decorative plates, glass mugs. The problems that occur in CV. Omah Keramik, namely the decline in sales since the pandemic in 2019 which has affected the company's income, so a strategy is needed to deal with the post-pandemic situation and the problems that are currently happening. The purpose of this research is to identify the company's potential as well as design and develop marketing strategies to increase sales of the products offered. The research method is using SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) and also the Business Model Canvas (BMC). The results showed that the SWOT analysis that had been carried out by CV. Omah Keramik is in quadrant I based on the results of the IFE (internal factor evaluation) matrix, the result is 2.83 and the EFE (external factor evaluation) is 2.74, which means that it requires an aggressive strategy from all existing media to carry out marketing. Then the results of identification of internal and external factors are in Cell V which requires CV. Omah Keramik maintains and maintains business through product development and market penetration through the use of various media, both online and in person. So it can be concluded that CV. Omah Keramik has the potential to implement marketing strategies through identification results with SWOT Analysis and also BMC, both of which have links to help CV. Omah Keramik yaitu menurunnya penjualan semenjak adanya pandemi ditahun 2019 yang berpengaruh pada pendapatan perusahaan, sehingga dibutuhkan strategi untuk menghadapi situasi pasca pandemi dan permasalahan yang sedang terjadi saat ini. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengidentifikasi potensi perusahaan serta merancang dan mengembangkan strategi pemasaran untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk yang ditawarkan. PT Gradien Manufaktur Indonesia is a plastic manufacturing company that produces a product for motorcycle parts, namely a spring guide that functions as a cover for a motorcycle shock breaker. Based on the preliminary survey that has been conducted, the results show that companies often get complaints from consumers due to delays in the delivery of finished products. Of the 10,000 finished products that had to be sent, 4% were defective and needed to be rescheduled to fulfill orders from consumers. Based on this phenomenon, the problems in this study are formulated as follows: (1) What are the factors that cause defects in the spring guide product? (2) What are the proposed improvements made to reduce defects in spring guide products? Researchers used the Statistical Quality Control (SQC) method, the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method, and an approach to develop solutions using the 5W + 1H method. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, and literature study. The results of this study are: (1) recommending improvements to optimize the way the operator works through control by the production department; (2) controlling the injection operator so that it complies with the predetermined heating conditions. (3) supervising and directing the operator in the finishing area at the start of each work shift; (4) performing inspections and scheduled machine repairs twice; and (5) being evaluated once a month.  \u0000  \u0000Keywords: Quality Control, Statistical Quality Control, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis. \u0000Abstrak. PT Gradien Manufaktur Indonesia merupakan perusahaan manufaktur plastik yang memproduksi suatu produk suku cadang sepeda motor yaitu spring guide yang berfungsi sebagai cover dari shock breaker motor. Berdasarkan Survei pendahuluan yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh hasil bahwa perusahaan sering mendapatkan komplain dari konsumen karena keterlambatan pengiriman produk jadi. Sebanyak 10.000 produk jadi yang harus dikirim terdapat 4% dari produk jadi tersebut mengalami kecacatan dan perlu dijadwalkan ulang untuk memenuhi pesanan dari konsumen. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut, maka permasalahan dalam penelitian ini dirumuskan sebagai berikut: (1) Apa faktor penyebab kecacatan produk spring guide ? (2) Bagaimana usulan perbaikan yang dilakukan untuk mengurangi cacat produk spring guide? Baitul Maal Bandung Islamic University (BMU) is an institution whose job is to collect and distribute Zakat, Infaq, Alms, and Endowment (ZISWAF) funds. Based on observations and interviews, it is known that the amount of funds owned by BMU is limited, so that the average number of students who receive scholarships is only 40% of students per year who apply for scholarships. Therefore, to increase the amount of managed funds, efforts can be made to increase the level of donor satisfaction and increase the desire to donate, namely by improving the quality of service. The method used is Kano because it can classify variables based on the category of influence on consumer satisfaction. Based on data processing, the results show that there are 6 service attributes out of 20 attributes, including 3 belonging to the one dimensional category and 3 belonging to the attractive category, this category is a category that needs to be improved because the one dimensional category has a linear nature which if not corrected then the donor will be disappointed. and attributes that are included in the attractive category need to be improved because they can increase innovation so that they excel in competition. Attributes that are prioritized for improvement, then a proposed design improvement is proposed to increase donor satisfaction. Baitul Maal Universitas Islam Bandung (BMU) merupakan lembaga yang bertugas untuk menghimpun dan menyalurkan dana Zakat, Infaq, Sedekah, dan Wakaf (ZISWAF). Hasil observasi dan wawancara, diketahui bahwa jumlah dana yang dimiliki BMU terbatas, sehingga rata-rata jumlah mahasiswa yang mendapat beasiswa hanya 40% mahasiswa saja per tahun dari yang mengajukan beasiswa. Karenanya, untuk meningkatkan jumlah dana yang dikelola dapat dilakukan upaya agar tingkat kepuasan donatur meningkat dan meningkatkan keinginan berdonasi yaitu dengan perbaikan kualitas layanan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Kano karena dapat mengklasifikasikan variabel berdasarkan kategori pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Manual material handling (MMH) is an activity that is still widely carried out in Indonesia. MMH activities of moving and lifting objects can cause skeletal muscle injuries to work accidents if carried out exceeding ergonomic standards. Kiosk Berkah Jaya is a fertilizer kiosk whose job is to distribute fertilizer to 4 villages. MMH's work is still being carried out at the Berkah Jaya Kiosk. Every 1 week time limit workers are absent due to complaining of illness and needing treatment, and every 3-12 months there is frequent going in and out of workers. This condition was caused by the burden transferred to the process of distribution and procurement of Return Fertilizer which exceeded the standard limit. In the distribution process, the average weight of fertilizer that is transferred manually is 40 kg per sack with an average frequency of 30 times in 1 day. According to HSE, the weight of loads that can be moved manually by humans ranges from 1-15 kg and between 16-50 kg must be moved using tools [4]. The purpose of this study is to identify the risks carried out by workers at Kios Berkah Jaya and identify any complaints felt by workers. The method used to identify work complaints and risks uses SNI 9011: 2021. SNI 9011; 2021 which is divided into 3 stages, namely calling for a suitable method, distributing the GOTRAK questionnaire, level of work risk assessment with a list protecting potential hazards of ergonomic factors. The checklist of potential ergonomic hazard factors is divided into 2 parts, namely the checklist of potential hazard factors for ergonomic body posture and the checklist for potential hazard factors for manual lifting ergonomics. The results of the initial assistance showed that both workers (100%) complained of discomfort with a score of 12. The results of the GOTRAK questionnaire recapitulation of workers complained of discomfort in 11 body parts, namely the neck, shoulders, upper back, lower back, arms, hips, thighs, knees, calves and feet. The list of assessment results of checks for potential hazard factors for the ergonomics of fertilizer transfer work for distribution resulted in a score of 7 for body posture and 11 for manual lifting. Scores of body posture and removal of work fertilizers have a value of ≥7 which means the work is dangerous. \u0000  \u0000Abstrak. Arjawinangun Regional General Hospital is an institution that provides health service facilities in all fields and types of diseases and is an institution managed by the Regional Government. The hospital revealed that some of the causes that patients often complained about over the past year included delays in the doctor's arrival, toilet cleanliness, and the slow speed of examination time. The service quality method is used as a tool to measure service quality from the attributes of each dimension so that a gap value can be obtained, which is the difference between consumer perceptions of services that have been received and expectations of those that will be received. While fuzzy is a mathematical framework used to represent uncertainty, ambiguity, and inaccuracy of information, in this case what is meant is the patient's perception of the assessment of service quality. The purpose of this research is to provide suggestions for improvement by identifying and measuring the level of patient satisfaction using outpatient installation services at the Arjawinangun Regional General Hospital. The results of this study indicate that the gap value in the five dimensions has a negative value. Furthermore, the determination of proposed improvements is carried out using 5W+1H. Proposed improvements include improving the quality of facilities in outpatient units, setting doctor practice hours, holding regular training, and adding health workers according to needs and competencies. \u0000Abstrak. Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Arjawinangun merupakan salah satu instansi dengan menyediakan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan pada semua bidang dan jenis penyakit serta merupakan instansi yang dikelola oleh Pemerintah Daerah. Pihak rumah sakit mengungkapkan, beberapa penyebab yang sering dikeluhkan pasien selama satu tahun terakhir antara lain seperti keterlambatan kedatangan dokter, kebersihan toilet, dan lambatnya kecepatan waktu pemeriksaan. Service quality digunakan sebagai alat untuk mengukur kualitas layanan dari atribut masing-masing dimensi, sehingga akan diperoleh nilai gap (kesenjangan) yang merupakan selisih antara persepsi konsumen terhadap layanan yang telah diterima dengan harapan terhadap yang akan diterima. Fuzzy adalah sebuah kerangka matematis yang digunakan untuk mempresentasikan ketidakpastian, ketidakjelasan, dan ketidaktepatan informasi, dalam hal ini yang dimaksud adalah persepsi pasien terhadap penilaian kualitas layanan. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu untuk memberikan usulan perbaikan dengan mengindentifikasi dan mengukur tingkat kepuasan pasien yang menggunakan layanan instalasi rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Arjawinangun. CV Mekar Sari is a company engaged in the agricultural sector, which processes unhulled rice from paddy into rice that is ready for consumption. The company is located on Jalan Sukaraja, Sukaraja Village, Kadupandak District, Cianjur Regency. The rice milling process is dominated by manual material handling activities such as lifting, transporting and unloading. The manual material handling activity is carried out without any work facilities provided. The weight of the load that is transported ranges from 50 – 60 kg with a frequency ranging from 20 – 60 times in one working day. Transporting loads of more than 20 kg can result in a risk of injury, namely low back pain and musculoskeletal disorders in operators. Therefore, this study aims to measure work risk and design work facilities in the form of trolleys to minimize the work risk received by operators. The methods used to measure work risk are the nordic body map and the liberty mutual manual material handling table. Through work risk assessment with this method, complaints of pain felt by the operator, recommended weight, and risk index can be obtained through the assessment of the specified variables. \u0000It is known that rice mill operators have experienced complaints of pain in the last 12 months in 6 limbs namely neck, shoulders, upper back, elbows, lower back, and knees. Based on the results of the work risk assessment, it can be seen that the recommended load weight is known so that the risk index received by the operator does not exceed the safe limit. The results of the work risk assessment show that all work elements contained in the rice milling process are worth more than 1. This is because the weight of the load being transported exceeds the recommended load limit through the evaluation of the mutual liberty manual material handling table. A risk index with a value of more than 1 indicates that the job poses a risk to the operator. Therefore, it is necessary to make improvements in the form of designing work facilities in the form of trolleys for operators to carry out manual material handling activities. The designed trolley consists of two types, namely hydraulic trolley and push trolley. The design of the hydraulic trolley is based on the body dimensions of the rice mill operator using anthropometric methods. The body dimensions used along with their measurements are elbow height (95 cm), shoulder width (40 cm), 2 x ankle height (25 cm), and hand width (10 cm). \u0000Through the design of the trolley that has been made, the frequency of transport and some work elements can be minimized. Lifting and lowering work elements can be minimized by using a hydraulic system as a facility that makes it easier for the operator. In addition, the work element of transporting can be eliminated because with the trolley the operator expends enough energy to push the trolley without supporting it on the shoulder. Baitulmal ZISWAF CMB is a microfinance institution whose job is to collect or raise funds sourced from zakat, infaq or shadaqah, and endowments. Currently, activities in collecting, managing and distributing zakat are carried out on different physical documents resulting in data that cannot be directly used. This causes delays in decision making and preparation of baitulmal programs. The alternative that can be done in solving this problem is to develop a treasury management information system using multi-platforms. The method used is the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method and to find out the results of user acceptance, the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method is used. The platforms used are Google-based, namely Google Sheets, Google Sites, Google Forms, and Google Data Studio. The results of the development of information systems, namely the ease of administration and decision-making processes. This integration can be seen in multi-platform applications that are built based on the needs of the user. From application testing, it was found that all system requests could be fulfilled and problems resolved, so that the results of system development could be applied to baitulmal. \u0000  \u0000Abstrak. Baitulmal ZISWAF CMB merupakan salah satu lembaga keuangan mikro yang bertugas untuk mengumpulkan atau menghimpun dana yang bersumber dari zakat, infaq atau shadaqah, dan wakaf. Saat ini, aktivitas dalam menghimpun, mengelola, dan mendistribusikan zakat dilakukan pada dokumen fisik yang berbeda mengakibatkan data tidak dapat langsung digunakan. Hal ini menyebabkan keterlambatan dalam pengambilan keputusan dan penyusunan program baitulmal. Alternatif yang dapat dilakukan dalam menyelesaikan masalah tersebut adalah mengembangkan sistem informasi pengelolaan baitulmal dengan menggunakan multi-platform. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) dan untuk mengetahui hasil penerimaan pengguna digunakan metode Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Paltform yang digunakan berbasis google, yaitu Google Spreadsheet, Google Sites, Google Form, dan Google Data Studio. Hasil pengembangan sistem informasi, yaitu kemudahan dalam proses admnistrasi dan penggambilan keputuasan. Integrasi ini dapat dilihat pada aplikasi multi-platform yang dibangun berdasarkan kebutuhan dari pengguna. Quality control is an effort made by the company in carrying out the process of controlling the level of product quality produced. Quality control has a vital role in a business process in a company, because the goal is to improve product quality measures to achieve higher levels of customer satisfaction. This is related to the quality of production, whose value is increasingly taken into account every day. PT Abadi Genteng is a tile product manufacturing factory which in its production activities still has a defect rate ranging from 4.1% - 7.6% of its production. This phenomenon is part of the problem that needs to be resolved to minimize the losses experienced by the company. The improvement effort is carried out by identifying the factors causing the defects using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method. \u0000Keywords: Quality Control, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) \u0000Abstrak. Pengendalian kualitas merupakan suatu upaya yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan dalam melakukan proses kontrol terhadap tingkatan kualitas produk yang dihasilkan. Pengendalian kualitas memiliki peran yang vital dalam suatu proses bisnis di suatu perusahaan, karena tujuannya untuk meningkatkan ukuran kualitas produk guna pencapai tingkatan kepuasan konsumen yang semakin tinggi. Hal tersebut memiliki keterkaitan terhadap kualitas hasil produksi yang semakin hari semakin diperhitungkan nilainya. PT Abadi Genteng merupakan pabrik penghasil produk genteng yang dalam aktivitas produksinya masih memiliki tingkat kecacatan yang berkisar antara 4,1% - 7,6% dari hasil produksinya. Fenomena tersebut merupakan bagian dari permasalahan yang perlu diselesaikan untuk meminimalisir kerugian yang dialami perusahaan. Work facilities are one of the supporting factors of the physical work environment that can affect the performance of a worker as a means of facilitating carrying out an activity. The Laboratory of Work Design Analysis and Ergonomics (Lab.APK&E) at the Islamic University of Bandung organizes several practica on the same schedule. The practical implementation of engineering drawing and ergonomics requires a writing desk and a computer desk at the same time. Space limitations do not allow the laboratory to add tables, so a multifunctional table was designed by Haris Nurakhman in 2018. The results of this design have been used to date, but there are still deficiencies that cause unnatural postures. Unnatural postures can cause discomfort to the wearer. This study aims to identify the level of risk accepted by users of computer desk facilities. The risk level assessment method used is the Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA) method. Based on the results of measuring the risk level of 11 respondents, it shows that the current table is still included in group 3 (overall dangerous). The highest level of risk is obtained from the non-ideal position of the arms and shoulders when using the keyboard and mouse, the position of the monitor that cannot be adjusted, and the seat facilities that are not suitable. A high level of risk can cause disease due to the wrong posture and attitude at work. Therefore, it is necessary to take action to improve work desk facilities in accordance with ergonomic standards and conduct counseling regarding good posture or work attitude. \u0000Keywords: Work Facilities, Computer Desk, Rapid Office Strain Assesment (ROSA) \u0000Abstrak. Fasilitas kerja merupakan salah satu faktor pendukung dari lingkungan fisik kerja yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja dari seorang pekerja sebagai sarana memudahkan dalam melakukan suatu aktivitas. Laboratorium Analisis Perancangan Kerja dan Ergonomi (Lab.APK&E) Universitas Islam Bandung menyelenggarakan beberapa praktikum dengan jadwal yang bersamaan. Pelaksanaan praktikum Gambar Teknik dan Ergonomi yang membutuhkan meja tulis dan meja komputer dalam waktu yang bersamaan. Keterbatasan ruangan tidak memungkinkan laboratorium untuk menambah meja, sehingga dilakukan perancangan meja multifungsi oleh Haris Nurakhman pada tahun 2018. Hasil rancangan tersebut sudah digunakan hingga saat ini, akan tetapi masih terdapat kekurangan yang menyebabkan adanya postur yang tidak alamiah.
